I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and check out the condition of the plumbing on an older duplex I am purchasing. The lady on the phone said it would be $65 but when the tech came out it magically turned into $188. He said it was the piece of mind package. Only problem is he didn't get under the house like we asked or answer any questions we had. He basically walked around the house for 10 minutes and didn't look at anything we asked him to. So we ask him what he thinks a ballpark price is to update some on the water lines and he says around $6,500 and he would send us over a quote. So we are on day 4 after the appointment with no quote so I have to call to check and I had another guy tell me he can only give me an estimated bid since he doesn't have any measurements or much info. Which is weird because I paid $188 to have one of their techs come out to get measurements and get us a detailed quote. And to top everything off that $6,500 verbal quote turned into $45,000 which he said was on the low end. All and all this was the worst experience I have every had with a contractor and I deal with a lot of different companies being in real estate. I asked them to refund my money but they never did so beware when you use this company. Their lack of knowledge and customer service makes me wonder how they have such good reviews but steer clear. I ended up using Tiezte and my experience was much better and they only charged me $49 and actually did a full inspection

Had a leak the day before we were moving to New York. Called and talked to Cory in the morning ,in 45 minutes Ryan was at my front door. He found the leak , fixed the leak, taped the area up that he had been forced to cut in the wall and cleaned up completely. Super pleasant young man who knows his stuff. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. I was unfortunate enough to have 1/2 inch of water around my water heater when I got back from a business trip. After calling Lowes, a few other people, and David, I settled on David to both furnish a water heater and replace it. It was easy enough to get an estimate: I sent him some photos of the space and, after some back and forth, he provided an estimate. It was about the same as what one of the other places was, but the way he communicated expressed a strong sense of integrity, which I value.
After the job, I'm glad I chose him. My water heater was old and required numerous code upgrades. He was committed to getting the job right. He understand that a job well done turns into a good review which turns into more business, and I respect that attitude. I can't recommend him enough for your plumbing needs.

This company is absolutely wonderful to deal with. My parents had them install one of their water softeners many years ago, and I've had them out for several service calls since. Once they replumbed the pipes so that the whole house could have soft water, and they've checked out the system several times between tenants. They are reliable, friendly, and the service technicians take great pains to make sure I understand all the facets of the system and the equipment. I recommend this company highly!

David came by and was very courteous and professional. The initial inspection was thorough and he gave me a good breakdown of what he found and the options for dealing with them. After I made my decision, he assisted with getting me a time that works for my schedule, even one that was not as convenient for him, this requiring to plumbers to come out to finish as a reasonable hour.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home. He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home. Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath. He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.
In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental. My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.
And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze. We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

Based upon other Yelp reviews I decided to call Blue Dragon Plumbing for an issue with one of my bathroom sinks. Gilbert answered the phone right away. He asked me a couple of questions and based upon my answers he told me to try something that might address the issue. I did what he recommended, and it solved the problem! Gilbert did not want to come out and charge me $200+ for a problem I could fix myself. I called him back and thanked him for his help. He told me where to get the part I need, and problem solved. I will definitely call Gilbert and Blue Dragon Plumbing when I need a plumber in the future, and I recommend that you do too!! Thank Gilbert for being so honest and saving me a lot of money.

Truthfully....... please, lets be truthful here. Not sure who you got your information from but it is ALL wrong. There were NO after hour trips to our home nor were there phone calls we did not answer. That could not be further from the TRUTH!!!! WE were the ones always calling and not getting the plumber to return OUR calls when he was supposed to be here working and would just not show up. At times days at a time!!!!! Even the dispatchers who answer your calls from customers couldn't contact him and called us back apologizing cause they didn't know where he was or why he was not calling us or the office back!!!! I have EVERY single thing documented and witnesses. I refuse to be treated like this continually by your company. As a matter of fact I called in a week ago for issues we are having here from the work that was done. Shocker.... still no phone call back. Fine, we can get another company out here to check things out. Then we can see you in court for all the wrong you have done.

He apologized also and said he would get him here to finish and to also work on better communication. He also had another gentleman call me shortly after we spoke about fixing some repairs inside the home the plumbers had caused that Frank promised to get fixed. Needless to say they never got fixed as promised. So then, to my surprise Jayson came alright with the police. What a joke. What happened to that communication? Jayson told myself and the police Frank told him to call the police. Interesting, cause in our conversation hours earlier there was NO concern about payment. We just wanted the job completed. And as per our contract the job was to be paid in full when the job was complete. At this point it was NOT even close to complete. Which is also stated in the police report.
Y'all got your $$ as soon as it was complete. Funny how now that y'all did and we have problems yet again with the same thing you don't call back. So much for any warranty!!!!

We have two units and our upstairs unit was not cooling. Tech from John Wayne came out. We ended up having a leak in one unit and that was the only unit looked at. Really did not do any technical testing or pulling off panels to look at what the cause could be and NEVER looked at the actual unit we called about. Tech gave us a $8500 quote to replace the entire inside and outside unit. My husband had to go up and look at the downstairs unit before installation and realized the quote was to replace our entire downstairs unit - the tech never even looked at the upstairs unit! When my husband called to get another evaluation before installation , the tech blamed him and said you pointed me to it. Seriously! Who is the professional. What if I showed him the water heater! Bottom line is we received a quote to completely replace the unit that was working. We would have spent $8500 and still not had AC upstairs. More discouraging is the Tech threatened that we would lose our $500 good faith payment even though the diagnosis was BS. We requested to speak to a supervisor. No call back from a supervisor 12 hours later.
