If you have a plumbing issue call Adept!  They helped us right before Christmas - and Christmas company - to fix bathroom issues.  He's been out again to help us with our outdoor spicots  and other issues.  He's been a great help finding the cause of problems and getting them fixed.  Excellent and highly recommended!

Our issue was a slowly dripping shower and was made worse by me trying to crank down on the handle to make it stop.  After fiddling with it for about an hour to make it stop, I made it worse to the point where it was a steady stream of water.  

I called MyPlumb-Sure at 4:50pm and talked with Samantha.  She put me at ease and called her supervisor who authorized a crew to be at the house after their current job.  They arrived around 7pm.  Chris and Dan were friendly, clean and very professional.  They spent a total of 15-20 minutes on the leak and had it fixed.

I called on Tuesday afternoon, they came on Wednesday. After 1 minute, they diagnosed my plumbing issue (I'm NOT very handy! ), and fixed it on the spot, free of charge!

I had a water heater pilot light would not stay lit. S & D went out and wanted to charge $250 to diagnose the problem. The water heater is 10 years old so I asked for a quote for a new one. His quote was $4300 to replace a 40 gallon Natural gas water heater($650 at homedepot).  I told him to get out that is over twice what it should cost!  I am a Property manager and have had many water heaters replaced over the lst 20+ years.  

Do not trust these guys they apparently thought I was as novice that did not know what a water heater should cost.

My bathroom started flooding on a Saturday afternoon and I was going crazy having to mop up the mess every couple of hours, I called plumbers all around town and San Marcos Plumbing was the only place that returned my call. Their receptionist was great and managed to send someone out the same day even though they were booked solid. Brian did a great job fixing our sewer main and their rates were totally reasonable, I highly recommend them!

For the second time in less than a year, I have called to schedule a plumber.  Been sent to the plumbing department voicemail.  Requested a call back for a plumbing leak and other service.  They do not call back.  Poorly run and managed business.  Very frustrating.  Don't waste your time!

Our well needed to be completely rewired, new pot, new pump, add new water tanks, etc. Kerrville Plumbing was one of three estimates we got. They were quite a bit higher, but absolutely worth it.  You get what you pay for.  They are extremely knowledgeable, and for our job they used the highest quality products, the work is warranted, and we know it was done correctly the first time.  When we are ready to look at heat pumps or anything else related to plumbing, we will use Bill and his team.

We had needed the inflow/outflow parts replaced in our garage toilet. My husband called about 8:30 and we had a plumber here at noon. Frank quickly installed the parts and had the toilet operational in about 14 minutes. He was efficient and friendly. I'll use them in the future.

Ott Plumbing let me down when I went to them for assistance on a Boy Scout project, so I gave these guys a chance.  They were very friendly and tried to help, but they couldn't find what we needed.  I thanked them for trying then left.  Later my toilet's shut off valve was leaking, and I knew it was time to call the professionals.  Enter Culpepper to the rescue!  The receptionist was very nice and remembered me from my visit.  She fit me in and said they could be out soon.  Two or three guys arrived and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.  The bill was reasonable and the work was good quality.

If you want quality work done and awesome customer service these are your guys. They replaced my old water softener system and added a whole house water filter. They were the 3rd company I called and Jacob came over quickly and Jacob made the service call easy and effortless on my part. I had a leaking water heater and left a message with Bolin Sunday evening. They called me back the next morning but I was not available. When I called back (mid-morning) they were able to fit me into their schedule later in the afternoon. The leak had progressed even though I had shut off the water line leading to it so we definitely needed the service. At this point there was a river running into the street from our garage. I waited patiently and finally got a call 35 minutes after they were due to arrive only to be told that their insurance didn't cover them to do work on multi family condominiums. Apparently this has always been their policy even though they've done work at my unit a few months ago and the initial employee I spoke with acknowledged that they've been here before. STUMPED!!! Good luck to me finding a free plumber at 5pm on a Monday! They got two stars because I had great service from this company when they turned their cheeks the other way and serviced my condo.

Lee has been my plumber for years. He has always helped me with repairs big and small, from clogged drains to major additions. Lee and his crew have always treated me like family and give me fair prices and service that is beyond professional. These days it's really hard to get a good tradesman to work at your home and Lee is always punctual and completes the job quickly, and right the first time. If you are looking for a plumber I highly recommend Lee and his crew, you won't be disappointed!

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.
