Best Access Control System Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had to re-key 3 locks in our casita, I called VC's Lock and Key, and spoke with Victor on Friday evening, he said he would be available Monday morning, I needed the service the same Friday night and he agreed to come out for this emergency visit for a higher fee, which I didn't mind. Victor arrived 40 minutes after our call and re-keyed all of the locks in time for my new tenant. He was really professional and very fast. I would highly recommend his services!

I recently locked myself out of my house (don't ask). I called several places on Yelp to get some assistance and every business was too busy or didn't answer their phone. I then noticed the ad on Yelp for The Lock Shop so I called hoping I wouldn't get the run around like the other places I called. To my surprise, a very pleasant lady answered promptly and got Jeff dispatched to my house right away. Even though she said he would be there in 30 minutes, he was there in less than 15 minutes. Jeff was professional, friendly, and just my kind of personality that makes me want to support this business 100%. I also received a follow-up call from Taylor and a 10% discount and thank you letter in the mail. The Lock Shop is great and I will definitely use them again for keys, lock outs, etc.

I really liked Ron/Ran. I seldom write reviews unless I like someone. We moved into a new place and had exterior entries to re-engineer. He gave very good suggestions and we went with them. Turned out great. He was here several hours and I didn't feel like he overcharged. Very reasonable. I will always call him in the future.

Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

I was very impressed with my technician Brent who came to rekey my house. He was on time and super friendly and professional. I appreciated that my hands were full and he offered to help carry my load upstairs. My door handle was lose and he took it upon himself to look in his toolbox for a screw and fixed it. He did not charge me for this but rather I took it as a pride in his work. I would wholly recommend him and ARCO lock.

Having recently purchased a mobile home I needed a locksmith to come over and repair and rekey the  locks on the unit.  I contacted Arizona Locksmith and spoke with Tom about my needs.  
Tom was cordial and professional and we set an appointment for the next day.  He told me it would be one of his technicians who came out to do the job but he would be available should there be any complications.  When I hung up the phone I had a good feeling about the way I was treated and the services Tom had recommended .
The next morning right on time The Locksmith technician arrived.  He cheerfully introduced himself and we reviewed what was needed.  Moshe was very professional and was able to repay all three locks as well as make an adjustment on one door to insure everything worked properly.
I can't say enough about how great is was to deal with this company.  I recommend them highly and before I forget the charges for the job were very fair.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!!

When one of our customers locked their keys in their locker at our spa, our usual locksmith was not able to come out so we found 24/7 on line. They said the service call rate would be $19.95 and the usual rate to open a locker is $30-$50 depending on the equipment.  We usually pay this much so I told him to come over. When he arrived the guest was anxiously waiting to get into her locker and he told us the charge would be $170 because our lockers were "antique" (They were new in 1997). With the guest standing there listening, I couldn't really argue. He had the locker opened in under 1 minute and then he gave me a bill for $187 including tax and said he didn't have the equipment to make a key. If he wasn't wearing a shirt with 24/7 logo on it I would question if he was even a legit employee. He called in to charge my credit card and gave me a receipt with no company name or contact info on it.

This guy was great ! He came in took a look at the lock and bam- it was unlocked in no time! Thank you so much!

Quick response and entry into my car! Waited no longer then 15 mins. They came and quickly opened car without any issues. Very timely and knowledgeable service! Would use this service again!

called and spoke to someone whose name i dont remember. tried to charge $150 to make me a new key from the trunk lock which i know takes only 30 minutes, as ive been told so by many other locksmiths. guys is a jackass was completely rude to me and was not straight forward about the services. $150 for a plain metal key is obnoxious. go to harmons safe lock and key in mesa. much better prices and amazing customer service.

Bullshyt this place is not open 24/7. Just drove 25 minutes n wasted my time...never again.
