We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

Needed a spare key which I provided, for my vehicle cut and programmed. They were able to get me in, no appointment necessary, had the new remote programmed without a hitch, new blank cut,  and were done in under 10 minutes. It took me longer to drive from my house then it took them to get all of it done. The price was the best in the valley as I called around, got quotes and did my homework. Would definitely recommend The Lock Shop to friends and family and should the need arise, call them again.

Tom was incredible.  He did everything possible to help with opening the impossible locking mechanism with my business.  I turned out that it needed the actual door installer and a power saw to get it open, he stayed through the whole process to ensure I got in and that he was able to see the inner workings of this impossible mechanism.  Such a great professional.  I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience working with this company , and their employee Ruben. He turned a stressful situation into a phewwwwwww moment. Ruben was patient, professional and persistent .
