Larry and his crew have done 3 jobs for us at two of our homes. Each time they were efficient and very clean! Larry and his guys are a pleasure to work with! At the most current job they did, Larry was so patient in helping us pick out colors for our interior and exterior, along with a huge roof top deck that has wooden railings wrapped around the entire deck. This was a very BIG job and still was priced reasonably and within our budget. We will never choose another painting company again. Everyone at Painting With Pride is wonderful from their work to their demeanor! We recommend them to everyone that mentions needing this type of service. Oh! I almost forgot to mention... one of the bedrooms and bathrooms had drywall repair to be done before painting that they also took care of for us. To this day, 5 years later, you still don't see the seems where they had to repair things. Thank you Larry and Painting With Pride crew!

It was a pleasure to work with Rick at Five Star Landscaping.  We have a hillside area that is eroding.  Rick listened to what my concerns and wishes were for this area.  He made it happen, despite having easier options.  Unlike other landscaping companies. Rick, the owner, was on the job the whole time.  Not only is he knowledgeable about plants and planting, but irrigation, as well.  His prices are reasonable.

Fantastic customer service! Very prompt and thorough. I highly recommend smart pools for new builds, repairs, and weekly service! They actually care about when customers.

Joel Stark of AZ Studs was a pleasure to work with and on the job site daily. His team is solid and he completed a major remodel without a hitch. He is knowledgeable and his prices are competitive. I would definitely hire AZ Studs for any future remodels.

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

We completely ripped out and remodeled our backyard this year and we hired Phil and Shearon Design Collective to help us design everything. Not only did he do a perfect 3D model of what we designed originally, but he also gave feedback and improved on our original design significantly, then redesigned the 3D model. We're so glad we hired him.

Some things that he helped us decide to change were:
- [ ] Overall layout of the pool
- [ ] Height and thickness of the wall
- [ ] Shape and radius of the rounded pillars
- [ ] Placement of the scuppers/water feature
- [ ] Layout of the pavers around the pool (he literally hand drew the pattern)
- [ ] Placement of our pool fence
- [ ] Placement of our cafe light polls and where the lights would fall
- [ ] Placement of the gas line for our removable fire table
- [ ] Layout of our front landscaping

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

I can now sleep through the night without worry that my kitchen was going to flood. Trysten was quick to respond, had no silly fees and was very flexible to work with. He was here within a couple hours of first contact. Brought in his case of tools and got to work. quick, clean, polite and respectful. Very happy with his services!

We had them extend our driveway and finish up decking in the backyard. Quick responses and service. They were priced great, fast work looks great. Had them come back to do some stucco and finish up a short retaining wall. Fast, looks great. Would have preferred they actually finish cleaning up the are once they completed. Was told they would but didn't come back. Finally just said whatever. That was an inconvenience for us to clean it up or I would give them 5 stars. Would sue again just be sure to specify and follow up with the cleaning up part.
Otherwise good.

The entire job was finished in timeframe estimated and their pricing was very fair for the high quality workmanship we received. We love this company!!!! They have been knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. This is a family run company. We bought our house in July and two weeks later our pool pump died, of course not covered by our home warranty. All the guys at Sonoran Water's have been great about making sure our new equipment is running at top performance. We truly lucked out finding this place. We will be using their services for a very long time.

I took down my old metal fence to have turf installed and needed a new gate to replace it with since thenildnone was rusting out.

Settled on Guardian and had them install it with Robert. I believe he is the Phoenix rep and installer. He was able to install within a week. Due to short notice I did this all over the phone and never actually met him! He came out and measured while I was at work and then installed once again when I was at work. Work area was clean when I came home - would have never known they were there except that a fence was now there.

Price to install a L from one corner to the other corner was surprisingly low  at ~1800 but prices will be going up for 2022.

I must have reviewed at least 15 other properties before selecting Toscana.  Boy am I glad I did.  First of all the distance is not that far from the airport, more reasonable than the big chain hotels and the amenities were ample.  I stayed here from 6/5-7/15. The greeting staff were extremely friendly, pleasant & helpful.  They rolled out the red carpet even though I'm no celebrity.  I was overwhelmed by their professionalism and attentiveness.  I didn't obtain all of their names but one of them was named Alison(2 ladies and a gentlemen).  They give u a college-like brochure regarding the property, partnered restaurants.  I love it!!!  The condo was clean, spacious, nicely decorated.  Underground parking, nice gym, pool.  I would love to stay with them again.

Paul Overton of EmpireWorks worked with our Board of Directors for over a year answering all of our questions onsite, and attending a Board Meeting to meet with homeowners before contracting for Tre Collina community painting in Phoenix.  As a Board Member and Homeowner, we are thrilled with every step of the way.  Paul Overton's communication with the Board and with the community, plus the courtesy of the onsite prep and painters have been above and beyond, and the community painting looks spectacular.  Thank you Paul Overton and EmpireWorks!
