I hired them to add a closet to a room in my house.  They had to deal with framing, drywall, baseboards, paint, electrical & flooring.  It came out great, looks like it's part of the original house.  I would use them again.

We contacted Vlad with interest in doing o complete interior remodeling of our $
2750 sq ft home. He was quick to meet with us and to to submit a lack luster proposal. We received some CAD drawings which were inconclusive.

Vlad gave us a start date. We proceeded to provide him with decor features and material selections to be included. The response time continued to drag out. With Vlad's suggestion we signed a temporary lease agreement for 5 weeks so as to be out of his way. Last week, before executing lease agreement I received verbal agreement from Vlad that we should proceed.

Now, one week before start date, Vlad pulls out of the project! We are on the hook for lease, packing materials and laborers.  Not to mention at least 30 days of lost project time.

BEWARE AND FOR WARNED.

Jeff is such a great southern gentleman. Really good and conscientious handyman. I truly, highly recommend him for any home repair you might have. Really, you'll be happy you read this.

Daniel and his brother did an incredible job on our stair railing. They were able to knock it out in 2 days and got every detail right. The materials they used were high quality and was solidly built. They were very easy to work with and made sure everything was to our liking. Would recommend to anyone looking to install new stair railing!

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! Tony and his Crew were extremely professional and polite.  They finished the repairs to my listing a week a head of schedule, so I could list my clients property in a timely manner.  He answered all my questions, and responded to all my requests.  I can not recommend this company enough. We bought our house in Truckee in September and really wanted to have the exterior stained before winter/snow as the house already had some weather damage. Rob gave us a very competitive quote and managed to get the job done before the weather changes. Rob and his crew did a great job and they were very flexible with regard to scheduling. We are thrilled with the way our house looks now. Beautiful job. Would recommend United Paint and Stain to anyone in the area.

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

Not good quality of service. Guy was here yesterday. Didn't brush or net it out. Who knows if they even add chemicals.

Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

I had some awnings put in in my house it was a small job I called three companies before this and they all made excuses Mayfield is very dependable and reliable and the job was done as promised, Excellent service and reliability
