We had him fix a hole in the ceiling from plumbing repair and it looks great. Matches the ceiling very well.

I've ordered a few things from Diersen Welding.  I needed some fencing with swing gates to put on the two sides of my house.  Really enhanced the look of my backyard.  Just received the crown jewel...a custom smoker.  Not a bolt on the thing except for the hinges and even those bolts on are welded on!  The smoker is custom and has my last name on the hood and a custom cutout on the shelf that says IRON WORKS.  I had a sign with the same logo done by them earlier and they surprised me by putting it on the smoker they made for me.  Excellent work by a team that loves what they do.  You can't help but make excellent products when you love what you do.

George is one hell of a guy. My boyfriend and I had him over as a referral for a small plumbing job and he was so unbelievably efficient and kind. We were actually in the middle of an entire home remodel and were planning on going with someone else to complete the job, but after seeing George's amazing and efficient plumbing work and finding out he also does entire home remodels, we decided to ask him to do it for us and we're so thankful we did. Not only does his work look flawless (demolition, wood floor installs, painting, baseboards, door installs, window installs, etc.), but he is also available day or night to answer any and every question you have for him. Thank you for everything you did for us George!!

Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced.  Michael of Michael's Construction did an outstanding job resolving fitment problems with two interior French doors and replacing the thresholds on two doors leading into my garage and home.

Michael knows his stuff.  He's very, very good at what he does, which is just about anything other than taming a Javelina roaming in your backyard.

Friendly, professional and incredibly responsive.  He answered my initial call immediately.  Responded with a time to do the work within 1 hour and arranged to do the work one-day ahead of schedule.

What more can you ask for?  Nothing! Well.. almost nothing.  Don't ask Michael to paint as that is something he doesn't offer.

Rick and Matt and their crew completed a beautiful carport/storage shed for me. They were very professional, communicated well and did a great job overall. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Had Chris out to get an estimate on a full pool remodel and initially had high hopes. Weeks went by with no update on where he was at. I had to follow up with him and he said he finished the numbers and would get back to me (which he never did). I followed up multiple times after that and he ignored all texts. Terrible communication and a poor way to treat potential customers.

I was impressed with the stellar reviews here, so I trusted several projects to Chris. It was a big learning experience for what I need to ask in future. From the beginning, he stressed high quality as his hallmark, so I accepted his quotes without haggling or getting other bids. During my home-shopping in this area, home owners seemed unfazed by a high degree of wear-and-tear -- not me -- and you notice it when you walk in my house, everything is pristine. I expected quality to mean being consistent with that.

My experience was inconsistent with every point made by other reviewers on this page: misunderstanding about what day the work was supposed to start (delays that left my preparations sitting awkwardly for days), sloppy workmanship, extended duration, and surprise pricing at the end asking for $400 extra even though I'd opted to do several tasks on my original list myself making it clear I'm on a tight budget.

They tend to arrive after 9 and leave by 3 or 4, and go to Home Depot once every day or two during that time. I didn't feel like my projects were priority one to them. At the end of a week I was told they'd have to come on Saturday to finish. After all day Saturday and Sunday, there were still more returns on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Not my fault in the least, but that's what they wanted $400 extra for.

Quality means preventing surprises in timing, workmanship, and efficiency. For every sloppy thing that required me to spend time cleaning up after them, and for every delay, especially during my weekend, they should have gotten demerits in their compensation. Quality means being straightforward about whether you can actually install that brand of shower door, before letting me place the order or signing on with you. Quality means reading the instructions so you don't have to string out the project by several days, and so I don't have to hire another handyman to correct what went wrong.

Adam has been helping us upgrade our home to a rental property. He has done an outstanding job fixing multiple doors that were out of alignment (letting the AZ heat in!), including our front gate which was getting stuck and unable to open. Adam replaced fans on our 9-10 ft ceilings, replaced bathroom light fixtures and two chandeliers. My fiancé and I can count on Adam to be on time and communicate different options to fix our house problems. He is honest, friendly and gets the work done correctly. We will definitely be using him in the future for our next home! Thanks Adam!

Had a leak in the roof, not only were they able to come out quickly, they took me up to the roof to show what the previous roofer we had did wrong. They had tons of knowledge about the roof details Completed the job quickly and efficiently

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

I am currently a renter and had a mishap with the garage door. This resulted in needing the whole garage door to be painted . The property management contracted with Cadriel Construction for the job. The owner Rich contacted me via text message at 9 pm the night before and told me he would be sending a guy and gave me no time range. We didn't even know when the painter arrived and open the garage door up on him while he was prepping the door. After the work was done I followed up with Rich to obtain a copy of the invoice to which he very rudely asked Why would I send you the invoice? it was sent to property management If I am paying for the work I should have the right to see the invoice. Rudely disregarding someone paying for your services was the response I received. I contacted the property management and they ended up uploading the same invoice that he could have provided me. The invoice was just a list of tasks that should be done when painting even though it was listed that the garage door should have been cleaned before painting but I know that it was not. Nothing was itemized and the charge was super high at $460 to paint a standard two car garage door where only around a gallon of paint is used. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are overpriced and rude.

Warning: Do NOT use this so called company! I have never written a review before but after what I went through , I had to let others know. Anderson from this company played games with me all day long.He was supposed to come at 9am, nothing. I had to reach out to him at 11am. He said he would call me when he's on his way. 2:30pm nothing. I texted him and he said he would be at my house by 3:30pm. 5pm I called him to find out he's finally on his way. 5:50pm he calls saying he was at my house (he wasn't as I was looking) but had to turn around because he forgot the most important part?!?? He basically pulled a no show. Here I was not feeling well either and have a crack in my roof and have water damage in my walls inside. Monsoon season now so I was counting on him.
