Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Made a friend out of Bob.  He was the lead contractor.  We opened up our kitchen to the living area.  We did it right by getting an engineer to verify the load bearing beam.  We redid all of our bathrooms.  He finished all of the items up until the end.  Love working with VETS!  Hope he posts pictures of our renovation.

We are due for a major backyard upgrade. To kickstart the project, we decided to take down the store front canopy in front of our master sliding door. My wife wanted to add additional shading in the area for a hammock so we decided to add a full canopy to the area. After researching some options we decided to settle on an alumawood option given its weight and longevity. We contacted Royal Covers of AZ for a quote. It was a pretty easy / painless process to setup the appointment for on site quote and measurements. We were given a 3-4 month wait timeline for install. The materials came in after about 2.5 months and we were able to get it installed a week later. The crew was able to get it all done in one morning and the installation was clean and tidy. We are very happy we went with Royal Covers of AZ for our new canopy! We highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for quality work.

I had my patio extended recently by Dean and his crew and that was one of the best experience I've had dealing with contractors! Dean is on top of all scheduling and the communications for the project. I didn't have to check on him like I had to with the other contractors. He constantly updated me with the progress of the project and also responded to my emails and texts right away. Dean is very straightforward with the scope of work and the pricing. He explained to me in details about how he'll get the job done, and he delivered!

Used them for years and I am an out out of state Landloard but treat the rental like a home.  I feel they treat their work the same way, business but personal.  Kangaroo staff are great communicators, workers are reliable and do a good job, as well as prices are fair.  I like their email weekly reports with readings and pics.  Those pics for an of state landlord are priceless.  Thanks Kangaroo and I would recommend you to anyone.  Keep up the good work!

Upon the purchase of our new home we needed to complete the dirt back yard. We obtained several quotes from Landscape companies and they were all over the board. Rusty gave us a bid which was highly competitive and covered things others had missed. It was also easy to see the passion he had for our project. We worked together to design a 9 hole putting course, not a putting green, but 9 individual holes. Rusty and his team jumped right in and created a high quality putting course, lighting, landscaping, BBQ island, and pavers. Honestly we could not be happier with the results. I've owned my Shasta pool for 18 years and everyone is great but the gentleman who came to service my salt cell was outstanding. It's the second time Dan Lamay has been here and he really knows his stuff. Reset my variable speed pump once everything was done and adjusted the timing to ensure the pool is cleaning efficiently. Also, the work was done quickly and without a mess!

Communication is not good.

They don't care about their employees whatsoever. Covid is being spread around that warehouse and the bosses won't let people take the right amount of time off otherwise you will be fired so they're putting your health and paycheck at risk all for the company as well as putting the employees families at risk for not following covid protocols. They won't let you drink water on the floor even in 117 weather. This company thinks they're above everything and normal human decency doesn't apply to them. This is a shit show!
