Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

Dave the owner was very straight with me about the costs, his crew came and did a great job, they worked hard and were very professional, I would highly recommend this company.  My deck around my pool and my patio look great, they also did my front porch walkway in flagstone painting, it looks great also.  If you want someone to do this type of work and pay a fair price I would contact Dave.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Ray and his team did a wonderful job on our pool deck and garage floor. I plan to help him out again at another property. I've also referred him to others.

Joel was fantastic. He was meticulous, careful, comprehensive, and absolutely honest. Our back decking in Flagstaff was in need of refurbishment. Instead of trying to talk us into a full redo, he was able to find the structural issues with our railing and steps, walkthrough a repair of a concrete pillar, showed us where there were opportunities for small restructurings for reinforcement, and gave us a dead honest estimate. When we looked to add a few things, his add-ons were priced fairly, and he also discovered a few issues which he repaired without extra cost. He came when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would, he documented with photos and videos and sent them to us. We paid him ahead for materials, we paid him at the end for labor. I was absolutely pleased with his work, and would definitely call him again should the need arise.

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David and the rest of the team at Deck Services are amazing. Our deck had some areas where the original paint started to peel off and parts of our pool's cantilever were broken and chipped.
David showed up numerous times to give us a proper estimate of the work and go over the options and details with us.
Once the work started, they did a great job keeping the backyard as clean as possible after each day of work, they protected the pool with plastic sheets to reduce the amount of dust that fell into it.
The last few days were when the art started. Watching David and his team handcrafting each artificial flagstone with the Kooldecking material was an amazing sight. But not less important, the final two days when they did the cleanup and touchups, as well as how they left the backyard at the end was amazing. They did a full cleanup of the yard, vacuumed the pool using a special tool to get all the debris out, and washed the entire backyard to an amazing and pristine state.
Not only was the price reasonable, out of all the deck guys we talked to, but their work and the quality of the result was top-notch.
I would recommend David and his team wholeheartedly to anyone.

The doors looked great when they got them done!  However now that WE have to replace a screen (they will replace it for a cost) we found a screw broke off and the frame bent in half when we unscrewed the frame.   Shoddy work!.  Upon closer inspection the doors aren't even the same.  Won't use them again.  Have problems with the door closures have adjusted many times ourselves.  They won't send someone to look at them, instead we will mail you new parts & you install it & send the old ones back.  Again....The last words they told us, you have ANY problems just call we will be back to fix ANYTHING.  Don't believe it.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. First Impression Ironworks installed a beautiful iron gate in our courtyard. The experience was very professional and their representatives were friendly and helpful. It seemed a little pricy at first but it is an investment in our home that will last forever.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We just completed installation on a beautiful new iron door.  It looks just like my inspiration picture (maybe better).  Team was responsive and I knew what to expect every step of the way.  I asked if it was a one day installation and they told me that they couldn't commit to that because sometimes they run into some issues when they Geri to the install.  Sure enough, our old casing had some problems.  They scheduled the follow up with a day and we're out to complete as scheduled.  Overall great service.  Special shout out to Melissa P.
