Very pleased with their service!  We needed to make our gate area a little wider than the standard gate opening to accommodate moving a Can-Am into our backyard.  They came out, gave us an estimate, came back the next week and did the work, and just yesterday put the actual new gate up (sooner than expected I might add).  It looks GREAT!  They were all very professional; Greg was the gentleman who came out and ran the project.  They arrived on time, cleaned up the mess, and provided excellent customer service.  I would highly recommend them for big or small projects.

Jason and his team are the best! They put on a new roof on my historic home a couple of years ago, but the latest interaction really just reminded me how good of a choice it was to hire him and his crew for the original roof job. I had a chronic leak on the roof overhang on the back of my porch, which my painter found. I called Jason, and he happened to be in my area. He came over right away, fixed the issue himself, and told me if I ever had any problems to contact him. Who has caring follow through in their customer service like this anymore? I really appreciated it, and choosing Jason and his team really was the right idea. The roof they installed has been solid and has been problem free other than the above mentioned. Pick these guys if you're in the market for a new roof for your home, and you won't be disappointed.

Manuel from AZ SunCovers has done a tremendous job to install a 23*11 patio shade in my backyard. He and his team are very professional, they have completed the work way before the actual timeline. Definitely recommend AZ SunCovers

Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

We have a two story house with basement and with that, have two decks.  Through the years, the beams supporting the first floor and second floor decks have been failing.  A result of this is that the wood has become compressable.  Through this, the decks started to sag, a very dangerous situation.  

We called around and were very fortunate to find Yavapai Decks, Abide Construction.  Nate talked with me about the project and fortunately had a couple of open days in the near future.  He came out and gave me an estimate, which I accepted.  Later that week he came out and did the repair.  This involved jacking up the decks so he could remove the bad lumber.  

The end result is that we now have a very solid foundation for our decks.  The work was done beautifully and structurally sound.  He even painted the supports the exact color of the existing structure.  I only wish that Yavapai Decks did other work - we would hire them in an instant!

They built a 2ft high retaining wall in our backyard which looks great! They showed up on time and worked all day. A week later we found 2 cracked bricks. They returned and fixed them promptly. Thank you Rob and company.

Doug is very responsive and also patient. He picked up my phone, explained how much everything would cost. Also he arrives on time as he promised. The work is done quickly and with high quality. I would hire him again to do some handyman jobs in the future.

I couldn't be happier with my new shower renovation by Global Prevention Services! I appreciate their attention to detail, professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend GPS to anyone who is looking for a painless remodeling experience!

I have been in Contracting for 20 years and I am very rarely met with the level of customer service I have received from this company so far.  The owner called me today to follow up on an estimate I requested only a few hours prior and after giving me the estimate over the phone, informed me that he was sorry for the Delay and that he had had a Small Heart Attack over the weekend.  ummm...Today is MONDAY...only 2 days after a heart attack and the man is getting back to me within hours?? AND is sorry for the delay???!!!  I am blown away and will be doing business with him I HOPE for many years to come.  SERVICE LIKE NO OTHER!

Called this supposed business owner for some handyman assistance. He claimed he spoke five languages so I assumed he was a great communicator. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. He asked me how 6 PM to 7 PM worked for me and I said fine. He then asked where I lived and I said Casas Adobes. OK, great I will spend an hour cleaning up before he comes over. Later, I looked up his location and it said Phoenix. I'm in Tucson so not sure why he said he would come over between 6 PM and 7 PM. I assumed he might have a worker here or that perhaps he was working in Tucson. I texted him twice with Radio silence as his reply. Is he coming? Is he not coming? Based on his previous reviews it's apparent that his lack of professionalism and communication lacks average standards.  Operating a small business encompasses more than just doing the work. The majority of owning a small business is interacting with people. I would say he gets 2 F's, 1 for a communication fail and 1 for being a flake. Buyer beware unless you don't care about common human decency.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Terry does great work.  He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work.  He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable.  Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.

We wanted to totally change the look and feel of our stair railings from outdated traditional golden oak to a more contemporary combination of metal, wood and stainless steel cable. After doing a lot of searching, Artistic Stairs was the only company I could find that was capable of handling a custom project like this. They warned me, because of their backlog, that it would take months to complete the job, and they were right! But, now that it's complete, we are very happy with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and all of the people involved that I came in contact with were very professional, courteous, dependable and excellent at what they do. Before and after....

We contracted them to remove grass in our front yard and replace it with desert landscape. It looked great when they finished. One week later there was more grass showing than rock. They neglected to kill the grass they hadn't completely dug up nor had they put down that anti vegetation cloth. They came out and did a half assed job of putting down cloth. They left spaces around the large rocks and plants. Still grass all over. First big rain I had water in my house along a side wall. They didn't remove enough dirt on my side lawn. They just dumped rock and killed the drainage. I could see dirt in most places, not 4 inches of rock. They came out and put in a 'French' drain which almost worked, sort of. I still get a bunch of water when it rains. Never, ever had water in there before, but have given up on Straight Line ever fixing the problem. I almost forgot about the poor job of planting they did. See other reviews and you'll get the idea. It would have been more economic to leave my St Augustine and privot hedges, water it and not have water in my house...................... Or maybe not used Straight line?

Clayton promptly responded the same day to our request for consultation and quote on the replacement of a pergola shade structure. He was very personable and pleasantly discussed multiple options for layout and materials. His quote was detailed and thorough. He leveraged a 5 man crew for the job in the interest of getting the job done professionally and in a timely manner. All the guys on his crew were great. We felt as if this group was taking care of us as they would their own families. They even cleaned the worksite cleaner than they found it. We will definitely call on Gusto Construction again and highly recommend them!

Not impressed with this company. To give you an idea how the business operates, someone in my husband's crew spilled water on the job site and wouldn't fess up to it, so the foreman flew off the handle and said the crew could go without  water for the rest of the day. That's an OSHA violation, not to mention a human rights violation. The crew ended up calling it early due to low worker productivity. Gee, ya think? For building high-end custom homes, they also don't pay very well.

I'm puzzled how they're still in business. How do they think it's a viable business practice to have a customer wait a whole year for their backyard remodel only to have the contractor say the dimensions are not doable.

You can only blame supply chain issues for so much, at this point they're borderline negligent and acting in bad faith.  Definitely telling all my networks to avoid this company at all costs.
