Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.

Their customer service, speed and quality was incredible! Their team replaced our roof underlayment and restored ceiling within 4 days. I highly recommend Schott Development. Save yourself the time and trouble of comparative quotes. Their responsiveness, price and quality is unmatched!

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. After vetting several contractors and choosing to work with Gordon Enterprises, we could not be happier. All of the 5 star reviews are absolutely correct. We hired Gordon Enterprises to completely renovate  a condo kitchen, two bathrooms and replace flooring throughout. We truly have no negatives to report.

* Incredibly responsive from the start. Gordon met every deadline and promptly responded to every communication.
* Every interaction is courteous, respectful and professional. They make it easy to talk through plans, change orders and logistics.
* Their work is meticulous and the results exceeded expectations. We smiled ear to ear when we saw the finished product. Simply amazing.
* They thought of every detail and added small details at no cost just because they knew it would enhance the value. They treat the project as though it's on their own home.
* The work completed was perfect and at budget. There were no punch list items to complete. We have worked with commercial contractors over the years at work and both at budget and punch list free is almost unheard of.

We are now starting projects on our personal residence to include kitchen, bathroom and a new sunroom addition.

Aea Plumbing came through again for me! I had an issue with a simple repair that I thought I could do myself that spiraled out into a big mess! This team not only gave me a quick quote but we're here same day and got it done fast! The workers were outstanding and professional! This is the only plumbing company I will use going forward!

We needed an oven installed and Tatum was beyond superior. I was timid to request this service, seeing that they do new construction. But I took the chance and asked. They were more than happy to help us. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I received a quote and was charged $500 more than quoted.  They did not properly clean the base cabinetry and stains started to show through the paint within 2 weeks.  Scheduling was very difficult and last minute.  Also, they promised to return and put new hardware on the cabinets, but never came back despite multiple messages left.  I had to hire another handyman who came and completed the job for me.  He did a great job, but cost me another $400.  I would not recommend this company at all.

We remodeled our Master bathroom with Able & Ready LLC. We are so please with the whole process from the estimate, start date and the total transformation. The workers kept us informed at every turn and they were on time, pleasant, and professional during the whole job. We would highly recommend the company!

Buyer BEWARE! This company is a complete Joke. Zero professionalism and Zero quality of work. Just horrible ownership and lack of just plain ol common sense.

Justin and his team were amazing. huge shout out to Nick for all his correspondence. We bought a property to flip from a different state and they were incredibly fast and efficient. The house came out amazing and the work is great! to counter the previous review - I did actually pick out all of my tile, and finishes with no problem. Super happy with it and hope to flip a few more homes with these guys :) Thanks y'all.
