Katy was the best, most professional cleaner I've ever had! And I'm a Boomer.  

It is obviously she loves her job, and works hard to ensure every bit of grit, grim, soap scum, hard water build up is gone.  I have had a faucet for over 30 years and she completed "encrusted" it.  It looks brand new.  She is this diligent on everything  she cleans.

She was on time, ready to go and she has a wonderful attitude.  I will ask for her next time.

We had Carlos & Cristina do a move-out cleaning of a property that we had been renting, and they did an absolutely great job.
The whole experience with Tidy Casa was exactly how it should be. . .the website was informative and easy to navigate, the booking process was easy, and I received regular updates leading up to the cleaning date.

Carlos and Cristina were professional and thorough; I'd absolutely use them again!

As an added 'above and beyond'. . .when I made my original booking, I unknowingly doubled-up on the services that I ordered (because of what was included in the 'move-in/move-out' option), and Tidy Casa reached to me to let me know that they removed the charge for the extra service that I had ordered, because it was already included.
I thought that was pretty awesome, because I would have never noticed myself.

They dont train their employees properly, pretty much just throw them on the floor and told to clean to the best of your ability. No background checks are done, and they steal. Manager is completely rude.  Watch out!!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

She is worth every penny, and then more!

Amazing is the first thing that came to my mind when I walked in the door after Rebecca and Nicole completed an initial deep cleaning. My house has never been this clean. My wife and I decided to throw a birthday party at our house for the first time and wanted to make sure that the house was cleaned from top to bottom. I really like the fact that Rebecca is very professional and will always do whatever it takes to make sure the customer gets what they wanted. Everything from the green cleaning products to the customization of the different scents available in the cleaning products, makes the whole experience very unique. Rebecca and Nicole even included luxury hotel touches like folded towels, folded tissues, and even chocolates on the master bed. I am giving Opulence 5 stars because of the excellent professionalism, expertly detailed cleaning skills, superior communications skills, and the unique ability to make even a house cleaning seem fancy. I plan to continue using Opulence for all my home cleaning needs.

Team # 6 (Ivonne & Yannett) just left my house after a 4 hour deep clean and WOW!!! They did a phenomenal job with everything from big items like the ceiling fans & floors, to smaller details like baseboards, the areas around the toilet, and areas behind furniture. I am so impressed! I can't wait to have these two ladies back in a couple of months. I'm also referring them to my parents!

Louis serviced my home this week and did an amazing job. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and he made my home brand new. He paid attention to detail and gave it that extra shine! 10/10

I would have otherwise rated the cleaning services a 5 but I am writing a review for myself and a friend as I recommended their services and was present during the cleaning.

I scheduled move-out cleaning services for both she & I as we were moving out of our apartments. The lady that cleaned my friend's apartment was very pleasant and eager to begin cleaning. I left for a while to take care of other things and when I returned 2 hours later she was already done although scheduled for 3 hours. No biggie because the apartment didn't look lived in as my friend is always working. I noticed the drawers and crisper in the fridge were not cleaned out, then I noticed the glass mirror in the bedroom had not been cleaned. Those things that were pointed out to her, we addressed. It wasn't until the next day that I returned and noticed the light fixtures had not been wiped down and there was still an accumulation of dust & hair on the baseboard in the bathroom that I ultimately cleaned.

I called Carole's Housing to provide feedback (well received). Fast forward to my appointment.

Arrora was my cleaning lady yesterday. She and I did a walk-thru and I pointed out some areas that I wanted her to pay attention to. She did a fantastic job. I don't think I could have done a better job myself. If I had to hire an individual regularly, it would certainly have been her. The only thing that was not done but it's my fault I guess because I failed to request it specifically, the couch cushions were not removed and cleaned underneath. I didn't even think of that but now that I think about it, I would think that to be standard in a move out clean.

Great work by Miguel. On-time, very responsive, attention to detail, and hardworking. All of this and reasonable pricing.

Juan and his crew deep cleaned our home after a full house renovation .
They were on time, polite and ready to work. They did a great job.
A few days later, I was moving back in, I required more help in moving furniture, putting rugs down, cleaning floors, (yet again), because living in the Valley, going from outside to inside,  floors get dirty/dusty very quickly.
Their communication is great. and in my case, Juan was available on very short notice.
If you want your home, or place of business to be sparkling, clean, at a fair price, be sure to call ABCXTREAM CLEANING and ask for Juan.

Thank you Mr Buff for coming out on short notice for a move in 104 degree heat. He worked fast and efficient. He was friendly and very professional. His price quote was fair and competitive to other rates.

I am absolutely shocked by the low standard of performance from this company. I booked this company to clean my condo and my new home. They were an hour late to the new house and did not deep clean the home. It was satisfactory at best. I went along with it because I have been moving and needed them to clean the condo prior to renting it out so I excused it. The second appointment at the vacant condo was booked two weeks in advance. Not only were they unresponsive but they showed up a half hour late and then said they weren't going to have time to clean it because they had other appointments. They stepped out front and said they were going to call their manager and left without saying a word. They are not answering their phones. So they left without a word, without performing the service. Don't use this company if you need to actually get something cleaned.
