I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another. One company offered me a fantastic deal!
Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together. He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.
I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience. Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests. This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with. I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me. A very trustworthy person!

We had AES install rooftop solar 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with the design and installation. When we had a minor problem with a new style inverter used on our array, AES sent out an electrical engineer to solve the issue. It's worked perfectly since. Our monthly electric bills have averaged $16 per month since installation!! Thanks guys for a job well done.

***Update*** 8/5/22 Solar's finally up and running thanks to my husbands dogged pursuit of fixing the mess we'd been served. When the owners read my google review they reached out and showed a sincere desire to make things right. They were surprised and dismayed at all the problems we'd encountered and reduced our final payment by $1000. Owner Russ even came to the house today to ensure the system was turned on properly. I'm happy to update my review and give AEP 4 stars.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday technicians were both sick. I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing. They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

**UPDATED** I waited almost 2 months from the day the system stopped working due to what SRP said was their faulty install to getting a scheduled day for service. Prior to this scheduled date I called them 5 times after the first call and was told that the person with whom I needed to speak would call me back. They never did with the exception of the 1st call I made. I get a text of the date 11/29 they are going to come and fix my system. They did not show up, nor did they call and let me know no one was coming, nor did they text to let me know. I had to text the person that text me about my 11/29 appointment on 11/13 that no one showed. That person did not know that and said they would look into it. I never heard back that day even to let me know that there was no update. Left to my own business ethics reasoning, I assumed since I was "stood up" that I would be made priority for 11/30, but no, I was not. Since this person, I have no name, is the only one that actually communicates, albeit very little, with me I sent a text today 12/1 about no one came out 11.30 and what happened. Seems she is still trying to communicate with the project manager and said she did not say someone would come out on 11/30. I never said she did, but replied that I assumed I would be made priority since I was ghosted on the scheduled day. I asked if I can just get a full refund and they take their system and we go our separate ways. I get a text back saying she said she would look into the appointment with the case owner and scheduler. Seems I cannot return the 5 month old system that has only worked for 3 months despite them not living up to their end of the deal (see below for more information on that). I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from them. I took all their good reviews as a sign of a great and ethical company. Seems I was wrong. One can never tell when that will happen to them. But for $68 grand system on a 3600 sq ft house, I expected more.

The reasons are: tomorrow will be a month since my system broke, stopped producing and building credits, and has not been fixed or attempted to fix post diagnosis. They sent someone out to fix it. He took my electrical box panel off my electrical box and due to a safety hazard left it off the box. He just left. He called but left no message and i had no idea he was gone. He did not come to my door (he knew i was home) to give me my panel so i could put it up to avoid it being stolen. I have called the company four times since in two weeks. Only once did any follow up happen, and that was the first call letting me know the exact information I called in and gave except they gave a name to a person that could verify what I already knew. Which is not only not what I asked but was confusingly pointless. The other three times I was told i would get a call back on account the person that has my account is on the phone already when I call. I do not doubt that as i know i am not the only person that has foolishly bought from them and cannot be the only one suffering from their apparent God awful business and service practices. It seems more and more clear that they are avoiding accountability to what they promised and the damage they caused due to the abhorrent installation of the system. That is not conjecture, that is from SRP when they came out to make sure I am not scamming them for better rates through the price breaks one gets by going solar. At this point i want to just give the system back, get a refund, and take my business elsewhere.

I was notified a few days later it was actually online. I was on, but not connected to the internet as I was told. They had me put he system back online as though I knew what I was doing. Granted, they did email me instructions, but I was not able to get it done in a few tries. No real big deal, but was rather annoying because this was to be done correctly by them the first time when the tech was out. Moving forward a few days I was told and emailed that Elevation would monitor my solar panels for a year and alert me when my system stopped producing or other tech issues. This is not the case. I was alerted on 10/14/2021 by SRP that my system stopped producing energy, the solar breaker is not making a good connection and recommended that I have Elevation come out and install it correctly, and that there are 2 breakers (Curb and Brayden) that were off (these have always been off since day one of when these breakers were labeled). I understood that all was done correctly as I have to rely on what I am told on account I have no electrical or solar knowledge. I looked at my Enphase account and my system had stopped producing energy on 10/12/2021. I called today Elevation Soar today, 10/18/2021 since their support
