Absolutely horrific company to work with. Every there needed to be managed by myself while working at the house for quality and completion, which took a ton of my time trying to chase after them to do the work. I suggest looking at other companies before having to deal with ATH Restoration.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

We found some water damage in a closet in our home and I called All Dry to come take a look. They were out to me as soon as they could and gave me great information and talked me through the process. They are very reliable and great with communication. I highly recommend them!

I hired Arizona Restoration Experts to remediate a mold problem in our kitchen that was caused by a leaking dishwasher.  Adam, one of the owners, gave me a quote for the job and then started the work the next morning.  Adam's fee was reasonable, and his work was outstanding.  While he properly sealed off the affected area, he did it in such a way that still allowed my wife and I to access our refrigerator.  I found Adam to be a person of high integrity, competent, knowledgeable, and intent on doing the job well.  For example, when the air-quality had to be retested, Adam did some additional work and then paid for the retest himself (which passed).   I learned from the Environmental Inspector that some mold remediation companies make the customer pay for all retests, but Adam felt that it was his responsibility to complete the job and ensure air-quality inspection results were good.  In short, I was very satisfied with the work done by Arizona Restoration Experts, and I recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

We love the team at Kowalski!  All of us at MEB think highly of the quality of work and their prompt, courteous service.  You can really count on them to always do a great job at a reasonable price.  We manage large apartment communities and have to have dependable, fast responses.  Kowalski always comes through for us.  We highly recommend!

When the Tuesday storms hit in Mesa. Ray and the team at AZ Hydro Pro jumped into action mitigating the water damage quickly and efficiently! These guys know what they are doing and never tried to squeeze me for extra $$... something that is hard to find in this industry.

I will happily recommend this company for any of my friends going through water damage. But one word to the wise... get flood insurance :(

I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

EHS came out to my house cleaned up the water and put my house back together. They were clean friendly and affordable I would use them again in the future.

I AM SO very impressed with this company! The communication (like letting me know they're running a little late due to traffic) ALWAYS calling ahead to check MY availability, the upfront info on cost, no hidden fees etc., the courtesy of every employee and above all, the quality of the work! The cabinets they rebuilt for me are perfect!!! I couldn't be happier and will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone who needs new cabinets! The price is totally reasonable too I might add! I was without cabinets for FOUR MONTHS because of a previous company (Adam's Disaster & restoration) and it was nothing but headache, hell and bullshit! (Read my review about them, and what others had to say). Western Skies was the epitome of perfection throughout the entire process AND they got my cabinets rebuilt pretty damn fast, especially compared to others! I've never been so enthusiastic about a construction company before!!! BTW the wood isn't cheap particle board! It's good and sturdy! Steve was the one overseeing my project and he is WONDERFUL! Super nice guy!! Skip the searching around and just go straight to them!

We had the pleasure to work with Peak One Builders and had a fantastic experience. My husband was hit while serving in Afghanistan and sustained a traumatic brain injury and loss of both legs below the knees. Remolding a home could have a nightmare....but with Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors and Peak One Builders this was the easiest experience for us.

Mike Christensen of Peak One was professional, reliable and made sure that the job was done right. The way that Mike had reconfigured our home was outstanding. He was extremely creative, thinking outside the box for my husbands special needs to make sure our home looked normal and not like a handicap section. The house feels open, clean, spacious, and luxurious. Basically, the house looks like it was built for a King!

I love seeing the look of pride in my husband when we are at home, he has full access to everything and there are no obstacles. Now we BBQ and hang out at our fire pit almost every night! If there is ever a question we had, Mike is always available to help. After the whole experience, I feel like we gained a great friend too. Thank you Mike and Peak One!

So we started with them, which we felt kinda pressured to start the whole tear down, since it was the bathroom that both me and my sister use. However it was a problem since my moms surgery was coming up. That was around 3 months ago now. It still hasn't been fixed, but not only that Water Fighters won't give us a quote on what the cost will be until they figure out how much USAA gives us. I find it unprofessional and very scary. We don't know if we're getting screwed and they seem to want to talk ALL the money, which is not what the money is all for. It's for getting back things we lost in the water damage also.

The MITIGATION IS $11,000! This whole company is complete bullshit and I CANNOT recommend not going to this company ENOUGH!

I'm asking if anyone has had this problem before with this company.

Being a transplant from NY,  I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate.  Larry Hampton is true NYer.   Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal.     I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and  finding a reliable asbestos abatement company  to assist us  was extremely difficult and challenging.  Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.

This was the first disaster we had to deal with in our home in over 50 years, the biggest mistake we made was hiring Arizona Fire & Water restoration. Please be aware that although the entire company may not be scam artist, a handful of their employees are. AZ Fire & Water falsely over charged our insurance company by $11,434.71 and then tried to come after us directly when the insurance company denied payment. They added to their own estimate things that did not need to be repaired. They didn't even do the job 100% & we had to have another company come in and rectify their mistakes. We are now in the litigation process with AZ Fire and water and I will post again when I have an update.

For any homeowners who EVEN THINK about hiring this company, I would be more than happy to send you proof of everything.  Emails, phone calls, & then Invoices from the 2nd company that stated they had to clean up AZ Fire & waters horrible mistakes.

They are complete frauds. I would stay far away from this company. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS crooked company.

Shame on you Arizona Fire and water restoration.

Couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Cinnabar.  We do a lot of mutual work together on water & fire damage, remodels, and reconstruction-- Mark and his team are great communicators and bend over backwards for homeowners, insurance companies, and the third-party teams involved with the work.

Mark makes a point to over-communicate on timelines and ensures that everyone on job sites have what they need.
