We installed new carpeting with HM Flooring. Not only did they help us find the carpet we loved, but at a much lower price. Their installation was clean and superb. I would highly recommend this company as the end result was fantastic.

I bought $9k worth of engineered flooring from Mitch in early 2016. It took me over a month to find just the right color and texture.
 My husband and i didnt live at the house at the time. I was not told to check to be sure they had ordered the correct flooring so when it arrived we had it installed.  Only to find out after the install that it was completely different.
Mitch didnt offer any explanation and told us that its not his issue once its been installed. Im so disgusted. The rest of my flooring needs will NOT be purchased through Mitch @ Bram Flooring    BEWARE!!!!!!

Your rep NEVER contacted us! The amount you charge for install was well over the going rate. If that meant getting the flooring we ordered, then thats a high price to pay. It sounds to me that if Bram flooring doesn't get the entire job then customers are SOL. When we ordered the flooring we were never told to be sure and check it against the sample we made our choice from. It was under my understanding that paying Bram flooring that follow through would be their job. They are a business and should take their own advice on quality control and verification of product. We feel we should receive some sort of refund do to Brams mistake.

Currently on a mission to update and refresh my 1992 house without breaking the bank nor trying to shortchange my project or the selected vendor for Quality Work, Ethical Workmanship and Professional Honor is not always the cheapest. In essence you get what you pay for most times, not all the times, just most of the times.  Well I started my mission with Floor and Decor and soon realized they do solid work however the add on costs were starting to spiral upward. So I did what I always do: TRUST YELP!  So, started contacting 4-5 star installers with double digit reviews or more looking for Quality Work, Ethical Standards and Professional Honor from the floor installer. If it was that common web sites like Yelp would not exist. I contacted Denis on my project in early January and worked through the details and got a estimate of work understanding clearly that ALL QUALITY INSTALLERS are very busy working 6-7 days a week now with the housing market on fire right now. Had Denis come by the house to check out the project which resulted in a very competitive estimate for it was turn key inclusive of everything. Everyone else is nickel and dime-ing the consumer so the estimates turn out to be price plus this, plus this and plus this raising project costs upward by 25-30% . I also understood that if there under deficiencies or problems with the sub floor that the installer should not cover it up BUT FIX IT which is what the Ethical Installer and Homeowner SHOULD DO for that is what keeps the Industry HONEST. So Denis let me know that is always a possibility and I added that figure into my quote of unknown things that can happen ON ANY and ALL Home Improvement Projects for Crap Happens! We set the install date and then had to change it for Denis excels at wood floors more so than tile and I had a tile install and I wanted an angle cut install. Denis was honest and ethical about the misunderstanding and then reached out to other professionals in the Industry that he has worked with and would represent his level of quality and ethics. However there prices came in about the same as Floor and
Decor and was going to bust my budget. So I advised Denis to put me down for a late May install or #1 on his Cancellation List. Denis did not want me to wait so found another colleague he trust and I got installed in a matter of days and the work was top notch! Plus Denis kept in touch with me like he was doing the work when he was not the one installing the floor. Today, Monday, after a final Install on Friday, He called me to see how the install looked and how I felt about it giving the impression he did the installation BUT HE DID NOT DO THE INSTALLATION (I paid the other vendor; Not Denis) . Talk about Ethics, Honors. Professionalism, and Customer Service Commitment! WOW!  This professional cares about his customers, his industry and takes care of  his customers directly and indirectly and you will find very few professionals like Denis. Read his other reviews and you will know why I selected him, why I was willing to WAIT till he had an opening in this schedule!  If you are looking for a Top Notch Flooring Professional, A Pro with Ethics, Honors and Cares about the work, the industry!  So, my recommendation to you is  YOU! First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.

Rob, Marty and Pat... I cannot express how pleased we were with their tile removal and leveling service they provided to us!   My wife and I bought a fixer upper with the intention of DIY'ing the majority of the work.   Little did we know, leveling floors is not as easy when covering large areas.   After an embarrassing attempt, I waved the white flag and sought out estimates to get the job done.   When I met with Rob (the owner), I knew we were going to go with him.  Rob wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best.   He was thorough with his assessment and explained what needed to be done.   The entire home (2,600 sq ft) needed to be leveled, and we knew this before requesting estimates.  

Rob laid out the expectations up-front.  He explained the process and that it would take over a week to complete the job.  
the floors were uneven throughout the home and the previous homeowners masked the imperfections with carpet, tile and vinyl flooring.  In some areas, the floor varied by as much as 1.25 inches.  We knew that we needed to hire someone we would trust and would do the job as expected.

We hired Flooring Professionals to remove the Vinyl and tile flooring.  Unbeknownst to us prior to contacting them, we were not aware that this task could be done using dust free technology, which was an added bonus, since we were living in the home throughout the process.

Rob and his team spent a little over a week removing the tile, grinding the concrete, leveling the floors.  When returning home each evening, we were able to see the progress that was done during the day and all of the tools were neatly placed away.  While that wasn't expected, it was a clear indication that they take pride in their work.  Also, all of the debris from the floor they had removed was placed in bins on the side of the home in an organized fashion.  

They were very professional, courteous, ON TIME and TRUST-WORTHY.

So after wasting time at 2 big box stores, I did some research and decided to support a small business.  After googling and web site shopping I called Carpets of Arizona.  Miranda answered and was so friendly and pleasant.  I drove in and was happily surprised with how easy it was.  I took the samples home and scheduled to have the stairs measured.  Their price was BETTER than the big box stores - their guarantee was MUCH BETTER than the big box stores and they were remarkable!  Don't shop anywhere else- save yourself time and just come in.  Miranda and her staff are truly professional!

Tried calling, left message and texted too...no reply. As I've always felt communication is key...nobody is too busy to drop a text...unprofessional.

After an employee used the wrong chemical on our concrete floors stripping the coating, we contacted this company for a quote.  We were planning on being closed for our employee Christmas party the following Sunday (the ONLY day of the year we are closed).  Adis contacted his crew and they were willing to come in at 6:30am on Sunday and do the job in one day!  We did have to be closed Monday so the epoxy could dry but that's so much better than losing 2-3 days business.  

The outcome was fantastic!  They stripped the floors of whatever epoxy was left, put a tinted primer down, epoxy and then polyurethane.  Adis personally stopped by a few days later to see if I had any questions, to see if we liked it, etc.  

They were absolutely reasonably priced (this is not a cheap job to have done) and did a wonderful job.  We will have them back to do behind the bar and the back room at some point.

I loved the work done in my home! Kyle installed  plank flooring thru out and it opened up my whole house! His talent and professionalism was amazing! We set the dates and times in which he would be at my home, and I was always able to depend on him, he arrived on time and was ready to work! I loved the fact too that he gave himself time frames for everything! I enjoy coming home each day to admire my floors! I would refer him to anyone in a heart beat!

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

I see in reviews, a lady didn't get reference from Martin.  I have since told Martin he may give out my cell number by request.  I was 100% satisfied by the workmanship and courtesy of his team.  He is a busy business and communicates via text.  I am sure if you text him, you will get a reply back.  I am already saving my money for the next project for Martin at my house.

What a treat it is to have a beautiful shower! We had Frank and his crew come in, and rip out the 'mini' original shower in our master bath and build a new-as well as installing tiling around the tub.

We now have a larger shower and tiled shower floor (both with perfectly spaced tile) and it complements the entire room. If I could, I would host parties in there to just show it off! Frank was very professional and stayed in contact through the entire process. If you get lucky you might even meet the official 'owner', Giovanni. :)

Frank also installed a backsplash in the kitchen. WOW! It makes the whole kitchen look like we remodeled. He went above and beyond to make sure tiles with 20+ different patterns never touched and did not show up near each other. It was crazy time consuming and I have studied it a few times since he finished it. And I can happily say I still haven't seen a pattern mishap.

I had travertine installed throughout my home the week after Christmas. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the Custom Floor Covering showroom. Andy took the time to educate me about stone flooring; Doug came a few days later to give me an estimate; and a few days after that, the work began. I was very fortunate to have Charlie do the installation because he is a master craftsman. The end result is beautiful!

An amazing staff.  Dave Whitermore provides exceptional service, which is appreciated all the more when most retailers have forgotten the meaning of customer service.  I have done several projects with Arizona Floors and they have always provided the best pricing,  are the easiest to work with, and are always responsive. Truly the very best in customer service.

An all around great experience. Our saleswoman, Carol Kelling, was exceptional in helping us pick our flooring. We did not have much experience and needed help and Carol was very patient and provided us with all of the information we needed to make our decision. Once decided, their person that does measuring, etc. was at our home later that day. Installation was as explained and on time. When we are in need of more flooring, we certainly will be back.
