HM flooring responded to a bid I put out on Yelp for carpet install.

The job: 1500 square feet plus closets and stairs for an unfurnished house we hadn't moved into yet

The sale: They were patient and allowed me to search around to make sure I was getting the right value. They even price matched when I found a local competitor giving a better price. I worked specifically with Josh who texted back and forth with me for a few weeks while we locked down specifics. We have a newborn so being cautious of VOCs was important to us and Josh helped us find the right carpet for us.

The install: they quoted 2-3 days for the job and were able to complete it in a day and a half (as I let them stay as long as they wanted on day one). The team did a good job cleaning up after they left as well. They also took away our old carpet, apparently included in the sale price.

The result: the carpet looks great and the stairs are in good shape as well. There are some scuffs across a few base boards, but I imagine this is to be expected on any carpet install.

Denis and his father are an absolute pleasure to work with. They're very hard working- finished the project earlier than anticipated and even worked weekends! They're super clean- I have a toddler and never once had to worry about her tripping on nails or scrap pieces, because there was never a single one left on the floor. They came in under budget and sent me progress pictures daily to let me know how things were going. He even helped me find a plumber when we ran into a surprise. I can't recommend them enough. I wish they did more than flooring so I could have them do the entire house!

Alex and his team recently finished tiling our guest bath and kitchen backsplash. I highly recommend using them for your next tiling and remodeling project. Alex gave us great input and communicated next steps putting us at ease. We loved the end result and hope to have him complete more projects in the future.

By far, removing 1400 square feet of tile was the easiest and cleanest part of our renovation thanks to Rob and his crew from Flooring Professionals. They arrived spot on time, and finished the same day. They truly left our house cleaner than when they got here. The savings in time and having no dust were worth every penny. I would readily recommend them to anyone!

I guess asking for different hours was out of the question or 900 sqft flooring replacement wasn't a big enough job.

Contacted Adis to level the floors in 3 bedrooms I want to lay vinyl plank in.  Levels floors for vinyl are very important, even more so because I'm using rigid vinyl planks. I considered doing it myself but Adis pointed out the floors have high and low spots so some of areas needed to be ground down while others needed to be filled in. He showed up on a Friday and him and two of his crew spent the morning working on my floors. They finished up early afternoon and I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. We jags just cleaned the house so I was Concerned about dust but when you hire this company you get professional-grade service and equipment. Dust control was exceptional. Adis spent some extra time after completing the job pouring out like things to think about around my newly purchased home. I would not hesitate at all to hire Adis and his team for future work.

I had recently purchased a home in Gilbert and loved the hardwood flooring in the common areas. I found out that was the work of Kyle at Illustrious Hardwoods so I contacted him to complete the flooring into the bedrooms.  Kyle was so responsive and provided me with a reasonable quote within a day. The work was performed just as estimated and Kyle took special care to match the bedroom planks to the existing flooring for a seamless and eye-pleasing look. Kyle was prompt to work each day, worked steadily all day and cleaned up before leaving each evening. In addition to providing me with great service I learned that he promotes the legacy of his trade by hosting a podcast and sponsoring apprenticeships to ensure the skill set of the next generation. Kyle you are awesome!

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

Martin and his team are some of the best in the Valley!! They are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely kind people. We are so pleased with all the work they helped us with, including a new fireplace and surround, wainscoting, whole home painting, lighting, shiplap, and many other projects! We recently had all our floors redone with tile and carpeting and the experience was above our expectations.  We had really good customer service and assistance in choices for our tile and carpet.  We needed it completed before Thanksgiving and they worked through the weekend to get the job done in time.  It all turned out really nice and I was so impressed at the job they did cleaning every surface and all the shelves.  I expected to have to do some myself to get ready for the holiday but they did an excellent job and I was ready to start cooking and have company!

We recently bought our first house! The former owners had all of the carpets cleaned, which was awesome except it brought up all of the nasty pet smells that had been hidden in the carpeting. We have a 15 month old little girl who loves playing on the ground, so we decided to get new flooring so it was clean and safe for her to play.

We told her the specifics we wanted with our carpet - durable, comfortable, green labeling/low off gasing, and relatively inexpensive since we just bought a home and still needed furniture.

Robert went through all of our "wants" and told us what we could get in the store, He explained to us about all of the different products they have and then made a great recommendation for us to start looking at the Lee's brand of carpet. He let us know that it would be a great carpet choice because it had many of the properties that we were looking for in carpet, plus so much more. And at the time it was 50% off, which allowed us to get a higher quality of carpet for a great price!

We chose to have Arizona Floors do all of the labor, which raised our overall price, however it was worth EVERY penny we spent! Robert did a phenomenal job of safely & efficiently removing the old carpet and pad, sanitizing and cleaning our space and then laying down the new pad and carpet. I know that there are seams in the carpet, because I saw the schematic drawing of how they were using the remnants of the carpet and yet we cannot find a single seam! Great care was taken with our home and we are very appreciative of that!

The entire carpet experience was fantastic and effortless on our part. Arizona Floors will be getting all of our flooring business in the future and will be the business we recommend everyone going to for their flooring needs. Thank you Robert & Arizona Floors  for making our home safe for our little girl to play in. We have a great warranty and look forward to living in our new space. Arizona Floors was upfront with all of the fees and expenses so there were no surprises on the installation day, which happened about 1 week after we picked out our carpet.

My husband and I had a great experience choosing and buying our luxury vinyl at Baker Bros. Deb Nelson was our sales lady. Her patience with us was fantastic and she helped us through every step of the way. She kept us informed with when to expect our product and made sure all turned out ok after it was installed. We will be needing more flooring in the future and I am relieved to know that we no longer have to go searching for the best place to get what we need.
