I was impressed from first contact, and even more impressed when he got me a price. Out of four contractor bids, his was lower by thousands, but most importantly, he could get started quicker than everyone else. Sure enough, he showed up when promised and his very efficient, polite and kind staff got busy. What I most appreciated was his communication of every detail. In a few days, he left the little house looking better than ever (even working on a Saturday to finish up), and alerted me to some other issues that could cause concern later. They know what they are doing and work clean and fast. I work with a lot a big contractors in my profession, and would choose Modern Innovations for my home over most of them.

The owner Greg was so awesome to deal with! We've had so many issues with contractors lacking integrity - Greg was the opposite! Returned all our calls, his crews showed up when they were supposed to and work performed was excellent! Jesus and Milton (tilers) were incredible!!! They made suggestions, asked proactively how we wanted to handle the inevitable challenges that arise in a project of this scale and their attention to detail/resultant work was of the highest quality. Greg and team rebuilt our shower, did the floor tiling and our granite for our vanity.
