We had horrible layer of wax on our travertine floor. It was really difficult to get remove and it was making our floor look like it was damaged beyond repair. Alex and Carlos were a pleasure to work with and they expertly removed the wax and polished our travertine floor. Now we have a glossy, shiny floor and that made the interior of our house look 10x newer! Super happy!

I contacted Carpets of Arizona as one of many companies obtaining quotes from for re-carpeting 1 bedroom.  Michael came out the day after Christmas with samples of exactly what I wanted to see.  He measured and quoted right there, and left me to make my decision.  I did not feel hounded or pressured at all, unlike a few box stores I visited.  The only missing star from a 5-star review was there was a bit of an installer issue, which was due to one of them being sick.  I had to call to find out where my installer was.  Had they called me when they first found out that the new install team would be late, it would be 5-stars.  When the team arrived, they had my old, nasty, gross carpet and pad out quickly and removed my old baseboards for me.  The Operations Manager came by as they were finishing up to give me my warranty and see if I had any questions.  He was apologetic for the earlier installer mix-up.  The team was done by 4pm and had my furniture back in.  The carpet is so soft and wonderful.  I'm so glad I chose Carpets of Arizona.  Great quality and price.  If I had more rooms that needed new flooring, I'd definitely use them again.

There was carpet in my home that was over 10 years old and had lots of pet stains and wear. I spoke with a number of carpet companies and even had Brandi Carpet come out and measure my home a year ago....Justin was the sales person and did a great job at the time! I put the job on hold for a year because I was still undecided and the job seemed overwhelming. I finally made the decision to go for it and met with Justin and Chris (owner). Both were very helpful in helping me pick out a good quality and reasonable carpet. I finally decided on carpet and had it installed over the last 3 days.

The price was very fair. Chris was able to get me an upgraded carpet for just a little more than what I originally was going to pay. He gave me an Angie's List discount, which included an upgraded pad, and got the manufacturer to additionally discount the carpet. The installation crew was great! Steve, Nick and Brice were awesome!! They efficiently removed the old carpet and did a fantastic job installing the new carpet. Steve, the man in charge, was very personable and answered all my questions. His team really prides itself on quality work. He even recarpeted a dog ramp for our dog at the end of the job!

Our project was huge and included removing 2000+ square feet of tile, replacing carpet in three bedrooms, and installing luxury vinyl plank throughout our 3900 square foot home.  Using Yelp, I requested quotes for the job.  Three vendors came onsite and provided me with a bid including Jon of Clear Choice Flooring.  Jon was upfront with me, provided me a clear understandable quote, and offered value that his competitors could not touch.  It was an easy choice to select Clear Choice Flooring for the job.

The demolition and install processes were not without their challenges.  One challenge any company faces  that relies on subcontractors is the variable dependability of the subcontractors.  This was true for Clear Choice Flooring and our project.  Some of the subcontractors performed at a 5 star level while others were closer to 2 or 3 stars. We were open with Jon about our concerns and he took them seriously making staffing changes as needed.  Jon regularly visited our home throughout the project and inspected the work ensuring that we were pleased with the result.

Our project took longer to complete than any of us expected but the house looks beautiful. While it would have been ideal to have every subcontractor perform at a five star level, Jon's five-star service earned Clear Choice Flooring the five-star rating.

I had a tile removal company come out to help me set up for new flooring. Under the tile was a linoleum layer with thinset that was mixed too aggressively and made it very difficult to remove. The first company bailed on me because they were afraid of damaging the wood under the linoleum. I tried every DIY option and tool I could think of and just wanted to pull my hair out.

I got a hold of Andrew and explained the situation. He made arrangements to work with my time crunch and came out and did an AMAZING job!!! This guy saved me so much work and time. He cleaned up even in areas where he wasn't working and was very friendly and personable. I can't recommend him enough.

My wife and I worked with Scott on installing wood floor tiles and they did a fantastic job.  Their installer showed up on time, cleaned up when he was done, and delivered a top notch installation.  My home was built in 1956 and the floor had major leveling issues.  They leveled the floor to the point you couldn't tell that there was ever an issue! If you're doing any kind of flooring, I highly recommend going with Bentley.  We will be using them again in the future.

First and foremost WOW! I was extremely impressed with this company from the beginning. Mark was so pleasant to work with on the phone. I was telling him about our project and where all of our Saltillo was located and I was able to send him photos so that he knew exactly what I was talking about. After having looked at our somewhat tricky project, he advised that the owner, Jack King come out to do the estimate and measure. Jack was extremely professional and talked to me so that I completely understood what would happen for demo day. Before the demo day, I was able to speak with Nick and Mark had reached out as well making sure we received the instructions and if there were any questions, to contact them. The day of demo (today, 6/15/2018) the crew was early and eager to start. I met with MaryAnn who was so professional and made me feel as ease knowing that I would be leaving my house so the crew could work. When the job was nearing completion, (only 5.5 hours!!!) I headed back and was talking to MaryAnn for a little bit about the house. I did not expect her to be hard at work just like the crew! It blew my mind, she has an amazing work ethic!! The crew was great as well, super polite! I don't know why anyone else would go with another company besides this one! DUST FREE!! I also did stop by 3 hours into the job and MaryAnn walked me through to see the progress, absolutely, zero dust!! If you book with this company, you will NOT regret it!! This guy is a super find!  I found him on Yelp and am so happy to recommend him to anyone.  Great customer service and a spectacular job!  My carpets look brand new after 8 years old.  Rob provided me with a pet stain remover that works great. He also cleaned a couple of throw rugs at no extra charge. I am recommending him to everyone on my block!!

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

I recently had my Outside patio tiled.  Julio did a great job.  He was on time everyday and was neat & tidy.  Sean, the owner came every morning to check on things and it was a very efficient process.

About two weeks ago, we started looking for a company that could "seal" outdoor travertine tiles.  Ours were installed beautifully around our pool, patio, walkway, edges of the driveway and front entry.  It was less than a year old and in great condition, but we wanted it to stay that way.  After an extensive search, we came up with three names - one was a national company that dispatched its crews out of Florida, two were local.  We ended up speaking with only two - the third couldn't get us a quote for several weeks.  The first thing we learned was "you don't want to just 'seal' travertine."  There's a process by which they fill in the naturally porous stone with a fine sand, then go through several other steps to get to the final reveal - a stunning look that brings out all the beautiful colors of the stone.  We told the two with whom we spoke that we especially liked the look of our travertine when it was wet, and both companies said that's the look we'd get.  While we believed both would have done a fine job, we felt most comfortable with Rob - an easy to talk with straight shooter.  He came out a week later with his son, Nick, and helper, George.  They completed the job in one day, and it came out exactly as expected.  Bravo!

I needed the carpet stretched in my master bedroom and Chris did a fantastic job, especially considering how big the bumps were. He was extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use him for any future carpet needs.

Hard to believe I had a hard time getting companies to respond to my request for upholstery cleaning. When they did, the prices and information they wanted ran the gamut. I had to send pictures and tag info to one company! Starr was well rated so I gave them a call. I was quoted a price, no fuss, and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The tech was on time, informed me every step about what he was going and did a great job cleaning my furniture all for the quoted, reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

I found A2Z flooring online when I was looking for floor. Originally I was just looking to buy floor and install it myself but their prices were so reasonable we were able to have them install it. I was in contact with Mercedes and Jessica from November until Now (June). We have a new build home so we had a lot of set backs. Both Mercedes and Jessica were more then understanding and so patient with me when I changed my mine 100 times.  Jessica always responded to me right away and I love that I was able to always get in contact with her when needed. Fast forward to install day. They were able to have my flooring and come out on the exact day I wanted to start. Which in todays world is almost unheard of Johnny showed up and icing on the cake he is just as wonderful as the girls are. He ended up finishing our floors in 4 days and we get to move into our house a week earlier then planned. Johnny and his partner worked so hard and my floors look amazing. During our build process we had nothing but issues with contractors but A2Z flooring was a breath of fresh air! We had a great experience with everything!

Had my floors done this past week and was very impressed by the work that was done. I am happy I went with this company everything from start to finish has been up to satisfactory.
