As a contractor of many years here in the valley I often time run into leaks, and water damage readily. Taylor and crew at 24Hour are the only guys I call. They are FAST, professional, detailed, and get the job done properly.

I recently had some carpet repairs done.  I was extremely pleased with the repair.  Chris, the owner, does the repair himself.  The repair was completed  the next day.  And it was a very reasonable charge.  He was courteous and very professional.  I would recommend this business to anyone with no hesitation .

Had a slow leak hiding in the back of our kitchen cabinet that caused some nasty mold across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Josh replied to my weekend yelp message with helpful info and eased the initial scare of hurry up n get out of the house.
We had other companies come out. The other we considered came in lower but a. I didn't get such a great vibe & b. They wanted to rip out parts of my bathrooms that were nowhere near the mold! I chose Josh, insurance didn't cover, he had his crew work small areas at a time to try to minimize and damage and save me money.
His crew was nice respectful, careful and meticulous!
I hope I never need his services again and kinda hope no one does, but if it should happen that water damage comes up he's got my referral no questions!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Clean Theory ... HOLY COW! Amazing! Ron showed up to my home at 9am on the dot! And he got to scrubbing and cleaning all my tile and OMG! Very very impressive job! I obviously knew my floors needed cleaning but as Ron was doing his thing I couldn't help and peek and the dirt and grime that was coming off the floor was shocking! My home is located south of the airport so I had this theory that the soot from the airplanes were the major culprit in all this mess but now I'm at certain that is a huge factor, AZ dirt is not that black! Clean Theory overall provided a great service. Ron was fast but took the appropriate time to give the floors the attention and elbow grease they needed. The pricing and value are stupendous! I had never had my floors cleaned professionally and now that I had this wonderful experience with Clean Theory I will be planning to have Ron out here for a service at least once a year. Don't question whether or not you want to call Clean Theory and book an appointment. Just do it! You'll be the happiest most satisfied customer with nice and shiny CLEAN floors!

Sunshine is a wonderful company. Friendly, professional staff. I had them do my upholstery and wool area rug. After a couple of weeks I noticed there was some residual pet smell on the sofas. They came back and redid them at no charge.
We own businesses in the area and have recommended Sunshine to our clients when they have had fires or flooding issues. They have always been very happy with the service they have received.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I know the owner Fred who is a very knowledgeable and professional cleaner. If you want your carpets and rugs to be cleaned by the best of the best, look no further. Call and talk to one of the staff. You'll be in good hands.

I used envy restoration to repair some damage done to my roof and ceiling due to heavy rains. They went out there and fixed everything and said they would guarantee the job for two years. Well less than year later  I had a leak in the act same area they fixed. They did not reply to my messages and I had to wait about 6 months to get it inspected. Once they inspected it, they said it they wouldn't repair it. I asked to speak with the contractor that fixed it and he no longer worked with the company. Sad thing is they were paid thousands by my insurance and I still have damages inside my home. Because of this I wouldn't recommend this company. However I will reconsider if they honor their two year commitment as promised and go to my house and fix the damages that still exist.

Update: Since this review Envy Restoration has been on top of everything and making sure that I am a satisfied customer. They have offered me fair solutions to solve my problem. I have been in communication with one of their representatives in a timely manner. This type of service is definitely 5 star level. Thanks for paying attention to my needs.

Very happy with the carpet cleaning we had done today. Brandon arrived right in the time frame we were given. He worked hard and did a very professional job. We will continue to use Phoenix Carpet Repair for our future cleaning needs.

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Thank you Service 1 for letting us sleep easier knowing you are on the job!

I had a flood in my home, Frank with Integrity came out the Same day to assess what would need to be moved/packed out. He worked with the water damage/restoration company and the insurance to coordinate what needed to happen and was an advocate for me and my family.  Very knowledgeable and allowed me to feel a bit of ease knowing I had a top professional.  The entire team came the next day and packed up all of our belongings in the half of the house that was damaged, and manipulated furniture in another room to set up a temporary living space where there wasn't damage to get us by.  They were so organized and meticulous with packing everything  big and small and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help, completely wanted to take any stress off of me. I am a very stressed/anxious person who needs to be in control (multiplied in a situation like home flood) but they lifted that burden from me.  They are also cleaning personal items affected by the flood water, and attempting to salvage furniture.  I could not be more thankful that I was put in touch with such great team.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
