Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. Cleaned up all the nails and left no dust ready for my drywall guys to patch it up. Fast professional and honest straight to the point with no BS. Very happy With their services.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I messaged them at 6am and had a response within one hour. They were able to come and do some spot cleaning first thing that day! I needed throw up from my daughter cleaned, some soap suds my two year old niece had poured a whole bottle of Mr. Bubbles soap on the carpet, and some puppy pee spots. My house is only 6 months old and we have a no shoes rule and I keep things very clean! Fred was at my house and it took about an hour. Every thing is just as brand new as it was 6 months ago! Very friendly, easy to work with, knew his stuff....I will definitely be using them again when I shampoo my entire house!

We had a great experience with Envy & our technician Adam. He was very knowledgeable & provided an unbiased opinion on our situation. They are professional, responsive & communicative. All things you hope for when needing services on things like asbestos!

Brandon came out and stretched the carpet in 4 different rooms for us. He was very efficient, vacuumed, and did great work in our closet where the closet system was install on top of the carpet. I felt very comfortable with Brandon in my home and the quality of work he provided. The girls providing the quotes and scheduling were transparent and helpful. They even scheduled movers to help us with the furniture. My only complaint is the movers (separate company) showed up unmasked and we did not have disposable masks to give them. I never asked about this ahead of time as I thought this was common practice for companies now atleast with all the ones we interacted with. Brandon did show up with a mask and stayed masked the entire time. As homeowner we also wore masks to protect them as well as ourselves. I would hire Phoenix carpet repair again in a heart beat and have zero complaints. If you use any movers  in conjunction ask about their mask policy or have extras to hand out. Masking helps protect everyone and we should all do our part.

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Long story short we had some water damage and had to replace the flooring in every square foot of our home. So that meant every room in our 5 bdrm house had to be packed up.
Integrity Content Services came to the house and were in a word, outstanding. Friendly, professional, and meticulous everything in our house was documented and packed with care. When the floors were done they put everything back where it was literally within an inch of where it was. Crazy the level of detail. I can't say enough about how good these people are.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
