I remodeled my master bathroom and selected all of the tile from Villagio Tile & Stone. I worked with Garrett and Lisa, who were part of my "dream team." Garrett helped me with selecting tile for the floor and wall, along with a mosaic accent tile. He sketched everything so I would have a good sense of how the 3 styles would blend together.  Lisa helped with the finishing touches and making sure that the order was clear - she helped with the amount of tile that would be needed for the walls and how much of the mosaic would be needed. She also helped with the selection of grout and schluter that complemented all the selections. The order was very clear - when it came to installation, everything was in writing.  

The remodeled bathroom is beautiful! I have a hard time with how a tile swatch translates to an entire space, but Garrett and Lisa asked questions to know my preferences, made suggestions, and ensured color selections complemented. I felt confident when I made the final decision and my expectations were exceeded when the installation was completed.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. I appreciate how quickly I have received service after calling for "help."  The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. I have recommended The Other Brothers to friends, family and co-workers.  They have all experienced the same outstanding service. Other Brothers Construction deserve an A++ rating!!!

This is a great company. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a quote and started the next day. They were prompt, always showing up when they said and working daily until the job was complete. There work was excellent! They cleaned up and hauled away debris. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I plan on using them for future projects.

We are very happy with our Kitchen backsplash that Derren installed this week. His pricing was fair and the project was completed in less than 2 days.  The kitchen wall surface was uneven and a bit challenging, but Derren made the tiles fit perfectly and we are very satisfied with the overall look. Would definitely recommend Darren and his company.

I requested a price quote/proposal to pour concrete on both sides of  my house. They called me the following day and told me that it was very difficult for them to respond during the day as they are busy. They came over two days later and took some measurements. They told me that they were going to "throw in a few free items that needed to be replaced or added". They told me that they have been in business for 40 years and that it is a family owned business. It was a father and his son...only two employees in the whole company. They told me that since it was only them and they were very busy, that it would take a few days for them to get me a quote. Two weeks later, I reached out to them and asked if they could send me the quote. They replied with an apology and stated that they got swamped and they were trying to catch up. They said they would send it the following day. Three days later I reached out to them again and asked that they send it to my by the following day or I will assume they are too busy and don't want the job. Mike, the father called and left me a message that he was going out to dinner and would call me the following day. He called me the next day....he still didn't provide the quote. Travis, his son called later in the day and provided a quote that was $2000 over what other contractors had quoted. He stated that they are playing catch up every day as they are the only ones that have to do the physical work then go to the office and do all of the paperwork! I called him back and he was extremely rude and irritated. He state that the price was only for half of the area that I had asked to be done. He stated that I didn't want the other half done. I mentioned that his price was extremely high and didn't include the whole area. With his voice raised he told me "yeah well good luck!"
I would never recommend this company to anyone and will continue to tell everyone of the horrible way I was treated by Travis. Mike was nice but this company needs to hang it up as they obviously cannot run this company anymore and take it out on potential customers!

Mark Eastman is a gem! He and his team were experts, arriving on time, detailed work, and impeccable clean up at the end. Mark helped me pick out colors, repaired stucco, and fencing, and he used high quality paint. There was no overspray on windows, patio, cement, plant materials, roof tiles....none! I value detail and Mark has it!
I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team. He has all the correct licensing and knows what he is doing. When I found this very trustworthy man, I knew my search was over! Call for an estimate! You will not be disappointed!

All I can say is WOW.  From start to finish, my purchase experience was World Class.  One of the owners, Andy, helped me.  They have a huge selection of products from which to choose.  I was looking for a high quality product at a great price, and that's exactly what I got.  The carpet came in on time, and was installed right on schedule.  The installation crew, headed by Andrew, did a beautiful job.  I think they went above and beyond to help me.  I suspect that everyone who walks into Carpet Depot has the same World Class experience I did.  In today's world, that a huge compliment.  Thank you to all.

We've had a great experience with Irving and his company. They have so far tackled our kitchen and baseboard mouldings throughout the house, and we will be adding stone to the fireplace next. They have been very helpful and informative at every step of the project, helping guide us towards making sound decisions. Their workmanship is excellent and they clearly take pride in what they do. I used Infinity Pro Services to paint the entire interior of a rental property in Gilbert, AZ and I am completely satisfied.

I requested quotes from numerous vendors and Infinity came in as the most competitive and easiest to work with. Sean, the owner, made defining project requirements and scope extremely easy - he was very knowledgeable and offered various solutions to ensure I got what I wanted.

During the project he communicated with me multiple times a day to ensure I was appraised of progress. At the conclusion of the project, following floor install and plumbing, he even came back to do some touch up to make sure everything was just right.

I give Infinity Pro Services my highest recommendation. I intend to use them again on my next project.

10:30 am We ordered two ceiling fans and a remote on Amazon thinking we would take advantage of their new Amazon Home Services Group. Our experience was horrible outside of Amazon's normal amazing delivery speed. The day of the installation we received a window of between 11am and 2pm. Kyle from I'm Gonna Fix It called and said they were wrapping up with another client and would be there around 3pm. A gentleman named Chris showed up at 4:30pm and started to work on installing our fans. He pulls me aside before he is done and says "We can bill your second fan through Amazon, or if you can pay cash we will do it for 80.00 instead. Amazon charges us a 20% service fee so we can offer a cash discount."
We are so far behind schedule my wife has time to stop and grab the money on the way home from work. Right before he leaves he comes back and says "Hey I don't have a screwdriver to put the batteries in the remote." He then leaves without testing it, so we had no idea if it would work. Needless to say, the remote won't sync with the system he installed so I call them up and ask them to fix it or remove the unit so we can send it back.
Chris comes out again, this time, he doesn't have a ladder, even though he needed one the first time, so we let him use ours. (What kind of a service comes without a screwdriver or a ladder?), tests the unit, then tells me "Because the unit is defective we have to bill you 65.00 for the hour I was here, but not to worry Amazon will most likely cover the error because the unit was defective." So now they want Amazon to pay us back for their mistake.
His office calls to bill us and I ask them "Why are we paying you to remove something that you didn't test on installation. If the tech actually tested the unit and didn't just leave, then we wouldn't be having a second service call." She says, "Ok I'll call the owner and ask what we can do."
Less than five minutes later Chris shows back up at my house asking me, "What's the problem, and that it was ok to bill us because we let him leave without testing it." It's not only extremely unprofessional to send a service tech back to your front door (not to mention the same one that didn't test the unit) to try and argue on behalf of the company, it borders on intimidation. I wouldn't agree that it was our fault that he didn't test the product he installed and I asked him to leave. The then promptly charged us the 65.00 for the hour.  I will never be using Amazon's Home Services again; I'll stick with hiring my Rosie on the House certified contractors.

2:00pm I added this in response to the owners comment.

I can tell you for us the service was nothing like 100% satisfied. It doesn't do me any good to yell at a technician coming to my house for being 2.5 hours late, it does let me know that maybe the company I am working with isn't 100% reliable. It doesn't do me any good when I tell the tech that I have a screwdriver available to put that batteries in, and he says it's fine and goes home. It wouldn't have done me any good this morning to send the man away because he showed up without a ladder when I had one he could use. It definitely didn't do any good to ask your company to make the service call right, because then I had a tech show back up at my house to blame me for his inability to put in batteries, and properly test something he installed.

The good news is there are companies out there that go above and beyond to make things right. Amazon refunded us your service fee of 65.00 and for the remote within the hour when we emailed them. Personally, I was shocked that they would cover a fee, that should have never been charged. It wasn't Amazon's fault we picked the wrong company off of the list to have come to our home. None of that mattered to Amazon, they made it right, and did it quickly, securing our continued business with them for a very long time.

As for offering to put in the new remote for free well I think you can see how we might not think of that as a plus. The last one cost us part of the initial 80.00 (fan installation), and an additional 65.00 (due to reasons listed above).

I appreciate the quick response to my review but fixing the issue when I called and spoke to your company would have been better. Instead, I talked to someone on the phone that said she would talk with the owner, had a technician show back up at my house to argue the point (which is not great service or professional), and then got a call three minutes later to pay because you felt it was due regardless.

Again I can't say enough good things about Amazon for erasing most of what turned out to be a horrible experience.

2:37pm Finally made it back in my bedroom tried to turn on the fan to take a nap and it doesn't even turn on manually now.

2:55 After a little investigation it seems the tech wired the fan to a different wall switch for the light and the fan, which he didn't do before. We are hiring another company to check the work.

We recently ordered carpet from Lowes at the Carefree Highway/Cave Creek location. We then received a text from the designated installer Eclipse Flooring. We were horrified to see the terrible reviews on them at Yelp.  We immediately called Eclipse to tell them of our concerns based on their reviews and the completion of the installation- patterned carpet, angled rooms, and dozens of stairs. They promised to send their best installer and they did! Jose' Francisco Luca and his son did a fantastic job!  He recalculated the installation because Lowes computer layouts were for a standard carpet, not patterned.  Jose' is an artist- not one visible seam and a continuous pattern throughout. Good man, great personality, and professional carpet installer. We highly recommend him and his son, and suggest you request them for your installation.

I would never use or recommend this company. They had the worst customer service, refused to give us an itemized list, charged us 3,000 more than quoted price, did really crappy work which had to continually get repaired. Went way over time schedule by a month. Showed up on their schedule and not ours. Never asked our opinion on what color grout, or type of baseboard we wanted. Owners employees clogged our toilets repeatedly with napkins and poo. Smoked in our house and used our back patio as the dumpster because the large one was full for over a month. The owner of the company never checked on his employees who also left live electrical wires exposed and almost burned a hole in our house sweating a pipe without our consent. Worst experience of our lives.

I researched at great length to find a flooring company to work with and settled on A2Z because they had excellent reviews, were locally owned and operated, and came back with a good estimate.  On the positive side (the reason for the 2 star review rather than one star), the floor looks great!  Unfortunately, the trim does not.  Communication from them was great when they were trying to get my money.  When I had questions, I often had to ask multiple times to get any answers; answers that were often not accurate (particularly in relation to timeline). I flew in from out of state specifically to be here when the project was to be completed so I could see what I was paying for before paying.  I was informed that "a crew" would be working on my project that was supposed to take about 3-4 days for demo and prep and 2-3 days for installation.  The "crew" was one person for the first 6 days.  I was then assured that "more guys" would be on the job on the 7th day.  One more guy showed up.  Finally on the 8th day (the day the project should have been wrapping up), three guys showed up to work.  It took them 6 days to "finish" the job.  The first four pictures below show what they claimed to be finished work.  The last 3 photos are after they fixed everything.  Typically a job is not complete until it is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction  Not so with this company.  They insisted I make my final payment (covering the last 50% of the installation labor) prior to them fixing the terribly trim work.  They did reluctantly come back out to my house to fix their work on August 3rd (because I was not willing to pay for a job that was not yet complete).  I informed them that I would be traveling and out of cell reception  for a couple weeks, but that I would contact them as soon as I got to the house to see their work so I could
make the final payment.  Their "communication" at this point bordered on harassment (multiple voicemails and texts demanding final payment before I could see if they fixed the issues).  They did, in fact, clean many of the black smudges off the walls and reset the corner pieces to be more aligned with the baseboards.  I have paid in full at this point but there are still a couple areas of concern.  I will update this review if and when they make things right.
