Best Front/Entry Door Installation in Phoenix AZ

We used this company a year ago for half of our window replacement. At that time, the company did a great job. So, we decided to use them again. BIG mistake.

The INSTALLERS this time we're horrible.

The caulking around the windows is messy. One of our windows isn't square. They finished this job too quickly and it shows!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I would not recommend them and I have in the past.

Had them replace some 40 year old windows in our place in Scottsdale.   Had trouble with the big blue box store's service. K&J bailed me out. Everyone professional and helpful.  From measurement to install everything was well done.  Can't complement them enough.

I choose Imperial based on other yelp reviews and I was not disappointed.  John and Kyle were professional, friendly and left my house spotless after installation. Ken was exceptionally helpful in helping me decide on styles/colors and very patient with me when I kept making changes to the order. The windows were delivered when he said they would be and installation was done quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Imperial!

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful new sliding glass door installed. The door itself is wonderful. The crew did not cover our furniture and got drywall dust all over everything that was in the living and dining rooms. They did use a tarp on the floor but it must have been very dirty. The crew told us to use a mop to clean the floor. We did and it got worse. They told us to rinse the mop and try again. We did and the floor would not come clean. We had their supervisor over today (installation was Feb 28/yesterday) and he was going to try and get a cleaning crew here today and have the floor cleaned and furniture dusted  before our guest arrives at 5pm. Here it is 4:35pm and the supervisor has not contacted us to follow-up on his attempt to get the cleaning done.
The crew also used the saw on the back patio next to the pool and there is sawdust floating on the water's surface. In 22 hours, it has yet to filter out.
I told the supervisor I would be fair and not write negative reviews if he followed up with us within our needed timeline. So...here I am with my first negative comments. There is more to the story but I want to give them one more day so that hopefully the next part of the review will be favorable. I am very unhappy with the sawdust in the pool and drywall dust on everything in the living room and dining room. All they had to do was cover everything or ask me to. I had no idea such a mess would be made.

Not all the plugs were not included with the door and I have not been able to get the plugs. I do not feel the door is completely installed though it has been completely paid for.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

They were quick to come out and also the process was very smooth . The wait was also a lot shorter compared to other companies and they used Millard which is a plus .

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

While I havent had any work done by Mountain View Windows and More. Unfortunately I went another route. Out of all the estimates I got mountain view definitely gave one of the most reasonable quotes and the customer service is awesome. They were helpful over the phone and answered all the questions I had. Dont be like me and go for the cheapest it will cost you more in the long run. Learn from my mistake and go with the pros.

Very poor communication, virtually no follow up to phone calls.  Understood that their suppliers were having problems, but the time promised came and went with no calls, I called and got a new time, another 2 weeks out, that time came and went, called and asked what was going on salesman said he would find out and get back to me, after waiting a few days called again and was told they would deliver the doors the next day.  Windows arrived with two screens missing.
Window were decent, I had upgraded them so expected a higher quality product.

This is a great company! From start to finish everyone was friendly and knowledge.  Chris and David did a fantastic job replacing our 25 windows. They were always on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome. They replaced the rollers, put a new cap on the slider, and now my door slides just using my pinky finger.  They really care and it shows.  They showed up when promised.  They will be getting all my future business.

I contacted Universal Windows Direct of Phoenix and signed the contract for 2 exterior sliding glass doors 3/24/21. The installers arrived 7/15/21 to install the door however both doors were damaged and returned to the warehouse. At this point the arranged financing window has expired. There is an outstanding charge on my account originated by Universal as a deposit. I have received no communication. When I contacted the owners I was treated very unprofessionally with both owners raising their voices and bringing up the state of the country. Extremely random. I want to cancel this order at this point and have Universal pay back the deposit they took.
Very unprofessional company.
