Best Roof Repair in Phoenix AZ

We had many issues towards the end of the project. Including drywall, flooring, tile, cleanliness, & professionalism.

We are having to redo these, clean our entire home that had dust all over the place, & even have to move trash from our recycle bin into our trash bin.

I'm glad the company worked out great for other yelpers. Not sure what happened with us.

I called this individual and attempted to make an appointment for a bid for remodeling work in kitchen and bathrooms.  I requested a 3 to 3:30 pm.  He tells me his last appointment can't go past 3pm.  I told him that my wife doesn't get home from work until 2:30.  He says that he'll try to be there at 2:30.  I then try to give my address.  He interrupts me and tells me to text it.  I told him that's a problem because I don't text.  He then says that is a problem and maybe I better call somebody who can write while they're driving.  At that point I say why don't you pull over and then  I tell him to forget it and hang up.  This guy has an attitude that would not work in my house.  Business must be good for him to turn down a potential job that was estimated at $67,000 by another company.  We wanted a comparative bid.

The most outstanding service I've experienced with carpentry. I called him and he insisted to help me the same day with a consultation. My consultation was quick and easy with the estimate price being very fair. Set out a day to start and that where the magic began. Helped me choose good options for paint colors and everything I needed to make what I wanted the room to look. My bedroom went from a 5/10 to a 11/10 in the matter of hours in front of my eyes and I'm still on shock on how amazing it turned out so fast. I highly recommend his work 100%

Recently purchased a home and seller made some repairs to the house prior to closing. Seller contracted Zona Restoration to replace wood shakes roof with asphalt shingles. After work was performed, Zona restoration left a lot of debris in the attic resulting from the roof replacement.  There were some other items, the seemed like oversight such leaving disconnected exhaust pipes and lack of any kind of attic ventilation (which is causing the attic to have temperature of 140 degrees in a 100 degree day).

I called their customer service and was indicated to compose an email with zona restoration invoice and statement of work completed, so it would be send to production manager, Dave. I composed the email and send all the info. A day later, I got an email from customer service indicating that Dave was too busy to reach out, but the warranty wouldn't cover any of the work, since they were  not stipulated in the contract.

Now, I am uncertain if replacing a roof with ventilation and not connecting exhaust pipes as found ARE acceptable practices, but I cannot hold it against Zona Restoration, since the seller contracted and paid for their work and I am uncertain if the seller also tried to cut corners.
However, the attic debris and junk is part of the agreement (Excerpt: "Haul away all job site related roof"), but they decided to ignore and disregard my request to honor warranty. Customer service was nice and helpful, so I adding a second star; however, I wouldn't recommend or try to pursue the work warranty from Zona restoration; Instead, I am hiring a general contractor and now need to pay a couple thousand dollars to correct these issues on a brand new roof.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. This company was working on a job a couple of houses down from me. I asked my neighbor what he thought of the company so far, and he had a pretty good experience so I gave them a call. They ended up negotiating my claim with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof and both of my AC units at no cost to me. My insurance company was originally only repairing small sections of my roof after we had a massive hail storm in Glendale.I got to pick a new tile and new color, good bye green roof!! I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company that I decided to take a couple minutes to let you all know. If you have any damage to your home, I would seriously recomend this company.

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

KGB did several jobs on our house from painting to adding on a whole extra section to the back of our house. They were beyond amazing! One of the best things I loved about KGB is they communicated everything with us so we knew exactly what was going on at every stage of the remodel both physically and financially, which is not a quality you find often in companies.
