Best Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ

I couldn't be happier about finding Bob and VETSBuilt for my construction project. After getting quotes from 3 other contractors, we felt most comfortable with VETSBuilt. A true pleasure to work with, Bob and the team came out quickly, quoted competitively, and most important, performed great work. They kept me informed from start to finish, so I knew exactly what was going on through each phase of the project. The quality and professionalism is second to none. This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. They came through for my family and I to get my home back to 100%. Bob and VETSBuilt will be the only home remodel/renovation contractor I use. I sincerely recommend this company. I AM DELIGHTED!  Donnie (owner) actually answered the phone himself.  I know that's good since I have called numerous roofers and usually get someone who knows nothing.....takes my number and never hear from them.
My job was small...one tile pulled off by a tree during a storm.  Donnie had me send him pictures.  I already had the product info (from builder) so he went to the distributor, picked it up, along with 3 tiles for future need, and installed the next day.  Bless his heart!  It took and hour, plus he walked the roof and took care of some other tiles.  He came quickly and was efficient.  He charged me far less than the roofer who installed the roof was going to charge, plus they were going to make me wait 2 weeks for the evaluation and then have to come back with the tile, even though they had the product info.
He'll be my go-to-roofer-dude!

Alex and his crew did a garage conversion plus addition for us.  They turned a 2 car garage into a gorgeous 1000 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a laundry room. Their attention to detail and creativity was apparent at every step, and the end result is beautiful.  I went into this project with much trepidation, having heard stories about how awful it can be working with a general contractor. It is wonderful to have found the exception.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

Best roofer we've ever found here in Phoenix.  When others could not (or would not spend the time to) find a leak in our roof, Nick was diligent and located the leak and fixed it right away.  He's been out to repair our roof several times after big storms and every time came out right away, found the leak and fixed it at a reasonable cost.  We highly recommend Nick and C&H Roofing!  -Peggy and Steve Kvam, N. I started off my quest for a shower remodel by seeking bids.  Wow, that was harder than it should have been.  I selected D&D as they submitted the most clear response to my estimate.  I did good this time as they did a fabulous job and the shower is stunning!  Everything was just as they promised, including a cleaning service to clean the rooms after construction was complete!  Nice!  Every question I asked was answered and no detail too small was overlooked.  I'm one happy customer!

I got lucky finding this guy!!!!  

I needed walls and floors replaced from an old roof leak.  He was also skilled to handle a hidden water leak in the laundry room.  

Come to find out, George is more than just a handy man.  He's a professional contractor with lots of experience building houses.  

Extremely impressive with how quick George responded to my request.  George is assertive, responsive, friendly, and knows what he is doing.  He is accommodating and helpful.   He also helped me move some items in my house.  Just an overall great and trustworthy guy.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

Vlad came right on time for our (free) consultation. Gave a fair price and his crew showed up right on time the next week when I was available. They worked fast and efficient and consulted with me about design challenges for my older home guest bathroom. They did not leave w/o checking with me that work was done, and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find someone to take a small half-finished job from previous contractor, but they delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an excellent experience with K& B remodeling. They were easy to schedule and plan the job with. I had carpet removed and they tiled my master bedroom and closet. They did a fantastic job in record time. They even picked up the tile for me. The price was competitive and extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling jobs. My job was completed within a week of first contacting them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them for any remodel job. They seem to be able to accommodate any request I had. I will  have them come and do epoxy on my garage floor and install cabinets next time.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

Asked for an estimate for a guest bathroom. They were kind and efficient when they came over answered all our questions andsaid they would send us an estimate by the end of the week. Two weeks later I reached out, they said they were behind on their estimates. Never heard from them again. It was a shame we loved their ideas, their dynamic and their suggestions.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
