Best Roof Repair in Phoenix AZ

I was really impressed with the level of service, they showed up, did the work perfectly and cleaned up!

I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

Do not do business with this company.  They are quick to respond when you have your check book ready but won't respond for warranty work.  When they finally do respond they will tell you, I know your roof is only 2 yeard old and you have a 5 year warranty...but we're gonna need another $6K to fix what we should have done right the first time.  I was shopping for insurance, Progressive came to my house and said, we can't insure your house becasue of the roof...  When I called Mikku and said, your company redid the entire roof 2 years ago they said...we'll need $6K...  Don't walk away - Run!

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

My husband and I just moved to a house in Phoenix and it needed a new roof. We chose Almeida based on their quote and how professional they were in person and on the phone. I was picky about the roof colors and they invited me to come by their office to look at the samples and even encouraged me to take some home and keep them for reference. They came out less (price-wise) than the competitors we called and did an excellent job. It probably took them about 15 hours to do our roof over two days. They cleaned up our yard nicely afterwards and were very respectful - didn't leave trash or litter. The foreman on the job was super nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend Almeida.

I had a leak where the chimney meets the roof, and was able to get my homeowner's insurance to cover it after the deductible. I called L&R Roofing Solutions and Luis was able to come out the same day to take a look at it. Within a few days L&R had repaired the roof. What merits five stars is that they stayed within the budget given by my insurance, but still repaired more than what the insurance company was willing to admit was the problem. They didn't expect payment until I was able to inspect it to my satisfaction. I can recommend L&R without hesitation.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Had my entire roof and would highly recommend Brown Roofing.. The process was painless, the work was done in a professional manner. The crew showed up when expected and the job was completed in a timely manner.  I love my new roof.

I went through about eight different quotes and decided to go with Desert Eagle because of two reasons: John knows his stuff and went in detail about the entire re-roofing process, and his quote was very competitive.  I actually had a couple of lower bids but you can tell when it's just not worth the trouble.  This is a major investment and you definitely want a real pro to complete this job.  To be clear John is a contractor so he has selected people who work on these projects; however, John was constantly checking on them and supervising the project.  Overall, I am glad we found him and highly recommend.

Called for a quote, after insurance inspection. He answered right away was going to come out. Never heard back again. At least have professional courtesy to say if your to busy at that time. It's a shame, they had good reviews.

I have a leak in the roof in the bathroom & called The Repair Guys..Kyle returned my call the following day. He was able to pull up a picture of my address and we could see & talk about where the issue was. It was in the flat part of the roof and with knowing the age of the house he suggested that I replace the roof vs. having them come out to just patch something & have to replace it shortly after that. He took a lot of time with me on the phone answering & explaining everything in detail.
Since I didn't have any work done I can't write a review on that but the time, personal attention & information that Kyle gave me was very valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any repair service.

I can't say enough about how great these guys were, they're thorough, efficient and particular about their work- true professionals. This is my second experience with Jason and State 48 Roofing, recently for my own roof and once for a client. Maybe most importantly, they showed up when they said they would and were finished exactly on schedule (in my experience, a rare quality in contractors of any kind). They cleaned everything up every day... I had no worries about nails or debris in the driveway or around the yard. I also noticed some surprising and thoughtful details after they were finished like diverters to redirect water away from patio grilling and other critical areas of the house. Twelve yrs ago, I called and Shane came out.  I was impressed at how honest and straight forward he was. No sales pitch.  No pressure or fear tactics.  Got a new roof.  Now, twelve yrs later- a leak.  He was the first person I called, due to both his knowledge and integrity.  He came out promptly.  Seems the A/C company tore thru the underlining.  Within days, the repair was made.  Findings were explained and properly corrected.
