I received 2 quotes for BUR and then called Mikku and Sons and their quote for foam was not much higher so I decided it was worth the extra expense after talking to Devin. Josh came out (on time) and taped the plywood seams and sprayed on the foam with a nice level coat of foam and offered to return to apply the second coat of elastomeric after the stucco guys finished, just in case the damage the coating. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them for a foam roof.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. This has been the 5th roofing job that Kevin and his team have done for me in the past 12 years. They were very clean with the tear off as well as the installation. Although it took me forever to decide what color and type of shingles I wanted, he worked with me to ensure I made the right choice. His prices were lower than other contractors bids. Since I have had zero issues with his other work, I knew he would be my first choice. He has always been very personable and very responsive.

I hired them to replace a damaged shingle roof. Their price was very good. They delivered materials when they said and showed up when they said completed earlier than they said. Very professional crew!! Juan was a pleasure to work with as was Raul who did the work. They were the one estimate that included a few sheets of plywood if needed. Will recommend them to anyone!!

I had a fantastic experience with Sylvia, Leah and Shane at The Roofing Company!  A neighbor (who is a professional roofer) recommended them because he only does entire roof replacements.  They did a fantastic job, were friendly, helpful and very hard working.  I am 100% happy with the quality of work and would use this company again without hesitation.  The most helpful part (aside from the repairs which were immediate) was that they helped explain to the insurance underwriter the mis-calculation they had made in the measurements.  I was able to get a fair reimbursement from the adjuster for the work done.  They really go above and beyond at the company and deserve your business.

Rene and his team are the best.  Detailed and thorough quote.  The price was competitive and they give you a signed warranty upon completion.  I had my entire roofs underlay redone and new vents added.  Express Roofing was on time everyday , clean, and efficient.

Rene- emailed me an update of progress daily with pictures and videos (drone) explaining the progress and stage of the repairs.  The videos were fantastic.  We had five different contracts give us their opinions and prices.  Express roofing was not the cheapest or the most expensive.  But, they were the most detail oriented and organized.  Rene's experience in roofing was obvious.  Replacing a roof is a big investment.  I recommend Express Roofing.

I can say with 100% certainty that this company is outstanding on every level. Reliability, Honesty, and Daryl the Owner has the highest standards of workmanship and integrity for himself and his employees. They have been in the business for a long time. My free evaluation and estimate were very thorough and they explained everything to me in detail with pictures.  I'm an older gal and couldn't get up on my roof to see, so the pictures help tell the story. My roof was over 25 years old. They put a whole new roof on the house. My job was scheduled in a timely manner and they were done by the date they provided me. The crew was courteous and they cleaned up every day, no mess left behind at all!  The job foreman kept abreast every step of the way with pictures. I have used them twice now. Once several years back for a major repair from storm damage ( They came out in the middle of the night to tarp my roof, the weather was horrible! Pouring rain and wind and they responded within an hour and a half of my frantic call!) They work in conjunction with my insurance company without any delay. I've owned several homes over the years, If you're looking for honesty, fair pricing and excellent workmanship This is your company!  I have referred family and friends who have had the same valued experience. We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for taking such a big stress item off my mind!

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

My new roof looks great. Arrow was great to work with, quick to respond, and did a great clean up afterwards. Would use them again if I have another roofing need.

I am not sure where these other reviews are coming from but let me tell you the Real Deal! The McBride Team installed a galvanized aluminum roof on my home. The quality of the work looks Amazing!! When choosing a company to do business it is important for me to find someone who is professional in there communication from Start to Finish. McBride went above and beyond by working directly with my Insurance Adjuster which helped save a ton of time and headache (As I have no idea how that system works or have the software to write up an estimate). A Job Well Done! Not to mention... They increased my claim from $3,500.00 to well over $37,000.00 (The claims process really showed me how poorly an Insurance Company will try to help you in the hardest of times, always hire a professional to help/guide you) McBride was there maximize it all! I highly recommend McBride Services.

We had a substantial hail storm the 4th of July 2019 and unfortunately it appears many folks have experienced issues with the roofing company they were using.  That is not the case here, Alison with Paragon Exteriors was AWESOME!!

She was very clear and helpful during the entire process.  In addition she was present every step of the way from the insurance inspectors visit to the various items we had fixed including the roof in order to ensure all of the work was being completed up to her high standards.  My singles were not impact resistant so the insurance company wouldn't allot funds to upgrade but despite this she was able to add that in at no additional cost to me.  We had new gutters and some minor painting and patchwork which were all completed quickly and look wonderful, just like the roof.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Platinum Exteriors did an excellent job with our home. Kevin was very responsive and his crew was fast and friendly. We looked around at several other companies and Platinum used the best paints at the best prices. Very happy with our decision to use this company and will continue to reccomend to our friends and family.

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

Ky-Ko roofing installed an entire new roof for me- foam and tile.  Price was fair, consultant was easy to work with and they did a great job.  They also worked well with the heating and air conditioning people who needed to coordinate work.   I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for roofing work.

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough.  I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley.  Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work.  I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.
