My husband and I called Lowery's today to fix two windows that weren't operational.  Heather immediately put us in touch with Trevor who showed up at our home about 30 minutes after our initial call.  Trevor was very professional and proceeded to fix the alignment of our two windows within 5 minutes.  Both Heather and Trevor were extremely professional and we would recommend to anyone!

Love my new screens!  I ordered beige, which is a color I have not noticed on other homes, and it's perfect. Blocks the sun & looks great!

After several bids for my new replacement windows,I knew I had to go with Greco Roman. Walter came to our home and gave us a complete and thorough bid. He explained that his family of workers were going to do a complete job and not leave out all the essentials.Custom windows,stucco repair,painting and plantation shutter removal were all included. I'm so glad I chose Greco Roman and couldn't be happier. So professional and their philosophy is it's all about the homeowners needs. Right away I already noticed that my energy bills are going to be so much lower. My house is quieter and they look beautiful. You will be happy you went with Greco Roman.

Raben Glass did a wonderful job replacing an Audi windshield.

Stephanie took care of all the insurance paperwork and coordinated the replacement to be done while the car was in the auto body shop.

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Maybe there was just one bad apple?  I had a great experience with True View.  The phone customer service, follow-up, follow-through and on-the-spot estimates within just a few minutes of calling.  

The person showed up on time to measure, was friendly and quick (must not have been Troy!) The installation went smooth.  The price was good.  Easy does it for us.  My only disappointment was that I wished they had color selections to view on their website or in-person.

You shouldn't waste your time. Called and said they would come Saturday.  No show, no call. Came another day 30 minutes early, because it was convenient for them. Said they would install Saturday.  No Show, no call. Called and they said they were busy finishing another job. Would come Monday. Monday came- no call,  no show.
I give up. Must be a side job because they really don't care about their customers, or their business.

updating the review... I have since received a refund from the company for all monies and purchases. Honest company, just didn't hire competent workers and need to manage financials better.

I reached out through Thumbtack to Prostar Doors regarding my double doors to my master bedroom not locking.  The flush mount wasn't working properly and hadn't for years.  

On April 13th, Ray, messaged me asked for my location, phone number and notified me someone would be contacting me to set up a time to view the job.  

After some back and forth with Susie, we settled on an appointment for Friday, April 17 between 10 am - 12.  John showed up and said they would need to replace the astragal on the door along with a new flush bolt mount.  The quote was for $875.00.  I put down a payment for $437.50 with the balance to paid at install, which was set-up for Wednesday, April 23, 2020.  

Today, April 20th, I called to move my Wednesday appointment to later in the day and Susie informed me, Tanner would be stopping by to look at the door and see if any if the astragal samples they had would work.  

Tanner texted me at 2:30 pm and said he was about 25 minutes out.  Tanner showed up about 3 pm.  He came in, took one look at the door and he said do you mind if I take out the flush bolt?  Told him, not at all.  Within minutes he said, your door is fine, the flush bolt is adjustable and had just fallen.  He said I will put caulk on the seams so it doesn't move again and you will be all set.  He said I will notify the office of the change and then they can just charge you the $80 service fee. He was in and out of our home in less than 15 minutes.  We now have locking doors!  

Susie called at 3:30 pm and said she had heard from Tanner.  Susie went on to explain, they do charge a $300 service fee and would refund the difference.  I was NEVER quoted a $300 fee just to step inside my home.  If I had been, I would have said NO.  This amount is ridiculous!  

I appreciate Tanner's honesty and fixing our door with no hassle. I am not sure why he wasn't sent out to begin with. I am contacting cooperate.
