Best Residential Project in Phoenix AZ

We recently hired Bob and his team to replace a guest bathroom tub and shower wall with a full tiled shower and sliding glass doors. We were very pleased with Bob's constant communication via text message and the friendliness of his crew, which was here for several days, making friends with our dogs. We were also pleasantly surprised when the total dollar amount of the job and the timeline were exactly what he estimated. They were also very flexible in accommodating our preferences for the design. The only negatives were lack of warning before coating the bathroom with dust and some pushback about hauling away the old tub. Overall the shower looks beautiful, Bob was very nice, and his crew did a great job!

Installation of our bathroom vanity and install of two faucets and fixing up the cabinet. Tony was so great. He showed up on time and fixed everything perfectly. He doesn't give up until the job is done right. And he was very professional.  I could not have asked for a better Craftsman. Thanks Tony!

We found modern innovations on Yelp after a few other companies either turned us down or wanted to charge way to much. We needed a door frame widened to remove an old air conditioning unit from a utility closet. Irving was knowledgable, professional, and affordable. If and when I have more home projects to tackle I will definitely use them again!

Would definitely use again. He mounted our 42inch TV and it was fast + high quality service. Definitely recommend and you can't beat the price!

Used Michael to install a new dryer vent.  He explained what he was doing and why. He also taught me a lot about the construction of my house. He did a great job for a reasonable price. I would use him again.

Alex was super accommodating and informative. He explained everything, from the materials they use to the way they're used. He presented us with several options and the associated costs. I wish all service guys were like this!

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

Eric is my idea of the perfect handyman. The quotes were fair for what I wanted done, I was very specific! He showed up on time, every time. We started on our first remodel this year and wanted to start with the kitchen and our kid's bathroom.  Andrew had some great advice while talking through what we wanted that really helped us get our vision together.  He also helped reign us in and keep us from doing stupid things that may become an issue years down the line.

This company was recommended by a colleague. We were pleasantly surprised. The handyman responded to my call in a timely manner and made us feel like getting our jobs done mattered. We had some urgency do to a social function at the house later in the week. He came over early within a couple of days with an attached trailer to his truck. It had everything already in it so he didn't have to make a ton of trips to the hardware store. He did quality work and had an extensive list of jobs done around our house before the party later that day. We highly recommend this company.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.

BHB was a stellar company to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everyone involved in the project was a joy to have in our home and we loved the outcome. We would recommend BHB to anyone.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

We had our hall bath remodel by TWD. They were incredible. All the workers they employ were friendly, professional and I was very comfortable to have them all in my home! From the demo team to the final glass installer. Project manger was very helpful and always checked on the progress, he was very responsive. They tile installer was like an artist! I highly recommend them and we will be using them for our master bathroom remodel next. Overall they are a 5 star company with amazing employees!
