Zach and his team did a fantastic job with my roof. They helped me work through it with my insurance and were responsive during the process. Once we scheduled they showed up on time, finished our roof in one day, and didn't leave a trace after. Highly recommend.

In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing for over 2 years now. I have filed a BBB complaint. Beware of this company!!! Originally in 2019 they said they would fix the leaks. They said they made multiple repairs; however, I still have a leak. And as you can see in the pictures it's terrible. The ceiling is caving in and the damage is even worse. I tried giving them a chance to even fix their mistakes. Don't hire them, they don't do quality work.

After their fixes and then another rainstorm I called again. This time they said it's not your roof it's your air conditioning lines. I had an HVAC company come out and said this is very common for any roofing company to blame the AC or other people just so they don't have to fix it. Well here we are almost 3 years later and take a look at the photos now. The coat job that they did for $5000 is completely bubbled all over because of the ponding water. Josh came over and said oh the roof warranty doesn't cover this. It's your original foam roof that is causing this and we were only paid to coat your roof and the warranty blah blah. I said no Josh your warranty covers the sealant and I called you repeatedly for years and you keep coming out and blaming something else. If you would've fixed the ponding water 3 years ago we would've never been in this situation. I will file another BBB these people have no ethical integrity. They are scam artists. Trash!

Quinn is the guy who answers calls but will never return your cal or pass down any messages to anyone else. All around this is a F company and they should not have a license to work on anyones home.

If you want to use your money wisely do not give them $1.

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

This was a great experience. I know nothing about roofing, but I do know about leaks. They came out and inspected, showed me what was happening and gave me a fair quote to make the repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and they were all pleasant to work with. I would recommend Prowest to anyone.

Fair price with quality results.  Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof.  Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job.  They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived.  Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated.  After solar panels were installed, Jesse quickly came back to inspect the roof to ensure no damage was done.  Should anything arise in the future, I feel confident they will respond quickly.  Definitely a company with integrity, quality workmanship, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

We could not be happier with how the entire process was handled. Unlike the other 6 companies I quoted through Yelp, John (owner) throughly inspected the roof and was the ONLY ONE who mentioned my patio was in good shape, in fact, offered to make minor repairs to it free of charge. Pricing was on par with other companies, however warranty was above the rest. Roofers Jimmy and Alberto were extremely polite and on time every day. We are sincerely thankful with Desert Eagle and would highly recommend for any roofing work.

I have a leak in the roof in the bathroom & called The Repair Guys..Kyle returned my call the following day. He was able to pull up a picture of my address and we could see & talk about where the issue was. It was in the flat part of the roof and with knowing the age of the house he suggested that I replace the roof vs. having them come out to just patch something & have to replace it shortly after that. He took a lot of time with me on the phone answering & explaining everything in detail.
Since I didn't have any work done I can't write a review on that but the time, personal attention & information that Kyle gave me was very valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any repair service.

I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me.

From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company!

They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal!

They completed the job in only a few hours and now no more leaks through the roof! I will be using First Reaponse for all my roofing needs on all my properties!

So I had a roofing issue and Jason came out to see it as a consultation. He was so honest and thorough. He so professional and looked at every angle that the problem was in. He even had a drone.  Jason at State 48 Roofing was excellent and I recommend him for any of your roofing needs.

They responded to my Yelp request, and setup an appointment through that message. The technician came in, provided a very nominal estimate. Theirs was the best estimate I got between 3 providers. They scheduled the work to re-coat the flat roof. Arrived as planned, providing me updates throughout, completed the job as promised. It held after the small storm that hit us a couple of weeks ago. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Just had my roof fixed and re papered by Caliber. Our neighborhood went together as a group and formed a procurement bid committee to assemble spec's and review roofing companies that they felt met and exceeded the work standard, pricing standards and overall customer satisfaction  
CALIBER ROOFING SERVICES WAS THEIR VENDOR OF CHOICE.  Previously before they did their work I had done my homework about a year before i.e late 2019 before Covid hit. Well, I have Caliber come out once for a project estimate and then compared for detail, thoroughness and professionalism. They were prompt and on time and very responsive to my requests. They also gave me the pricing for the neighborhood specifications along with recommendations for upgrades if I wanted to go beyond the TIGHT SPECIFICATIONS from the Neighborhood Committee.  Since I am selling my house this year their was no need to go beyond and select great options to save money in keeping the roofer drier, energy efficient while ensuring water was not sitting anywhere on the roof.  

When I went back to my previous bidders and asked them meet the Caliber specifications they all but one came in much much higher price wise. A year of Covid REALLY SPIKE PRICES so knowing my neighborhood has chosen Caliber and many had their roofs completed and all were satisfied I went with Caliber. AND, I AM GLAD I DID!  They PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT out one more time before starting the work the project to walk the project to reconfirm and reaffirm my job and my expectations.  They started work promptly, efficiently, communicated openly and finished the work in about a weeks time. They let me know I had some wood rot and gave me options along with giving me a discount on the wood procurement to complete the project.  Chris came back upon completion and we again walked the finished project where any and all my questions were answered completely and fully by Chris. Lastly they ate some of the extra replacement tiles that I needed on my roof. I am very pleased with Caliber, their work, their communication manner and professionalism on my project. The area was cleaned up after they life like they were never there. I recommend Caliber Roofing for your roofing project and needs.

They showed up 5 days early without even a call or letting me know, then worked for about an hour and left. They sent me no pictures or explanation or what was replaced or repaired. When I called and left a message and emailed trying to get information on what they actually did; I was ignored on both fronts. What a way to spend 878 on a roof repair, total lack of professionalism, they just came out when they felt like; did what they felt like with no proof or explanation, and then ignored contact attempts.

Anderson roofing did a great job. They were the only company to respond on a weekend when it was hard to find a contractor. They were professional and reasonably priced when we had a roofing vent that had broken off and needed repair. Great experience and would call them again in the future!
