We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

I contacted this company Friday morning, as I had a leak in my roof.  Not only did they come out that afternoon, but he was able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes and told me what the issue was and what would be needed to fix it.  I was floored as I already had two other companies come out and tell me I needed my roof repaired in the amount of 3-5K dollars, and Multi Pro, said that the repairs were not what I was being quoted and estimated the repairs at around $500!! Wow, here I was thinking I was going to have to replace my roof and then nope, not even as bad as I was told.  As a single woman, I always feel like I am being ripped off, thank you Patrick, I really appreciate your honesty and willingness to help.  I will definitely be using this company for all my future roofing needs!! I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

Mikku & Sons removed & replaced 2000 SF of existing roofing in May 2017 and applied urethane foam to all areas of the flat roof.  They took their time and addressed each of the individual roofing issues including poor scupper drainage and ponding.

Excellent from start to finish. I am 2500 miles away from my home in Arizona and Josh handled everything. Arizona roofing came in well under the estimate and put better materials on the roof then I had before the damage. I highly recommend them.

We recently had a microburst which damaged our roof, and a few of our neighbors ' roofs and caused a boat in our neighbors yard to hit our roof and knock down a part of our fence.  A day or so later, Jordan came to our door to offer help.  It's a good thing that my husband answered the door because I don't trust door - to-door sales people.  I checked yelp and saw good reviews so we agreed to have his company help us.  All of my fears were quickly put to rest... Jordan took care of EVERYTHING!  He worked with our insurance company to get us a new roof - instead of just patching, again.  He also worked with our neighbor's insurance company to coordinate repair of our block wall.  He scheduled everything and was very easy to get ahold of.  The BEST contracting company we have ever worked with!  I've already handed his business card out to my friends and we highly recommend him and Prowest Roofing!

Luis and his crew were awesome.  I had four contractors come out to give me a bid.  Luis was so professional.  He emailed me a quote and included all the professional documents as well (warranty, bond and insurance). I also received a thank you card in the mail for considering them for my project.    All my dealings with this company gave me strong confidence to go with them.  They had a competitive bid as well but their professionalism and thoroughness made them my #1 choice.  Thanks for a great job at my house.

I have an older home that I knew would need a new roof within a few years of moving in.  I researched a number of roofing businesses myself, and was referred by my brother to Brown roofing.  I was immediately impressed with Craig, as he was the only roofer who did the inspection and provided a written quote on the spot.  In addition, the quote was all inclusive, and Craig promised that he would not charge beyond what was quoted, and the quote was extremely competitive!  He was able to get me on his schedule in less than 2 weeks, and was finished within about 2 days.  Each day when I got home, the entire perimeter of my home was completely clean, and at the end Craig even came back and did paint touch up.  He ended up having to replace a number of facia boards and as promised, there was no extra charge.  I found Craig and his crew to be very professional and friendly.  I highly recommend Brown roofing.  They are fast, reliable, and did an amazing job.  My new roof looks great!

Along side that they did a good NOT GREAT job, they dented couple of our pathway lights on the side of the house, they left one of our garage door window frames outside (frame were not out back) the glass on the garage door is cracked (probably when they took off the frame) and I'm sure they're gonna say it's not their fault and their customer services SUCKS. I tried calling them to ask why were these left for us to put back, no response til a few days later, they don't do a final walk around with you to ensure your satisfaction with the work. The little things that makes the difference is what this company lacks.

Aug 9: My husband called he said he will come Wednesday Aug 11, between 2-4.
Aug 11: I waited, no update. After 4 pm he texted my husband and said he's stucked somewhere. We agreed to re-scheduled for Saturday Aug 12 about noon. There were exchanges of text messages about the panel/shingle info.
Aug12: Noontime on Saturday , not heard anything but when my husband texted him he said he came by in the morning and that,  he did not have the right color. (Take note: did not update us, While we waited ). He said, Need to go to PHX Monday to get the right color.
Aug 16: Monday, My husband has to text him what time. He said about 1 pm, true enough he came at 1. However when my husband open the garage for him he was on the phone forever and my husband patiently waiting to be off the phone. Did not even apologized. I thought that was very rude ! He took the shingle/panel with him and then said his ladder is not long enough!!! Well, if he said he came by Saturday morning then he should know the height. Anyway, He's supposed to come back the next day.
Aug 17: Tuesday around 10 am , did not hear anything from him . So, my husband texted (again) asking what time you're coming. His response : I don't know. If you want to call someone else go for it. Omg!

First of all, customer service  needs to improve. Maybe he thinks it's a very small job to do and it's not worth his time but be honest with us from the beginning. We were very patient waiting and he even took the panel or shingle ( whatever you call it) with him. We have nothing to show to whoever company who will do it, except the picture.
On the side note , he came last year for a something up in the roof that insurance want to get done. So , he has used a ladder before . We did not know he came until he sent a picture that it's done and that was fine . Maybe he is a man of few words.
With that being said 1 week of back forth for nothing. Rude and does not deserve a star.

The Repair Guys is the best roofing company ever. From the owner, Ryan, to the roofing techs to the receptionist. Everyone is all about serving the customer and treating each one with respect and courtesy. Their work is excellent! This is the 2nd time we've had them work on our roof, because the recent storm had dislodged an end tile. Since it had been a year since they had worked on our roof, they gave it an inspection, and except for some minor maintenance, it was in great shape. Even though our roof is almost 25 years old, it's still in great shape, and I believe we have the best company in town who will help keep it that way. It was also a plus that we are a customer-on-record, because they came out to our home sooner than they could to a new customer. It's nice to know how much they value their customers!

Tibb is great. Good communicator and responsive. Plus, he really takes his time to get the job done right. Highly recommend for roof repairs!!

I scheduled and had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out and give me an estimate on 11/16/21; they were supposed to come between 8-9.  I called at 10:30 and they said they'd lost my address, but they would call back later and let me know if they could fit me in.  At 4:00pm they called me and said they had to reschedule for 11/18 between 8-9am; it's now 11/18, 11:00am and no one has shown up or even called. I hesitate setting another estimate appointment or even hiring them as they certainly don't seem reliable in the least. When I called for the original appointment, I made it clear that I had a pretty big job needed (full underlayment, fascia replacement, sheet plywood replacement, not just a few tiles repair), but they certainly don't seem to want the work - nor do they seem to care about my lost time waiting around for them. They've done repair on the house immediately across the street from me; I have no idea why they seem to be so very different than the other reviews state.  Such a shame.

The monsoon rains this summer we're a Godsend, but also did quite a number on my roof. State 48 Roofing was referred to me as a preferred vendor by my insurance company, so I felt reassured calling them to help resolve my concerns. Jason Payne was out in short order to assess damage to my roof resulting the need for a whole new roof.
It took a bit to get things started, but the delay was Mother Nature herself. Roof replacement can't be done until the rain stopped, which unfortunately put temporary delays for all.
Once the work started, everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Beautifully done! The project's supervisor, Diego, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

They came out to perform an estimate weeks ago and they never sent the estimate! I advised them of such. They said that they would send it and still nothing.
