Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

George was extremely honest and very helpful. Our job was minor and not major like we expected. We reached out and he responded to our house the following day. He showed us exactly what we needed to do and how to do it, saying it would be a cheap TLC project. He was a rarity in today's world. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend.

From the first phone call I made to the office till the work was complete there was never a moment that I was sorry I called this company! I was in a crunch during a 10 day home inspection period and even though this company was pushed out beyond that with other jobs they still managed to fit me in. The work was excellent Jake Watson who made the roof repairs even sent me pictures so that I could send them over to the new home owner. I work for an HVAC company and get many requests for referrals for roofing companies. Until today I couldn't give a referral. I highly recommend them.

Had our roof leak in 2 places after a heavy rainstorm. Overson Roofing came out and found both areas that water could enter. Gave us a fair price and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Showed up on the day promised and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

Arrow Roofing sent an estimator right out, explained everything, gave fair estimate. I accepted and they used premium underlayment and best composite shingles on the market, completed tear off and installed new roof in 1 day. Cleaned up properly. Very satisfied and reccomend Arrow Roofing.

This is a response to the owners response to my 1 start review.

To anyone reading the review the main problem we had was with the finish quality of the job - namely boosted tile. The fact that they chipped away excess mortar on our tile in the first place making the $60k+ job look like a bunch of children completed it is laughable.  Think about it - SHOULD you chip mortar away on a finished job, or should you just REDO it?  Owner says we cussed, we called the cops, etc.  He just doesn't want to fix it - he's been paid and has moved on and is looking for a reason not to come back to do a quality job.  You should know our story, which is why we post.  Best of luck to you.

The best roofing company around! Awesome customer service right from the start. They were on time and offered fair pricing! I will be referring all of my family and friends to you guys!

Needed a new roof (tile) and after receiving 4 bids, selected Stapleton.  When your having a large purchase like this you look for friends or referrals to help guide you in your decision. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but I liked the way they presented what work would be done. The roofers showed up on time and worked extremely hard. The foreman were around daily to make sure everything was going according to plan. It took about 7 days to complete but each day the area around the house was cleaned before they left. As the work was being done Jeff would check with me and make sure I didn't have questions or concerns. At the completion of the job Jeff said he would come back after a couple years just to reinspect the roof at no charge. Couldn't be happier with the job and would highly recommend STAPLETON if your in need of quality roofing work on time and on budget.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
