I was greeted by a very nice person on the phone who was obviously instructed to sell me a service plan  before ever understanding why I called. In the first place.  I needed a bid for an electric job, but my call was hijacked about one or two
sentences into  the  conversation so that she could upsell me this inspection plan.  I politely listened to her pitch for around 5 minutes.  I politely refused and asked a bit more about what I needed where as she immediately answered back by pitching her service plan again .  Really?

I do not have the time to  waste debating the merits or value of your special service  plan which I did not need , want, nor ask for,  I politely asked her again about how to get someone to come and get a bid on my job and which case her tone changed considerably and her annoyance with me was so disrespectful.  

Thanks Becky, but no thanks.  If this is how you treat people who aren't even clients yet, I can only imagine how much upselling and abuse I would have to endure to work with your company.  

Go find someone elses time and money to waste.

Had a gfi failure. Communicated with Eugene, who sent someone out right away and fixed. These guys are very nice and easy to deal with. Price is high, but same or slightly less than two other places I called. I highly recommend them for honest, fast and reliable service.

Dickson Electric was incredible to work with. Their work was beautifully done and no mess was left. We had them install a second High Power Wall Connector for our electric vehicles. They installed it in a pair on the same circuit as our first connector, and they're working perfectly to auto-balance power. Not only was the job done well, but they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will likely use them again in the future.

We recently decided to upgrade our old oil furnace to a more efficient and eco-friendly heat pump, and based on online reviews and their informative website, we opted for Mercurio's. Tom Baker came out to evaluate the house and give us our estimate, which was a bit higher than we'd expected but was certainly reasonable, especially considering all the options Tom walked us through and the overall long-term benefit to our home and our utility bills. Tom was knowledgable, transparent, and responsive to our questions and the needs of our old home. The one downside--due to worldwide shipping delays, NOT anything Mercurio's can change--was that the heat pump we needed was backordered for a couple of months. But Tom suggested we swap out our ancient furnace unit now, and we could easily add on the heat pump itself when it came into stock.

On the day we'd scheduled for our furnace upgrade, the crew showed up early, and they had our heat pump! One had apparently come in early and they went ahead with the full installation! And in spite of that extra bit of work, and the thorough cleaning job they did after they'd wrapped up, the crew still finished the job an hour earlier than they'd scheduled. They also installed guide rails for our air filters (our ancient system didn't have any and we were getting terrible filtration; now the air filters fit perfectly!). That wasn't something we expected or had even thought to ask for, but they did it anyway because it makes the whole system function better.

The crew also wore masks the entire day and followed excellent COVID-mitigation guidelines, something we especially appreciated.

The whole team, both Tom Baker and the installation crew, were highly professional, exceeded my expectations, and made the entire experience WELL worth every penny. 10/10 -- highly recommended!

I got a new bathroom fan and 5 new lighting fixtures installed by Eco this week and I'm thrilled with how it turned out! Eco was one of 3 bids I got for the job and because of the competitive prices as well as the FaceTime appointment consultation, I decided to go with them. Very happy with my decision! My tech Chris was super nice and I would love to have him come do more work at the house. I'll be calling Eco again in the future for sure!

I'm very late to post this but had to get this done because Dean was absolutely fantastic. He replaced our garbage disposal within 24 hours. He was professional, had everything required to get the job done, did it quickly, and explained everything in detail as he was working which I really appreciated. I did my homework when picking a plumber and he also offered a great deal. I trust him completely and will use Dean for all future plumbing needs. Attached is a before and after picture. Too expensive: Hunt's tried but couldn't clean out our outside drain but still charged $440 for the trip and equipment fee which was half the original cost if they could have cleaned it. That didn't make sense to me. Did a solid job of installing my water heater in 2016. Yet recently charged $870 to simple drain & move the water heater away from wall to repair a pin hole leak in the pipe which was within the wall.  The repair cost was about the same which I felt was reasonable. However, I will need to compare the prices that other companies offer hereafter...not pleased.

I should have review this business 2 years ago when they came to my house to look at my gas furnace which was making a squeaking noise.  I was told that it would cost $400 plus to fix the problem plus another $150 (I think?) to clean the unit and that my furnace needed to be replaced soon.  They even scheduled a salesman to come and give me a quote for a new furnace.  Long story short, I called my uncle for advice and he looked up the part and the part was less than $30 and so the labor to was going to be about $370.  The actual time to replace would be about 15 to 20 minutes.  Outrageous.  I then called another local business and they agreed to fix it for $100 and they cleaned the whole thing as well for $80.  
This business is going to rob you!!!   BEWARE!!!!  
P.S. My furnace is working great 2 years later.

Fast forward: freedom hvac and air sent Reese to inspect and clean furnace. Working great 3 years after black lake furnace repair advised me to replace.

The work order copy we received from Beacon Plumbing was not readable for the work done for re-igniting the pilot light on our gas water heater..  No explanation to what miscellaneous repair work meant since it was just lighting the pilot light.  Service Tech did not mention a senior discount or invite us to share our experience for an added discount.
The fee to just re-ignite the pilot light was for $229.00 plus tax plus the $75.00 trip fee.  The bill total was$330.75, Yikes!
We e-mailed Beacon about the work order but did not received an e-mail back.  Called the Beacon's Service Department twice before getting a call back and the manager said he would send us a readable copy of the work order.  When talking to the manager he suddenly said he had an emergency call coming in and hung up on me so couldn't finish the conversation.  My wife started Freakin when she saw the bill from Beacon.

Great company. Knew nothing about septic tanks and instead of just pumping out the tank the tech located the problem just a clogged drain. Fixed it and saved me hundreds. Also very fast. Would highly recommend!!!

Stellar service from the quote to the finished product.  We had a few things done - our furnace was already set up for A/C, done by WES back in 2008, so we need to finish out the project finally and actually install the outside condenser, the inside A/C set up, and a new condensate pump.  While they were doing this, they discovered a problem with our fuse box (that was original to our 1971 home) and gave us a great deal on a new one that Lorin and Bryce just got done installing.   Everyone was professional, respectful of our home and yards, fast, thorough and downright fun to work with.  The whole project was not cheap - about $16,000 total, but done right and on our time frame, and at the midway point for bids.  We would, and will, absolutely use them again!

I recently had Resicon install an electric furnace for me. I am very impressed with this company, the two men, Bryan and David, who did the installation were efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were very respectful of my home and I believe went over and beyond their duty as installers. Later I had occasion to meet with Jason, who also represented Resicon extremely well. I would recommend this company with no hesitance.  

As a side note I am 87 and the owner or Resicon has been very pleasant in trying to help me learn to work with my new thermostat. Thank you Resicon.

I've used Black Lion for installation and repair of my heat pump. Their work was excellent and done on time and on budget.  They arrive promptly, complete the service and are thorough.

To work with this company first you have to have a good lawyer I called them to fix the furnace and i have paid $ 2,100.00 but after they got the money, they recommend us to dump our 2 years old furnace then they can sell us a new. Be careful!
