Best Electrical Panel Repair in Seattle WA

This was by far the smoothest and easiest interaction I've had. Igor called up within an hour of my request via Yelp, showed up on time, and installed my camera/floodlight quickly. He was very easy to talk to and friendly, and charged a reasonable/fair price. I would highly recommend them.

My first time working with Merv Electric and Pasha and I'm extremely happy with the service. Their response, pricing and customer service exceeded my expectation and I'll will be working with them again. I called and discussed my project directly with Pasha and he was out the next day to provide a bid and also committed to getting it done that afternoon. He's a great guy, personal and stands by his work. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Avoid this Business, as it should be called Un-Finished Solar. Initially, I read the positive Yelp reviews (although all of their Yelp reviews note smaller electrical projects), followed-up with some DM with Yelpers about this business and then took the leap in having them do over $15k worth of electrical and solar work: A big mistake!!!
Yes, they started strong and had good ideas and a fair price (which is why I went with them). I intended to separate the big solar/electrical project into smaller projects, so they could prove themselves and I would pay upon completion of each project. Yet, I let them convince me for a full $14k project, which they couldn't finish! Then they said they needed another $1,400 to complete the project (for a total of over $15k) but they took all my money and ran after completing about 2/3rds of the project!
Since 3/15/23 I've been sending them messages to secure a time to complete the project. At first, they gave several questionable reasons for not arriving (we're on our way now, we came by yesterday when you weren't home, our materials are on back-order, or my favorite of if you cancel your dispute resolution process with Venmo, we promise to complete the project [which I subsequently canceled the dispute resolution and they still didn't come out to complete the project]. Now they just ignore my messages.
At this point, I am trying to get some of my money back and hire someone that can complete this solar/electrical project. A big hassle! Could they do very small projects? Yelp reviews seems to indicate perhaps. However, let my review caution you about spending several thousands of dollars with them (also particularly sketchy business since they ask for cash or peer-to-peer banking versus credit cards). Buyer Beware!

I recently called Vets Electric and they came out within a couple of days to look at my garage power being out. John called ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early, which wasn't a problem. He arrived shortly after the call and was very friendly, but spent less than two minutes here when he walked into my garage and hit the GFCI reset on my wall and restored the power. They didn't charge me for this visit, this is a company that operates with integrity and I really appreciated them taking care of me.

I didn't actually get to meet a Kemly electrician, because they were able to help me out over the phone!  I initially chatted with Jennifer, who was friendly and professional and gave great advice (that I unfortunately didn't follow).  I asked to be on the cancellation list anyway and they were able to fit me in the next day - I ultimately didn't need this appointment because I got around to doing what Jennifer told me to do and it solved the problem!  

The fact that Kemly is willing to coach customers through issues at the risk of their own business tells me that they are an honest organization.  I've heard great things from my other neighbors, and will be sure to use them for my electrical needs in the future!  Their service/follow up is great and they are very attentive.

These guys did an awesome job for me. Fast, efficient and per the book. Conscientious beyond anything I've ever encountered in a private contractor. I'd recommend them to anybody needing electrical work.

Shortly after purchasing a home in Seattle I discovered much of the wiring in the home was not quite right. After spending several hours trying to figure out what was wrong I discovered Electric Company of Seattle. I called in Sunday night and they were able to schedule me in for the next day! The job required troubleshooting many circuits and the electrician stayed late (well past when most companies would pack up for the night) so that I could have my power back on in the evening. I think that really showed their level of service and caring about the outcome for the customer rather than solely the job at hand. I can't think of any other company that could diagnose and resolve all of my issues correctly in just one visit; especially with the time required.

I would highly recommend this company for incredible service, attention to detail, highly qualified professionals, very reasonable costs, and absolutely excellent problem solving abilities. Thanks!!!

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

I will preface this review by saying that I am expecting a scathing retort from them as they have done with every negative review.

In a nutshell, hired them to trouble shoot potential outlet problem, paid $165.14 for this. Then hired them to:
Run 30 amp dedicated circuit for dryer removing old dryer plug adding with remodel box behind dryer new plug about 20 foot run wall opening required including materials
They charged me $900 for this job.  The tech verbally told me it would be 3-4 hours of work.  In reality it took less then two, my bad for not making sure that was on the quote, as they didn't prorate for the shorter time.  The office told me the tech quotes for the job and if the job goes over they wouldn't charge me more.  

When my washer/dryer was delivered yesterday, lo and behold the tech installed a range outlet.  Called him, he said he would be out at 8:00am to take care of it, he showed up but didn't have the part and has to go to the warehouse....didn't he do the work and know what he needed to do the job correctly?  I was also told by the office personal that they would be replacing the incorrect outlet for free...it's not free, I paid $900 for a job to be done correctly!!!

Please think twice people and if you go with them get EVERYTHING the tech tells you in writing as they are the ones that set your pricing.
The rude office person will probably just rip me apart, but it shows their lack of customer service skills and understanding with people who spend their hard earned money.

I would highly recommend Wilderness Electric. Oreo was on time, super knowledgeable and the price was better than I anticipated. If you want great service, a fair price and honest work give them a call!

I just called and got the message that this company is unable to take new customers, and to try again in six months. It's good that the company is honest and straight forward. So I would like the offer for a referral.

I had an electrical issue during the recent storm and Shawn and his partner were available on short notice to help out. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and also gave me some good advice on future updates I can do to prevent similar issues. Professional and courteous. Thank you!

One of the better contractors I've found in this area, and we've worked with a lot.  Very competent, courteous, cleans up after himself (so rare) and most importantly, his work actually fixes the issue you hired him for (so many times we've had to re-do work ourselves or hire someone else to do it if we can't after we pay someone here).  Only issue, like every other good contractor here, it can be hard to get in touch with him and schedule work to be done.  But I think that is just the way it is and if you are lucky enough to find a competent contractor in this region you just have to keep calling.

We had been looking for an electrician since around Dec 2022, but didn't get around to it until April 2023. All the estimates we got have been in the upper $1000s so it was hard to decide. But then I was looking at our local fb Duvall pages and Jon's business came up. We called him and told him that we needed our car charger installed, but already had a full panel so we needed some things moved around before he can install the charger. We waited for his company's contractor's license to get approved before he started working on our project, since our HOA required it. When it came time to install, he mentioned that he'll be able to move some wires around to make room for the charger. He gave us about 30AMPS with our 240V plug and so far we haven't had any issues with it. And by far, he was the cheapest among my other estimates and was very friendly and communicative with the process. He finished our project in like 3hours or something. He even mounted the charger for us. He also did mention that our Autel charger was easy to install since he didn't have to open up the charger box to be able to screw it on the wall, unlike other chargers, so I guess it was an easy job for him too. Overall customer service was awesome, and we definitely recommend his professionalism and service.

We used Treat's Heating and Cooling to have our AC unit installed in our newly built home.  The fact that they were willing to come out and install this on a Sunday, since they knew we had an infant at home and it was hot, says enough about this company!  They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fast!  They didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had either!  Thank you Treat's, you just made us a customer for life!  :)

We had a terrific experience with Mr. Electric.  James came on time, and then solved an issue we have had with our old oven with a creative solution, and then found a less intrusive method to install a new outlet. He was careful with COVID protocol and nice to have around.

Gave this company a shot despite the unfavorable Yelp reviews. A hundred people can't be wrong, I guess. After the initial conversation the person I spoke with told me they would come by the following day, but were unable to give me any sort of time window at all. Luckily I work from home so it was possible for me to be home all day waiting for these people to show up. They didn't. No communication, so attempt to reschedule, nothing. Had I actually taken time out of my day to wait for these people to fix some sort of emergency I would have been livid. Please take your business literally anywhere else.
