Best Electrical Panel Repair in Seattle WA
Had a great experience the week prior fixing my sink clog. They come off as very nice.
I requested a quote for a small leak under my washing machine-and a few other non-immediate to-do's. They specifically said there was no charge for the estimate. They cancelled their Friday appointment and did not come back till Monday morning (remember this is my means of washing my clothes). While he was running the washer for testing he gave me a diagnostic bill for $248 and change. Bait & switch and unethical. HUGE waste of my time. They clearly lied to me and are unethical. I plan to take further action. This is unacceptable behavior for any business. Oh, and he left my washer full of water!

FWIW I just did hire Dean again. This time to install a couple of Kasa 3-way smart switches to give me some automated control of lights. Yes, I likely could've installed them myself but I was happy to have Dean out to do it knowing it was going to be done right the first time by a pro. Dean is a pleasure to talk to and the smart switches work great.

Buyer beware. They are ripping people off. We got the most outrageous quote for a sewer job, and our house was torn up in the process of their diagnosis of what the problem was. Seems like they are running an insurance scam. Really upsetting experience.

No hot water after the service. At all. I payed a lot to fix the problem quickly. Now I have to use another service and pay again.
Awful.

not even worth one star. scheduled a window for them to come out and a half hour after the window called to see what was going on. no appology, just asked if we still wanted them to come out. i said yes. another hour after that i was called back and asked AGAIN if they should still come out. seriously, customer service and commitment to customers is not in their business plan. plumbers are not hard to find...move on to the next one in the phone book.

I just moved into my home the past year and wanted to have to have my septic pumped for peace of mind. They were quick with communication and arrived within a few hours of their target. The two people that showed up were kind, but like another reviewer mentioned, the main lead came out and poked a few hold in my yard and said it was going to take a lot of digging, soil was hard, etc. When I asked him how long it would take (at the $85 per 1/2 hour he quoted to dig), he said he wasn't sure but a recent job took them 4 hours. It was nothing more than a scare tactic, and obvious that they did not want to do it. When I told them to forget it, they said fine and charged me $231 just to come out. At that point I said to just empty the tank, which he replied again, dragging his feet, and that it was going to take so long, etc. etc. I was pressed for time so I wrote them a check and decided to take it up with the management. Adam texted me to follow up, I explained my experience, he responded by telling me that he listened to the initial call and I was not misquoted, which was not even my issue, so frustrating. I let him know I was not happy, he said he would escalate this to the foreman and have him give me a call and he will have the team reach out to me. A week later, no call, I asked him when someone would call me, he then gave me a number and told me to call Abel. I am so frustrated with this company and their follow up is horrible.

Had a leak in shower on a Saturday and called a few other places, and got their answering services with a promise to call back but no timeframe offered. After an hour and no reply I called Beacon, got their dispatcher immediately, they gave me arrival window and within another hour tech was onsite working. Adrian was a pro, calm, knew his job and got right to it. Problem was pesky but he had a plan and stuck with it till he was done. He hit his quote, everything looked great and I was happy. I suspect there are cheaper company's, but worth the extra for professional work, and the quick peace of mind. Thanks!

Abhorrent! Atrocious! Pathetic! Incompetent! Tardy! Inconsiderate! Very Poor Quality! Poor Communication! Time Wasters! Ill-Prepared! Slackers!
Yup, I think that about sums it up.
I would NEVER recommend this company! It's unfortunate that we had to have them come do work. If it were up to me, I would have fired them within the first 30 minutes of being in my home. Again, unfortunately, they were hired through a county subsidized program, so I had no say in the company chosen.
They wasted so much time, did a terrible job, left my house a mess and left their garbage. They were doing work in both bathrooms at the same time, tying them up for 6 HOURS! We (pregnant woman and several small children) had no use of our bathroom for 6 HOURS! They did not follow instructions and messed up the work order, took items that should not have been removed from the house that we wanted to keep from the project. They took too many cigarette breaks, did not have foot coverings readily available and when asked to put them on, did not remove them each time they left the house, hence, tracking all manner of dirt and debris into my house, which defeats the purpose of the foot coverings. One of the workers broke a bulb in my dining room and did not clean it up sufficiently.
I could seriously go on and on about the terrible work and issues we have had with this company, but I trust you get the idea.
I gave it one star because Yelp makes me give a star. I would prefer not to give any star at all.

I am a 66 year old woman living by myself in Seattle. My house is old and I discovered water in the basement. A friend recomended Hart Services. I call them and a tech came to diagnose the problem. His name was Josh. The problem was an old sewer line that was leaking. He told me it would be $4000-$8000 to fix depending how much needed replacing. Josh came the next day and replaced a section of pipe. The charge was over $4600. As he was at my house less than a day that seemed high. When I called the office to get an invoice that shows parts and labor they could not help me and said I would have to speak with Josh and they would have him call me. That was 5 days ago and no call. I feel that this is a case of a vulnerable Senior Citizen being taken advantage of. How can a bill be over $4600 for less that 8 hours work. Shame on you Harts/Josh!

I booked an appointment for electrical work over a week ago. They took the appointment, confirmed it and then today when they were supposed to be here I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment because I was outside of their service area. Seriously? They couldn't have known that when they accepted the work to begin with?
Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone anywhere. They are incompetent.

Called this contractor twice to fix a problem. They did not fix the issue but did refund my money for the second call they should not have billed me for in the first place. They bid over $400 for a 5 minute job with a $12 part (transformer) that would have been installed on a third visit. The root of the problem was a miswired thermostat both of their technicians looked at. My brother, who is a contractor in another state, helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem with a phone call I should have made in the first place.
PS - They also gave me a ridiculously overpriced bid on a new furnace. I passed.
