Wyatt was very quick, knowledgeable, and willing to take some time to educate me as a home-owner.  The price was right, and it only took a half hour, so he checked to make sure I didn't have anything else that needed to be done, since it's a one hour minimum.  I called him on a Saturday, and he was available so was there within the hour.  Great service!

Thank you, Paul Spinosa!  I was introduced to Paul last year when I needed an honest and reliable electrician for my clients.  He did an outstanding job, they were extremely happy with his work and service.  I have been using him ever since in my real estate business.  When my husband and I opened up our own business (Epic Donuts), we called upon Paul to assist us.  We continue to work with him for all our needs and couldn't have a better electrician upon whom to depend.  Just yesterday, we had an electrical emergency and Paul was there to correct the problem within the hour - right before a holiday weekend!  This man is outstanding and we proudly refer him. After calling 20 electric companies. This was the only company that could come out the same day. When the electrician arrived a couple of hours after I called him he addressed and fixed the broken floor plug outlet that was shorted and fixed the overhead light problem also. Great fast prompt and affordable service. Highly recommend.

Just had Live Wire Electric install a foyer chandelier and I am so happy. They were courteous, professional and super friendly. They were in and out under 1 hr. I'm so happy with their services! A++++

I had a 30 year old, old electric coil cooktop, that tripped a fuse and stopped working. I decided to upgrade to a new flat surface cooktop. The electrician came out, and installed the new one to perfection. I also had some trouble with the power in my garage that they helped me with. I have nothing bad to say - 5 stars all the way.

I had an issue with the wiring in my new house.  We had purchased a new Keurig Duo that we had plugged into a 20 amp circuit.  The Kuerig kept tripping the GFCI breaker in our box even though there was nothing else on that circuit.  I contacted Greg with Honesty Electrical Services and explained my problem.  He was not able to help in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic but he took the time to lead me to the solution on my own.  The fact that he took the time to walk me through the problem speaks to his character.  He wants to help and even if he can't in person.
He will do anything he can to resolve the issue.  I will be contacting them for all my electrical needs from here on out.  So glad I was able find Honesty Electrical Services and I encourage all of you to do the same.

I had a guy come out and fix a breaker panel.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job quickly.  Charged less than the competitors.  Highly recommend.

TLDR;

2. They are too busy to take on your work

Spent a week trying to get a reply back about a new construction going up in 6 months.  I was told they are too busy.

I called to make sure it was understood that it's half a year out.  I was then told they don't do new construction electrical work(the easiest money an electrician can make).  She reiterated they are busy and I reiterated it's half a year out.  I received a snide reply to that and she ended the call.

I don't appreciate that sort of conduct from a business.

Had a good experience the 1st time, but on the 2nd go 'round, left a VM and NEVER heard back. Business must be good....

These guys were great! I had trouble finding a company willing to change out a bathroom fan for me (too small of job for most, I guess). When I talked to Polarity Electric they said they'd be happy to do it. They showed up on time, with all the right parts and tools, changed out the fan, and cleaned up! Very good experience. Definitely recommend them!

We were looking for electrician to complete some work ASAP on our new house because there were drywall jobs depending on electric done first. Our handyman recommended to call Slava. He came out to see the project scope same day in the evening and they were able to start the next morning! The job was completed faster than we hoped. They went far and beyond to make all the accommodations, they even came back a few times to double-check on something. We were amazed on the top notch quality of the service and communications! Slava is always responsive, helpful and knowledgeable: just what we are looking for in any contractor! Will be definitely hiring and recommending them again!

Oh I didn't know I'm first to write here and happy to be the one. I want to thanks Ron hamer for doing such a grate job with our shower tile installation and the faucets loveee the work and the price.

I had a tight schedule and needed a light switch issue addressed.  I was able to schedule the next day and the owner, Cecil, came out.  The issue couldn't be resolved due to poor construction.  Cecil arrived on time, having called ahead.  He was pleasant and knowledgeable.  

Blessed charges one of the lowest service call fees too.

I was not happy with the service that Puget sound electric they left part of the ceiling hanging down and I feel they should've fixed it.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but my experience with Eugene was such a nightmare and I'm hoping I can steer others clear of the headache. In short, this man is a liar and a poor communicator.

I reached out to Eugene with a simple 40-min job installation. I was in his schedule about 5 times before I finally got him through the door. There was always an excuse, whether it be delays in a job the day before, oversleeping, or as serious as family medical emergencies. At first I believed the more serious excuses and tried to stay patient. When he finally arrived for the job about a week after the initial scheduling, he changed his story multiple times to avoid completing the simple job that day, clearly rushing to his next appointment in his signature overbooked schedule. When he promised his return the next day... another emergency. His car broke down. He sent a video and it seemed plausible, but his communication once again broke down, with no word for the rest of the day. When we finally rescheduled he said that his dry wall repair guy, Patrick Laulu (great guy, would refer), would do the follow-up job for free as a favor to Eugene. Supposedly Patrick's car had broken down that day, and now Eugene was giving him rides around town. As a thank you to Eugene, he was going to do my small job for free. I figured, great, Eugene realizes what a headache this has been and is trying to make it right. The next day, Eugene shows up, no Patrick. He claims that when he went to Patrick's house to pick him up for the day, Patrick never answered the front door (and that's why he was an hour late to the job). Eugene finally does the job and leaves. Patrick comes back later that day and half way through the job I find out that not only did Eugene make up the entire story of Patrick's car breaking down and Eugene swinging by his house earlier that day, he also has no knowledge of this supposed deal of free dry walling. Of course Eugene never picks up his phone when I call for an explanation, instead texting that he's at a family event and can only text. Then of course, Eugene never texts back.

This is not a good guy. Maybe he takes bigger jobs more seriously, but I'd never recommend him. There's gotta be electricians with better character. Good riddance.

Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink.  He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done.  We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

I used Varsity to change out some exterior light fixtures at my house.  NOt only did they do it quickly, and for a great price, but they showed up on time and were very personable.  Highly Recommended!

I'm hesitating with a 4; it could have been anything lower depending on the day. Worldview took over the contract for a job previously bid and started by another electrical contractor, which is run (I think?) by a friend of Worldview's owner; I could never get a straight answer, which was concerning. Nonetheless, they sent out a tech to install a new circuit, ground a pool light housing, and connect the circuit for said light. Before the tech arrived, another one and his crew showed up ostensibly to drop off the materials (they claimed they'd bought them, but only dropped off a spool of ground wire). When the tech arrived, he had no materials (wire, conduit, circuit breaker, junciont boxes, etc) and no vehicle to go buy them which could hold 10' conduit sticks, so I followed him to Home Depot with my vehicle to transport the 10' sticks of conduit. By now it's ~6:30pm.... I assisted the tech until 9pm, and even grabbed my fish tape to run the wires since he didn't have one! He came back the next day and we completed all the work together. I'm pretty handy and was glad to help, but there's no way this would have been done in 2 days if I hadn't.
To be clear, the tech isn't to blame here; he worked on our job 3-5 hours each day after already working 8 hours on another one each day. Kudos to him!
Worldview did shoot me a Home Depot gift card due to all the inconvenience described above, and I appreciate it. I hope they get more organized going forward and can succeed.

I can't recommend Alpha & Omega enough! I had a major rewiring job for my apartment building and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Michael, who was the project lead on-site, was responsive, thorough, kind, efficient and provided outstanding customer service. If I had a question or an issue, he went out of his way on several occasions to address it. Even my tenants commented how much they appreciated Michael and his team. Nathan, the owner, was very attentive, patient and collaborative with me in explaining the work and process. He was creative in working with me to come up with solutions that accommodated my timeframe and budget - very knowledgable and professional. They stuck with the initial estimates and when they encountered a snag in the building (and there were many!), they solved the problem without increasing the cost. Even the follow-up questions and requests I had for them after the job was done was met with an immediate response and resolution - on them. I will gladly use them again.
