Alpha & Omega Electric

I've been very happy with the work I've had done, installation of a shower fan and lighting. And I intend to have them do more projects in my home.

It's reassuring to find someone honest and fair, Nathan is a straight shooter and his team are first rate.

We hired Alpha and Omega to redo our electrical panel, update our electrical service, and install an electric car charger. It's been a positive experience. Paul has been the lead electrician for our project and he and his team have worked hard. We've had some glitches since the job was done (not their fault -- old house with old wiring) and they've been great about working with us to resolve the problems. I'd happily hire this company again.

The team took 3 months to give me a quote, I needed to follow up multiple times, and when they did it was 300 more than two of the other quotes I received. When I asked if maybe the quote was off, I received a short curt response.

The admin Julie was very kind an apologetic but seems like the owner is either clueless or trying to extort money from people who may not have multiple quotes.

Juan came out & did a fantastic job!!!! Was very nice, knowledgeable, & efficient. He was respectful, clean, & quiet. I definitely give them a 5/5 star review & highly recommend them. Thank you!

I had AOE install recessed lights as well as do electrical work for a kitchen renovation and they were fantastic. Their estimate was more affordable than other electricians I had requested a bid on. Furthermore, they were timely, professional, and did high quality work. Noah, Justin, and Richard did my electrical work and they were great to work with. Would highly recommend!

I called to have an estimate done for some work on my house. The wait time for someone to come out was several days, which was fine. The tech came out, looked around, asked me questions, took some pictures, and said it would be about a week before they sent in the bid - that's understandable, I figured they wanted to be thorough. The bid came in and it was lower than their competitors, so I called to schedule service. The person who answered was a little condescending and it seemed like I was bothering her by asking to get work set up. I'll send a message to the tech, she said and then hung up. I waited two business days for a response and then called their competitor, who had actually called me to schedule the work while I was waiting for Alpha and Omega's quote.

It's been more than a week and they still haven't called me back. I was thinking about going with them for some of the other work around the house, but probably won't. I like supporting small businesses (especially those around Everett), but it's hard to be confident in a company that won't follow through on basic things like setting up an appointment.

This company did electrical work in our home during a remodel. The work they did was fine. However, a bit later we needed an issue looked at. We called and spoke with Nathan. He refused to come and look at the problem and follow up on the work his people had done in our house. Unfortunately the general contractor had not made the last payment to him. Not only that, he threatened to sue us for this amount. Something he cannot do. We paid the general contractor and he knew that. A thoroughly unpleasant man and he will not stand behind the work he does. Very disappointing. One star.

One of my very favorite things about this company is their great communication.  Nathan Turner, the owner, has a strong ability to listen and respond, and to provide high quality work.  Something else I love about Nathan is his interest in the environment.  He regularly talks about the value of driving an electric car.  He also truly wants to help people be happy in their homes by installing sound systems.  Not only does his company do great work, they strive to provide a deeper impact for their customers.  Loyalty, gratitude and kindness are at the forefront of Alpha and Omega.  Thank you for your great service!

I've called and placed a request for a consult/estimate twice via phone and website. I have yet to get a reply and the work needed in my home has already been done by another company.  I don't want to judge a company's work simply on the inability to respond to a new customer, however, that's a poor sign for any business doing any sort of work. I wanted this to work based on friends who went through them, but somehow my multiple phone calls and emails did little to nothing on their end. Maybe look into a better way to interact with the people who actually need work done as opposed to vacant operators and hollow emails sent into the ether?

I am amazed with the level of quality and professionalism we received with A&O! We are very pleased with the work that was performed (total panel upgrade, new receptacle installs and replacements). Paul and Cody were super respectful and worked diligently and efficiently in order to make sure we were happy. They were even able to complete a few things I had added to the job. The only complaint I have is that initially getting them on the phone was challenging, but Nathan called me to explain the situation and apologized. After that, I accepted their bid and they came out immediately to do the job. We are currently remodeling and I already know we'll have them back to do more projects. In my opinion, the level of skill of Paul and Cody's work and just their simple good nature, especially for the price, can't be matched. You definitely won't regret calling A&O Electric!!!!

Communication is trash.

When I contacted Alpha & Omega (email, my preferred method for communicating), I had already had two different electricians examine my wiring issue. They both recommended the same basic fix. I emailed the fix to A&O & asked whether the job interested them.

The owner said it did. A woman sent me their rates, I agreed to them, so we scheduled an appointment.

The appointment, in hindsight, was absurd. The electrician arrived only to retrace steps (slowly). I figured he'd get to work... eventually.

Nope. At minute 90 or so, he tells me he's leaving for another job. OK, I ask, What next?

I'll submit the information and we'll send you an estimate, he says.

He leaves. What the hey? He shows up to do a 2-hour estimate for a specific job request?

I get the estimate the next day. It's a fair price. But then, two weeks later, I get a bill for the estimate: $600 for a service I didn't ASK for or NEED!

Asked for an explanation over email... nada.

Providing easy answers for obvious questions is not a complicated endeavor. Other electricians do it. Alpha and Omega has been around since the 1980s, and they still communicate like it's... well, the 80s!

Alpha and Omega just replaced all the wiring in my home (which is over 100 years old). They also added new outlets, replaced old light fixtures and added an overhead light in the entry way. I lived in the house as the worked around me.
I can not recommend them highly enough. They came early, stayed late and worked through lunch to complete the project on time. The kept me informed all along the way on how the project was progressing, what problems they found, and how they would fix them. They stressed electrical safety and adhering to safety standards. They cleaned up at the end of the day, and made sure I was left with the electricity I needed for that evening. They were experts, professionals and very pleasant people to have so intimately in my house for four days.

Great response when asking for an estimate.  Knowledgeable and pleasant young man came out to our home to get an idea of what we needed then left saying his boss would email the quote.  A week later I call the boss (Nathan) and he fumbles a bit making excuses for his tardiness with followup then promises me the quote within 24 hours.  Well, that was nearly two weeks ago and I still don't have their quote!  Must be nice to be so busy that you can blow off new business.  
Too many professionals out there to have to deal with jerks.

I used Alpha & Omega to install a new weather head and meter.
They showed up on time and were very efficiant.  They had all the work done and the power back on in no time.  I actually think the place was cleaner after they left than when they arrived.  I am definately going to be using them on my next electrical project

Nathan Turner is a highly skilled, dynamic and competent professional with 100% integrity, plus he's simply a nice guy to work with. I would trust him with any electrical installation job for my home or business.

I can't recommend Alpha & Omega enough! I had a major rewiring job for my apartment building and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Michael, who was the project lead on-site, was responsive, thorough, kind, efficient and provided outstanding customer service. If I had a question or an issue, he went out of his way on several occasions to address it. Even my tenants commented how much they appreciated Michael and his team. Nathan, the owner, was very attentive, patient and collaborative with me in explaining the work and process. He was creative in working with me to come up with solutions that accommodated my timeframe and budget - very knowledgable and professional. They stuck with the initial estimates and when they encountered a snag in the building (and there were many!), they solved the problem without increasing the cost. Even the follow-up questions and requests I had for them after the job was done was met with an immediate response and resolution - on them. I will gladly use them again.

They were good at first. Worked on our home electrical systems. Could have communicated better but still had good service. But then their communication went downhill. They were irresponsible. I'd look elsewhere for electrical work.

I have known about Alpha and Omega Electric for about 10 plus years and have had the opportunity to refer them to friends and business associates.  Six years ago when I purchased my home on Capitol Hill I was concerned about the knob and tube wiring my home had.  Nathan and his team came in and inspected the wiring, repaired the hazardous wiring and made some other small repairs.  His team was neat, respectful of my home and got the job done on time.  I continue to refer Nathan and his company and know they do great work.

These guys did a panel change out for me. Great job reasonably priced. The tech was a super great guy and conscientious. I would use them again at my rentals in the Everett area.

Outstanding!  I screwed up replacing a light fixture and wanted to make sure that the sparks and smoke hadn't damaged the wiring in the ceiling.  Paul arrived at our house in less than an hour and finished the job in less than 20 minutes.  New fixture installed and all of our questions answered.  I will call these guys again.  Friendly, professional, and fast!

Nathan is now my go to electrician.  He does honest work for a very reasonable price.  He's helped me out a few times and I highly recommend his services.
