I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

I've worked with this company for years on my rental house and their top notch.  Today my furnace went out and my home warranty company couldn't find anyone for a week... I call WA Energy and they were able to come out the next morning even though they've never been to this property.  They're also have great customer service on the phone.

This company was able to fit me into their schedule almost immediately. They not only responded quickly to our initial request for a quote, they were also the only ones to follow up, answer our questions, and make an appointment for us. He understood my budget and my requirements and he also made sure that I got a good date for installation because I told him I had family visiting. The crew that came for installation was very polite, friendly and explained everything to us in detail. They left the job site clean, were on time and worked efficiently within the allocated time. As expected, our furnace took a siesta and decided it wasn't going to top 67 degrees in our house since we had a little bit of a cold spell outside.  This is by no means freezing outside, but I was a little concerned since this is just the beginning of the cold weather.  I called Black Hills Thursday afternoon and they came right out Friday morning on time and was able to repair the problem quickly and reasonably priced.  The service tech was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Thank you

$400 to push the Reset button on a GCFI Outlet and 15 min of work! Our renters called Beacon when the refrigerator and microwave stopped working. They tried resetting all of the breakers, but that didn't fix it, so they called Beacon. The technician showed up, did a diagnostic on the panel and then found that a GCFI Outlet had tripped, so he pushed the reset button.
I am a rental property owner and deal with contractors all the time. This is a crazy price to charge a customer to push a reset button on an outlet. The renters are new to the house and didn't see the reset button. The contractors I deal with would have laughed it off and just charged the travel fee, which is reasonable.
I called Beacon's customer service and was met with a very hostile man who said I am not the customer so I don't have a right to complain. It's true I wasn't at the house and didn't authorize the work, but I am the one stuck paying the bill, and I believe this is an unfair price. You judge for yourself. As for me, I will never use Beacon.

Prior to the installation the representative that came to my house was great.  He explained everything to me.  Not only that but he did not try to sell me a more expensive unit then the one I needed for my small house.

At installation the guys showed up with masks and were polite and considerate.  They even made a needed adjustment to my heating system.  The supervisor came by to check the progress and suggest a change which I appreciated.  

It was an excellent experience.  Good service and good people. It is 90 degrees out right now and I am cool and comfortable!

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested.  He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.

Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work!  Love my new lighting and bath!  Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

I have nothing but rave reviews for Black Lion. Everyone I worked with to get my central AC installed was extremely helpful, professional, and honest.

Todd came out for the initial quote and was great at identifying exactly what we needed and what we didn't. He really pushed for an additional return air vent to be added to the upstairs level which has made all the difference. We didn't have one originally, so there would have been at least a 5 degree difference between the floors. Definitely worth it, and so glad Todd identified that as a problem.

Our installation team Joey and JJ were a dynamic duo and worked tirelessly getting everything installed to our liking. The duct work was a labor of love, so their efforts were greatly appreciated. They were extremely polite in our household and my puppy misses Joey's pets!

After the initial installation we noticed a weird noise coming from the fan so we called the service line and Parker was quick to identify the problem and fix it with ease.

I would recommend Black Lion to anyone and will definitely be using them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future!
