Best Air Duct Cleaning in Seattle WA

Initially had Joe's Plumbing come out for an emergency leak under the kitchen sink. We don't recall the technician's name but he did a great job. Today had a non-emergency replacement of our hot water heater by Ryan. We are very pleased with Joe's Plumbing for their timeliness, punctuality, cleanliness, pricing, etc. Glad our son found them on Yelp!

Ally was quick to respond to our downed furnace. The technician was courteous and respectful of our home and offered great advice. He had our heating back up in no time.

We are very happy customers. When we replace or update our heating  we'll be calling Ally Heating and Air Conditioning.

SeaTown Electric is an example of excellent cratsmanship and have earned my endorsement. We asked them for an estimate to upgrade the aluminum wiring in our 1970's home and Brandon gave the most inclusive evaluation and fair price. He is very professional and the electrical upgrades he recommended to meet the current electrical codes were exactly right.

Their electricians installed a new and much imroved breaker panel with arc fault breakers and grounding wire, and upgraded the aluminum wiring with AlumiConn connectors to prevent wiring failure at outlets and switches. Each of the electricians was polite, professional and hard working. Our home's electrical system is now protected in several ways and giving us a much safer living environment.

My family and I just moved to the Tacoma area and bought a new condo where the water heater started leaking two days after we moved in.  One of my colleagues recommended Joe, who came and checked it out in record time.  On that same day, the water heater was removed and a new one installed.  I felt he gave me choices and was upfront with the price.  Even though, it was hard for us to to have another big expense after moving in, Joe made the whole process smooth and professional.  Thank you!

Just a little over two hours from discovery of a waterfall in our basement to complete repair and water service back on. All of this after hours. Top-notch customer service. $158 emergency after hours call fee, plus repair cost. Hot shower and clean dishes here we come.

Jake called before and arrived on time. Was very knowledgeable and courteous. Provided me with insight on how things work. Expedient yet still allowed time to verify operability under water pressure.

We bought our house and didn't see how it handled heavy rain until this weekend. Our downspouts started to overflow and couldn't handle it, leading us to believe we had a clog. My one regret working with Beacon Plumbing is not calling them as SOON as the problem started instead of being out in the pouring rain thinking we could solve it ourselves. If you're about to go out in the pouring rain right now and disperse buckets of water around your yard from your overflowing downspout - please, just call Beacon.

We called up around 12:30pm and had Gato & Esther at our house within an hour. We thought it would be days or weeks until we could get our problem solved, but they were coming THAT day. They were friendly, efficient, communicative, and helped us understand what exactly the problem was and how they solved it. We had a massive root growing - which they showed us, super cool but annoying, and also a ton of sand and materials we suspect from previous work on the house. The root probably stopped the materials and created the build-up. BOOM! Everything solved just like that. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. THANK YOU GATO & ESTHER, SO MUCH! We are excited about the rain again! Next time we have an issue you can fix - we're calling you!

I highly recommend Resicon for three reasons: cheaper than other companies, good quality, and great customer service. Airconditioning installation took about six weeks including my research for the best deal on yelp. The final installation price was lower among three companies. Also, I am very pleased with the communication via emails, phone calls, and texts. Craig had responded right away and was available for the estimation in-person next business day vs. other companies 2-3 weeks.
I am very satisfied with the result. My family get well rested nights and we don't have to worry about hot weather.

They called me an hour into the three hour window to tell me the technician would not be coming because they were stuck at a job from earlier in the morning. Since they already knew it was taking longer it would have been nice to be given some sort of heads up, since I made arrangements to leave work early.

Called this contractor twice to fix a problem. They did not fix the issue but did refund my money for the second call they should not have billed me for in the first place. They bid over $400 for a 5 minute job with a $12 part (transformer) that would have been installed on a third visit. The root of the problem was a miswired thermostat both of their technicians looked at.  My brother, who is a contractor in another state, helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem with a phone call I should have made in the first place.  

PS - They also gave me a ridiculously overpriced bid on a new furnace. I passed.
