Fuse has been highly responsive and provided great service following our furnace going out late last year. Kostas was able to quickly identify the issue, replace our motherboard and fix two other installation issues from before we purchase our home. Subsequent to the installation, we discovered another wiring issue (not caused by Fuse) which was fixed by Kostas.

2 months later the furnace stopped working again! Kostas was there the same day I called to diagnose and replace a failed ignitor. System is back up and running!

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Calling in for service was very professional and gave me an appointment quickly! Our service technician Wally was on time! Very polite and professional. Also very knowledgeable! The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had an electrical issue with a dryer. Norman and his crew quickly assessed that the breaker for the outlet was bad and replaced it right away at a great price. Would recommend their service to others in the area.

Fuse did an amazing job replacing our HVAC at our condo. We called a couple of places before and they wouldn't work on it due to the model. Also, the other bids were much higher.

They were very prompt in coming out to inspect and they answered all of our questions. The job took a whole day to complete. They ran and tested it before they left and sent me the final invoice.

I am super happy with their service and already have recommended it to my condo complex.

I definitely recommend the Ye Olde Handyman. He has a lot of knowledge about so many things when it come to the repairs you need. I first used Ye Olde Handyman to install electrical for my new hot tub. Ye Olde Handyman has also taken care of the repairs of rotted roof along with the removal of the chimney. Now that the roof is patched any chimney gone time to have him tear out the fire place and patch the floor.

We called Divine Electric after our neighbours' 5 star experience with them. Another local electric company failed to solve our Wi-Fi ceiling lights issue. Nathan, who came to assess our situation, was fantastic. He offered options and explained them, suggested we get a surge protector and provided an estimate based on our decisions. We loved that DE estimates include all materials, time, etc and will be adhered to. The two electricians who came to do the work were on time and walked us through what they did. Overall, an outstanding experience!

Ryan recently completed a drain clog job at my home. He was professional, arrived on time, and fixed the problem. He could easily have recommended the more expensive repair option. However, he first tried out a solution he recommended, which worked. I would have paid for the more expensive option but Ryan avoided recommending a more expensive solution (at double the cost) that would have taken about the same amount of time.

Jose & Co-worker were both very polite, professional & experienced.  They completed the Job of wiring & installing a dedicated circuit & receptical on my rear deck.  It required that one of them go under the house to run the power to the back while the other worked on the panel from the garage.  Everything was tidy & clean when they left!   GREAT JOB and two very nice guys!  Hank

One of the tenants in my in-law's rental property was complaining that the dryer Yevgeny helped me install wasn't working. I called him and he immediately came out to check out the dryer to make sure it was operating correctly.

After inspecting and checking the calibration of the dryer, he found that the dryer is working to manufacture's specifications and immediately let me know. So now I can go back to the tenant and tell them that the dryer is operating correctly.

When I asked Yevgeny to send me the bill, he said not to worry as his goal was to make sure that the unit was operating correctly!  What a pleasant surprise!  He was my go-to electrician, but with service like that - there is no need to look for anyone else.

They record your calls. They don't even work for me yet and they're already treating me like a freakin' FBI suspect.  

I sent them a picture of the problem but supposedly they couldn't see it because they claimed they didn't have access to their own yelp account!

Wanted me to identify what kind of fittings I had.  How am I supposed to know? I'm not a plumber and that's why I sent a detailed and labelled picture.  

I asked them to send the picture to the plumbers so they would know?  No, supposedly they don't have the capability of sending pictures to a plumber's phone!!!!

Oh and they would charge me to even bid on the work.  

Too many red flags. Hard pass.

Very good company, got my water dispenser and ice maker to work again. Also checked out the refrigerator in the garage- time to get rid of it and checked out my heater.

We have searched many HVAC business and what we wanted, including the big box stores.  Out of several requests for bids, Bellows responded quickly to our requested time, the others were too busy to give us a bid, but one. The other bid was to say the least outrageous. Add for this add for that.
Carl came out and measured showed us his recommendations, and all inclusive installed bid, which was over half of the prior bid.
We signed on the spot.
Scheduling was a breeze, they actually came earlier to start, and finished under time.
The crew that came out, Michael, Nick, Steven, Sal were tops, they all introduced themselves, were open and communicative, and explained the process, neat and tidy, drops clothes, vacuumed every night.
This crew actually used a level and square when installing new registers.  No eye balling!
I would recommend Bellows for all needs in the house, call them first and avoid the anguish.
