I had a few calls last week with the Voltz administrative person (Keisha I think) about what electrical work I wanted, getting an estimate and to finalize scheduling.  She was always pleasant to deal with and prompt about returning calls.  

Based on the pricing, it made sense for me to purchase some of the components in advance, but Voltz would have been happy to supply the components if I didn't feel comfortable doing that.

Reuben and his assistant came out today to troubleshoot an external outlet and replace two internal light switches with modern dimmers.

They were running a short amount of time behind schedule, but called to tell me about it during their arrival window, so it was no big deal and I was happy with their communication.

Upon arrival we talked briefly about what I wanted accomplished and showed where everything was. Rueben and his assistant were quick and professional, and clearly knew what they were doing.  They divided up the work and made sure everything was properly tested.  They were happy to answer the miscellaneous questions I had and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in place before leaving.  The final bill was a bit under the estimate, and there was never any attempt at up-selling.

I would definitely recommend Voltz.

They were an extremely good experience. Handled everything, constantly communicated, and always on time and stuck to what they said they would do.

The work was also very clean.

Very professional, which is something you don't see a lot of anymore with contractors.

They were slightly more expensive than alternatives, but I would pay it again in the future, because the experience was hassle free and pleasant.

So far so good, I love the way they communicate.  If the email is not clear enough to define your project, they will call you right away putting you in touch with a Licensed Electrician who can talk Amp, Volts, kWatt, etc, if you know what I mean, and if this type of words does not make sense to you then they will explain in details that you can understand.  Better yet they will try to schedule a next  day free on site estimate.  Even on Saturday!

Wow! That was a superb service! Who else will reply to your message at almost 10pm Saturday morning and came and fix your appliance next day at Sanday? Everything were done super professional. I've never experienced such a great service for a long time here in the valley.

We hired Mike for replacing 1970s electrical panel to a new one. Mike and his team came out within a day we called, gave very reasonable quote. He did all of this work with permits, co-ordinated with PGE and city of Sunnyvale, punctual and very professional with his work. I will highly recommend him and his team for any electrical work.

Purchased chargepoint for my EV on amazon and scheduled an appointment through amazon. Mike showed up on time and started working on it very quickly. Mike finished everything in 3 hours which was estimated as 8 hours while I google the job online. He did a super fantastic job to layout the wires and plug. Way better than what I expected! I also asked him to check a problem for my kitchen lights and provide a quote. The price he gave me was unbeatable. Definitely have him come back for all electricity issues i have from now on. Highly recommend!

Ric is awesome!  I wanted to buy a used hot tub and have him do the electrical connection.  He came over to my house free of charge to check out where I wanted to put the tub, and where my electrical feed was.  He told me what kind of hot tub to look for on Craigslist that would minimize the cost of the electrical connection.  Once the tub arrived, he prioritized my job in such a way that I would have the tub up and running for house guests who were arriving later that evening.  I will definitely use him again for electrical work and strongly recommend him!

I started project in yelp, and Mr. Chen reached out to very soon. And we made appointment on next day morning with a small window(9 to 9:30). He showed up on time at 9. Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

I shopped five different electricians and I am so happy I hired Jason and his team. In one hour they happily took down three chandeliers and replaced with two vintage ones. They are cheerful, have a can do attitude, and fast working. Thank you Jason

The issue was not resolved, but it certainly was for not a lack of trying.  Jonathan on the phone is great and a please to speak with.  I am giving 5 stars because the thing we needed to find (a transformer) was buried deep somewhere in the house.  However, the tech did provide workarounds and an alternative to make things right which is very much appreciated.  

They arrived on time.  Provided a text when the technician was on the way, and the tech was very courteous while at my home.

It is always a crap shoot if you are going to get good service, etc.  I am glad Five or Free met expectations.

We contacted Fuse shortly after we moved into our new house and found that the AC was out of service.  The technician showed up promptly during the scheduled window and checked out the issue.  We received a clear diagnosis and estimate (as well as helpful tips on how to order replacement furnace filters ... which wasn't part of the service call but very useful for us as new home owners). Later, we booked service.  Communication was clear and polite.  The same technician promptly communicated his arrival time (a slight delay from his previous job, but still well within the quoted time window).  The repairs were done within the estimated time, and for the quoted rate.  While inside, the technician kept his mask up and booties on.  Although we haven't hit the hot season yet, I am glad we got Fuse to repair the AC when we did and would not hesitate to recommend them.
