Jason was great! I called him late Tuesday evening as my bathroom lights were out. I expected that he would not be able to come for a couple of days, but he said he could fit me in early Wednesday, the next morning, before his first scheduled appointment. He arrived on time and quickly solved the problem as well as upgrading two other bathroom sockets to GFCI outlets. I definitely will use him again on any electrical issue.

I doubt these guys are the least expensive alternative but they did quality work in a timely manner.  They were professional and courteous.

My job was a simple addition of an outlet for a TV mounting.  For complete disclosure, I gotta doc one star because I did not get a call back within a business day, but once we connected, we were able to schedule quickly.  I would work with them again.

Reach out to Minh about installing a bathroom fan.  I was concerned with availability since other folks didn't respond right away.  Minh respond on the same day and within a weeks time, he and his helper came and did the job.  Very professional.  Used a cloth rug from the front door to the bathroom and very conscious about the cleanup.  Since my fan was over the tub, he spent extra effort by going with me to Home Depot to get a gfi switch to satisfy code.  Really great guy who has been in the Bay Area for a number of years.  I would call up Minh for any future electrical work!

Simply Amazing! We had our main panel upgraded to 200 amps. Roger sent a quote after I  sent pictures of my old panel. Very reasonable quote and he scheduled PG&E and city permit as well. We had to wait for a couple of weeks for the appointment. Roger kept me informed through the process. On the day of the job he and his helper showed up @8. They were done by 2pm including PG&E main line cutoff and reconnection and city permit. There was an issue with one of my palm trees in the backyard brushing against the main line. PG&E guy wanted some of the branches to be removed before reconnecting the main line. We tried to call a few gardeners and tree removal companies to help, but none were available. Roger came to our rescue - he and his friend got on the ladder and cut down the branches that were problematic. They went above and beyond to help us. They are an awesone team. For any and all of my electrical needs, it will always be Roger and his team.

We hired him to install new exterior lights for the garage and front porch. He was on time for the quote and helped me select the correct light for the garage to achieve a clean and seamless exterior look.

Day of install he and his team checked in multiple times throughout the process to ensure I was clear on everything being done, why, and to ensure I was happy with how everything was mounted and installed.

I contacted Electrica for a quote to install a 240V power outlet so compare with a quote for another electrician. I was very impressed with their response time. They requested some extra information and provided me with a quote right away, without having to come and see my place. Note only was their quote lower than the first electrician I contacted, they were also available to do the work much sooner.

The day of the install, the electrician showed up on time and did solid work. Everything looks great and works as expected. They were also careful to match exactly the specification I needed for my appliance. They had also given me a estimated completion time and they completed the work within this timeframe.

I definitely recommend Electrica and would use again. Very professional and friendly.

I had a need to re-locate power outlet, to accommodate built-in fridge. Dan came over on Saturday and did an excellent job.  Would recommend his services.

Jim Fan was professional. He gave me a quote by phone and initially said that he would be here 3 days later. When I told him that it was urgent because my fridge could not operate without the necessary work, he agreed to come out between 5 and 6 pm in the evening. He called and said that he would here by 5:45 pm. At 5:45 pm, he rang my door bell.

He checked everything and fixed the outlet in about 10 minutes. He made sure everything was fine before he left.

The switch to our garbage disposal stopped working suddenly (though the garbage disposal itself worked fine). They determined that the breaker had gone bad and replaced everything within 20 minutes.

We purchased a house in July and had a ton of contractors come in and do work. David was one of the best contractors we worked with.

He installed recessed lighting in two living rooms, our kitchen, and three bedrooms. He was on time, finished all the work when he said he was going to, and didn't complain about all the other contractors working in the house at the same time. He took lots of time to walk us through how everything was going to work, and even put stickers on the ceiling so we could see where all the lights were going to go. Everything working exactly as described, no call backs.

Later on we had him install some additional outlets in the kitchen. He was able to do the work quickly before work on the backsplash started. Again, no issues.

We recently had him install an outdoor outlet for christmas lights. Once we saw it installed we were not happy about the placement we had originally agreed on, so David moved it to the other side of the house for no additional charge.

Alex came out diagnosed the dryer issue quickly and repaired it.  Very happy with the service and office scheduling.  Will be using Fuse HVAC for future washer/ dryer servicing needs!

I contacted Velo Electric for a quote on the installation of a 240V outlet for EV charging. Carlos quickly replied and asked for a photo of my electric panel to provide an accurate quote. Carlos provided a very reasonable quote so I accepted and he came a few days later to do the job. Carlos was professional and answered all questions I had before installation. I'll definitely use his service again for my future electrical projects.

While relocating to Mountain View, we needed an additional electrical outlet installed in our new home.  After calling several electricians, I decided to work with Courtesy Electric because of their responsiveness, scheduling flexibility, and knowledge.

When I spoke with Mike on the phone about the project, he asked important questions, like how we intended to use the outlet (for a computer printer).  Other electricians probably would have just completed the installation without first understanding the requirements.  Mike gave good advice about the wiring and placement of the outlet, offering cost-saving suggestions while ensuring the end result would meet our needs.

Courtesy Electric arrived on time and completed the work quickly and correctly.  After the outlet was installed, the electrician helped move the printer to the space we wanted to use it and encouraged me to test it before he left to ensure everything was working correctly.  He even took time to point out an unusual GFCI configuration in our house, helping save us potential consternation and another service call in the future.  (By the way, there were no additional charges for the time kindly spent on these steps, since the work was charged at a fixed amount, not based on time and materials.)

Since that first project went so well, we invited Courtesy Electric back to install a NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet to use for charging an electric vehicle.  Our new house was supposedly pre-wired for this purpose, but really there was just a hole covered by a plate marked car charger without a single wire behind it.  Despite that project taking more work than anticipated, Mike gladly completed the wiring for the original price he quoted.  The new outlet looks nice and works great.

From both these projects, it is obvious that Courtesy Electric has very high standards for workmanship, with everything completed neatly, professionally, and safely.
