My husband and I purchased our first home and we wanted to make some personal touches. I was unhappy with the light fixtures the previous owners had installed, one of which did not work properly. I wanted a reliable company, so I decided to research electricians on the internet. I really liked the customer testimonials, so after careful consideration we chose Voltz Electric. Their website was user-friendly and scheduling an appointment was incredibly simple. I just entered my contact info in and a representative returned my call within minutes. Talk about fast service!

I decided to schedule an appointment and received a free safety inspection. The electricians arrived on time and were very courteous. I am extremely thankful for the free safety inspection because upon the inspection they found a short in my malfunctioning light fixture. Not only did they save the day, but also I absolutely LOVE my new panels, fans, and light fixtures. Overall, I would have to say Voltz Electric is a dependable company and my experience with them was delightful. I will definitely be using them in the future and will refer them to my colleagues, family, and friends. With Voltz Electric, you positively get what you pay for!

This review is for honesty and putting customer above profits.
I wanted to install as fast EV charger in the garage. As I posted pictures and solicited quotes for work , I got a range from $400 to $950 after contractors did  tours of my home.
Then Jason came along. Just like everyone he saw the 240V plug in my garage and immediately suggested that instead of installing a faster charger I should get a Gen 2 NEMA Adapters 14-50 Amps and that would only cost me $45 on the Tesla website. The plug is rated for 40 Amps.
Now that is honesty. Genuine customer first approach.

Happy to report that I got the adapted and now my car charges at 20 miles / hr

These guys are awesome.  A friend recommended Willow Glen Electric after having them install a dryer circuit to charge an electric car, so I followed suit when moving to an Electric car myself.  The service could not have been better.  They guided me on uploading a few pictures of my garage and I had an estimate in hand in a couple hours. They were out and had the circuit installed a few days later having done a great job to keep the wall work to a minimum and near invisible.  To my surprise,  this was done well ahead of taking possession of the car.  They also worked directly with the city to file the necessary permit and met the city inspector when they came out.  A hearty recommendation all the way around!

Yes, Simply Electric is just that! Minh and his assistant were prompt, efficient, and left no trace after the job was done. They installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet below my electrical panel in about an hour. Their price are very competitive and Minh was prompt to message me. Other electricians I reached out to didn't respond or were slow to get back to me. Plus, Minh was available whereas others I would have to book one, two weeks out.

Julio was fantastic. Quick to respond, and helped walk me through some troubleshooting to avoid having someone out in the first place. Turned out I needed help, at which point he fit me into a busy schedule and got the work done in short order. Best electrician experience I have had by far. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest...and every other superlative.

I had a very pleasant experience with Roger and would highly recommend Roger. Roger came on time and very well equipped in hardware, with a team of 2. He installed 2 half dozens wall outlets and recessed lights. He and his team was working at a very quick pace, did a stellar job, and cleaned up behind them (vacuuming). I would highly recommend Roger.

I was doing renovations on my Victorian and I tried to replace a switch for a fan/light/heater. The wiring in this house is very old & funky & long story short, I did not trust my limited wiring skills.  Duke came over and gave me a reasonable quote & was able to switch it out right away.  He's knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.  He also wore a mask. We just had California Power & Light Corp add an extension for the electric source we'll need for our expected fireplace insert. The response time to get our estimate was quick and all of our questions were patiently answered. They arrived to our home as arranged and made this modification a breeze for us. Keep their number handy for when you need a solid recommendation.

I paid Nadav Adary almost $8,000 and paid all my invoices on time.  After the job, he completely stopped taking our questions, calls, emails, never getting back to us whatsoever!!!

Why would you do that to a good paying customer?  WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR WARRANTY?  BEFORE WE HIRED NADAV, HE STATED HE WARRANTIES ALL HIS WORK. This is a complete lie! You can't just take a customer's money and never follow up on simple questions, concerns, and issues.  

STAY AWAY! Nadav is nowhere to be found after you pay him. I'd give negative stars if I could.

I was looking to replace a TT-30 outlet in our garage with a 14-50 to plug in an EV. Nick responded to my query within minutes, and was able to come and take a look, diagnose the problem with the old outlet, give me options, and complete the job that afternoon. He was much more responsive than other electricians I had consulted for the same work on Yelp.

He came in time and got the job done perfectly.

Jim is fantastic. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for stopping by and getting my circuit breaker repaired, instead he walked me through it on the phone and did it all for free. I am super impressed with his honesty and customer service. I have now found an electrician who I will definitely go back to for all my other electrical needs.

I had an electrical issue on a Saturday. After calling several electricians, I found this company. They came out quickly and resolved the electrical problem. I was very relieved that I didn't have to wait until Monday for an electrician to come out. I would have been without heat/AC which wouldn't have been ideal if there were any weather extremes. I am happy that they fixed the issue promptly.

We are so grateful to have found JR Electric! They are responsive, personable, professional and did great work for a reasonable price. One evening we smelled a terrible burning smell and then the lights and fans in both bathrooms went out mysteriously without tripping the breaker. After doing a little investigating ourselves we called another electrician who came by the next day. He told us that he couldn't find the problem and suggested that we just replace the wiring to the bathrooms and cut off the old wiring. He left promising to text a quote for the work. When the quote didn't arrive by the next afternoon (it still hasn't arrived) we called JR, desperate to have the problem properly diagnosed, for safety reasons, and fixed. They were doing work in the area so Sergio was able to come by within the hour. He told us that they would start investigating and keep looking until they found the problem. He called in help and got started right away, at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They had the problem diagnosed, fixed and were on their way by 7:45. We slept well assured that we wouldn't have wires burning up in our attic over the weekend.

Just had my furnace and a new AC condenser unit installed at my house by Fuse.  Ivan & Peter did a fantastic job, very neat, clean and professional install.  They were very detailed and made sure everything was done right.  I'm very impressed with their work ethic.  Highly recommended.

Caio is very professional. From the initial meeting, he came on time and very thorough. I made contact with another electrician on the same day because that person responded faster in the beginning. Unfortunately it was a mistake. The other guy did not check the panel like Caio did. Caio even went outside to look at the meter to make sure the power supply can sustain what we need. When it came to providing estimate and time frame, Caio provided clear communication in writing. No hidden cost, no hidden agenda such as no invoice then small discount after ridiculous quote.

Caio came on time on the day of project. He got the work done as described. He kept the area cleaned and he cleaned up the mess that caused by project. I cannot say enough good thing about Caio but he is now my go-to-person whenever I have electrical needs for the house.

Jack did the recessed lighting and various electrical work on our house. He was extremely responsive and responsible. Within a week of reaching out, he was able to coach me for a list of things to prepare for and come out with his crew on time in the morning to get the work done. He did a great job and went above and beyond, even helping install an outdoor power outlet receptacle when his crew took longer than expected. Jack responded instantly to any questions and gave us a competitive price. I can't think of any other electrician to come back to when I have any electrical work that needs to be done.

Mike was amazing. After less than satisfactory experiences with some other electricians, working with Mike was a breath of fresh air.
I need to do a main panel replacement (200A) at our house with a permit, plus a couple of smaller items around the house. Mike came by and gave a free estimate (very uncommon from my experience). His estimate was reasonable.  Through the job, Mike showed excellent  communication skills. He showed up on time and honored the estimate though there were some complications that needed more time to resolve.
The inspector needed some additional work but Mike went ahead and did them though this work was not in the estimate he gave.
All said and done, I couldn't ask for a more positive experience and will be working with Mike for all future electrical needs.

Words cannot express how happy we are with the phenomenal service and results we received from General Electric Services (Edwin and Hormus). We recently moved to San Jose and spent about two weeks trying to find the perfect electrician for the job. We came across GES and scheduled an appointment; they arrived early and were able to give us a quote and schedule our appointment for installation within 30 minutes! We had recessed lights, recessed outlets, smart switches, ceiling fans and a chandelier installed. They were very very professional, clean, friendly and courteous. We truly had a 5 star experience!
