Best Lighting Installation in San Jose CA

Needed 4 Ceiling fans installed and mounted. Went through Yelp for contractors and finally picked Voltz Electric and called them yesterday. They sent in Ruben and Evan to do the job.

Based on the review here I was expecting to be very impressed with their work. But I wasn't prepared to be blown away. They took care of every single detail, including running new cables, drilling the ceiling for the mount.

After mounting one of the fans, they noticed the blades weren't aligned properly (manufacturer fault). So proceeded to open up the fan, fix the alignment on the blade mounting plate so that the fan wouldn't wobble..

After everything was done did a complete cleanup of the house. Highly recommend Ruben and Evan. Very efficient team, very professional and they absolutely do not  hesitate to go well beyond what's needed to do A+ job.

We recently ordered an indoor sauna / steam room and needed to run a new 30A hard wire from the main panel directly to the heater in an upstairs location. Julio identified a very clean path for the metal conduit inside the garage, and then used flex directly from the wall to the heater for minimal visual distraction.

He and his crew were professional, friendly, and also very importantly great at communication and response times. We received an on-site quote right away and were able to schedule the actual work very shortly thereafter.

A friend referred Formosa Electric to us and we are glad we took their referral.  From July through September of 2018, Roger, Jim and Gary did the following for us:

1. installed 28 recess lights

2. upgraded sub-panel and main-panel, and scheduled inspection with city inspector for the job

3. installed new power outlets

4. torn down a storage room in garage and rerouted outlets

5. Roger shared awesome pictures of his handsome sons (Priceless!)

The team did quality work in a timely manner.  They are professional, patient, and most importantly, honest.  When thing didn't work out as originally planned, they responded and resolved quickly.  Their pricing is also reasonable.

Duke's company did almost all the electrical in my house. They installed my hallway lights, dining room lights, kitchen light, recessed lighting in the bedrooms, living room and family room. They also suggested ceiling flush mount speakers for our surround sound. They also installed a charger for our electric car and ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room. I will call Duke whenever I need any electric work, he's the best.

I worked with Henry who was very responsive to my inquiry and came over for an estimate. He was so honest and extremely knowledgeable with his recommendations. Henry and his team helped change my electrical panel, took care of all the city permit and coordinated the inspection. Everything was so efficient and done very quickly thanks to his team who did an amazing job. I'm so happy we went with California Power & Light and would most definitely recommend Henry!

Amazingly fast and quality work!  After another electrician had stopped responding to me (I think because it wasn't a completely obvious job), I randomly reached out to Adary one morning, and the job was done before we had to leave for lunch.  It required Steve to crawl through the attic and drill/cut the appropriate holes.  Very much appreciated his help!

I was looking for a electrician to install an 240V outlet for EV charging and Electrica seemed at first to be a good one for the job, but I was disappointed after just a couple of message exchange. First, the quote for the job was pretty high compared to others, almost 2x of the lowest quote, but that's not the only problem. When I asked if the price was negotiable, the guy joked how about $650 (instead of $575). I was taken aback by his arrogance and lack of professionalism. I am not sure why he did that. Was he not serious about his job? Was he under influence when he replied to my message? I mean he can give me any quote he wants but it must be in a professional way to gain people's trust. Obviously his behavior was a big NO for me, so I selected another electrician for the job.

I needed a transfer switch installed. I received three bids on Yelp, but the team at Electric Heroes was by far the quickest to respond and meet with me to discuss the job. Installation was a breeze for the electrician. The best part is they worked with my schedule--totally flexible. Anna schedules her team, but is also responsible for the billing. It was very convenient to review the contract over DocuSign. This company is up to date using E-commerce to transact. All in all, I highly recommend them and will be bringing them back for more work in the future.

After several unreturned calls from other electricians, I headed to Yelp to look for someone reliable.  I found that reliable electrician in Dan. He returned my message within the hour and I was on his schedule in a day.  He is knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonably priced.  He came to fix two outlets, but helped us with much more.  He will be our electrician in the future.  I highly recommend him.

Really awesome service by Jim. He suggested a potential remedy over messenger free of charge. I had resolved my issue on my own before, but for future electrical needs, I'll definitely give their business an opportunity.

I reached out to Edwin (owner) at Fast Handy Electric for emergency electric work.  He was very responded immediately.  He told me it would be $200 for any work.  I had many things which needed repair.  He arrived at my home right away and did all repairs.  In addition, he said he would return the following week to help me with an electric pump for my water fountain.  He said he would order the part and return to install at no charge!!!  My husband had been looking for a speciality light bulb and couldn't find it anywhere.  Edwin said he knew where to find it.  Thank you Edwin for going above and beyond.    If you need an electrician call Edwin!!  I am so grateful and thankful we found him.    Can I give ten stars ??? A million thanks!

These guys do a great job! They are honest and fair when it comes to the work to which can't be said for other companies. David and Sergio we're able to troubleshoot my issue even though it wasn't a straight forward job. I'd definitely use these guys again.

Jack took his time and found the problem i had which was a shorted circuit in the house. Very good price and he was responsive. Highly recommend!

Here is the update.
Carlos called me and explained the reason(family emergency at that time). He showed up and provided a makeup for free. He treats business seriously and is very responsible. I will recommend him for future jobs.

Mike arrived promptly at our scheduled time and was professional.  Super knowledgeable as he suggested a better way of wiring the fan than I had laid out.  I had additional questions and emailed him with a ciruit box wiring question and he promptly replied via phone.
