I spoke with Matt on the phone about what i wanted done which were to troubleshoot a non-functioning dryer outlet and installing 1 recessed light over our shower in the second bathroom.  He was upfront about what to expect and even gave his best estimate over the phone.  I agreed and setup an appointment.

On the day of, Evan, Matt's technician, came on time and immediately went to work.  He worked quickly and cleaned up everything very well as if he was never there.  The installation done in the bathroom was just as I asked and the dryer now works.

Overall, my experience was great without any complaints.  I actually want them to come back in the future to replace our CB box.  I would also recommend them to my friends and family.

Jason was very knowledgeable and patiently explained our electrical issue. He really cares about his work and is very honest. He places costumer satisfaction, and quality of job ahead of profit. I had a small project - the fuse box was blowing each time I used my dryer. I called 4 different electricians (all top rated on yelp) and Willow Glen Electric was the only that called me back - well one other took my call but let me know they were very busy and the soonest they could help me out was in a week.  Willow Glen Electric called me back within an hour and scheduled someone to come out the next day.  He came just after our appointment window but they did call to let me know he was running late.  He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciate local vendors who are willing to take on small projects - because when a big project comes along they are who I will call first!

Very professional and on time. Had a weird arc fault trip and they diagnosed it and corrected it. Henry loves to fix things and you can tell he loves what he does and wants to correct your problem. It was a kick to see him try to figure things out. Very methodical. You have a problem, just call these guys.

The electrician showed up on time, with a mask and aware of safety precautions. Took time to assess the multiple small problems that we had around the house and fixed them perfectly. In fact, fixed one of our electric heating vent, by identifying a basic rese(super crucial); other electricians has suggested major parts replacement, etc. Payment was electronically processed. 5 star service!

Fast, professional, and they actually returned my calls! We needed to get a couple ceiling fans installed, one in each bedroom. I thought 6 weeks would be enough time, but I wasn't having any luck getting any electricians to call me back. I used the Yelp feature where it will reach out for me. Electric Heroes was one of the fastest to contact me. I sent them photos got a quote and Alex was out within the quoted time to do the works. He was so fast, professional and polite. I needed to add a line for my kitchen. Jim asked me some questions over the phone and gave me a competitive quote. Later I had some more questions and he answered them via text. I really appreciate all the explanations he provided. Once we scheduled the appointment, Jim and team were courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly.

My parents needed a new exhaust fan installation in their downstairs bathroom and I am SO glad I came across fast handy electric! They were able to drop by the same day for a free quote and installed the day after! The install was a laborious one but these guys tackled it down with ease. I had 15 recessed lights and 5 closet lights to have installed. I got bids for 5 electricians here on yelp. David was straight forward from the start. He provided his written bid on the spot, no going back to the office to work the numbers.

David's price was half the other electricians on yelp. He offers to help me save more money by having me buy the lights at Home Depot. He offered, at no charge, to meet me at the store and guide me.

At every step David was on time and kind. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. He was kind and gentle to my family, always professional.

I could not be present during all the work, David, without me having to ask, kept me updated, sending photos of the progress. Who does that! I was so impressed with the constant, clear communication!

The quality of work was perfect. No wall damage, everything measured and placed with laser precision.

When David and his assistant were cutting the holes in the ceiling for the recessed lights, they not only took the care to lay down plastic across the entire floor, but they also held a box under the hole to capture the debris, there was never any mess. I could actually be comfortable whole they worked, no hacking in drywall dust.

I will hire David again, from the first phone call to him driving off in his clean van. I know I paid the best price and got the best service.

Throughout the entire process, the FUSE team were professional, courteous, responsive, and practiced COVID safety protocols. They left me with an overall impression that the company is made up of hard-working individuals who practice that no-fuss, get it done mentality!

Estimation process was quick and their bid came at a fair price based on what was being quoted for a furnace and AC unit installation.

Ivan performed the work and he was putting in 9+ hrs over a couple of days to get it done. From the get go, Ivan provided me with an expectation of what was going to be done and how long it would take to be done. First day he was shooting to get the furnace up so we could have heat, but he wasn't able to finish in time. This was perfectly fine because he was providing me status updates every time I went out to see how things were going. I definitely appreciated the communication and could see he was putting in his best effort. One night he stayed longer than expected, and I didn't want him spending the evening working on our project so he offered to come back on the weekend, which I know would be in between other projects. Told him that was fine, but he ended up coming back sooner than expected and wrapped everything up without issue.

Also ended up getting the permits on the AC installation done with the city. Matt helped us through the entire process. He was in constant communication and provided assistance on what would need to be done to get the permitting process complete. Day of inspection, he came out early to double check our system and made sure we had the proper paperwork for the inspector. We passed without a hitch. Inspector commented that it was rare to see a representative from the installation company out with the homeowner during the inspection process. It gave me an added vote of confidence that I made the right decision in picking the FUSE team!

Kyle was able to come quickly and identify the issue. He was thorough and patient in explaining what was seen and great at helping us understand what to look out for and options for the future if it happened again.  Really appreciated his help and kindness.

Jack was the only person on Yelp, who agreed to get me out of trouble with a mess another contractor created. Hepled fix all the issues (basically redid project completely) and worked with San Jose Permit office to get everything properly inspected. Super fast in communication, always notified me upfront about next steps. We'd be lost without him. Highly recommend!

We hired Velo Electric to properly finish a previous electrician's work that didn't pass inspection for various reasons. We also had Carlos add an outlet for a ceiling fan, plus a new outlet in a bathroom. The work was all completed in a timely manner and on budget. When I went back later to hang that ceiling fan I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail in his electrical work. Everything was done properly, even the tiny / hidden items that most customers might never notice.

Mike is such a nice, generous guy who genuinely seems to enjoy helping people. We exchanged many Yelp messages and a phone call on a Sunday regarding an electrical issue that I was very worried about. Without receiving a dime for his time and expertise, and with great sensitivity to trying to spare us an expensive repair visit, Mike continued to communicate with us, answer our questions, and suggest helpful tips because his schedule was packed and he couldn't fit us in. We ended up having to go with a different provider, as we wanted an earlier appointment, but we're grateful to Mike for going out of his way to try and help us.
