Businesses like Pacific Coast Home are why homeowners are turning to YouTube on how to fix problems. They quote you with an $89 service call that can be applied and send technicians to open some covers and use a tool to test for power going through outlets and checking your main/sub panels. They have a multi level diagnostics test which your $89 service call can be waved but since they couldn't detect anything with their tier 1diagnostic , tier 2 will cost $797. What they do find in tier 2 is probably what any electrician will find out in a fraction of the time for a fraction of cost.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Norman saved the day! I was attempting to change a lock, which was supposed to be an easy job. Of course, it wasn't. I removed the back panel while the latch was in locked position. I ended up locking myself from the inside. I called a locksmith who quoted ridiculously high. I decided to try a handyman and phoned Norman who picked up right away. He thankfully was in the area and arrived within minutes. He unlocked the door easily. Not only did he get the job done but what really impressed me was his response time and honesty. Overall great experience.

Our mini-split heater stopped working, and Fuse came out quickly. They told me the whole system needed replacing. I was skeptical, but a second opinion confirmed that not only was Fuse being honest, but that the second team could not beat the quote to replace it that Fuse had given us. We subsequently hired Fuse to replace the whole system. They came out quickly, did the job incredibly well, including identifying and fixing issues with the previous installation, and we are now very happy with our newer and much more efficient mini-split heating and cooling systems. Thanks, Fuse! We will be using them again in the future.

Dave showed up on time, wore a mask while he worked, cleaned up at the end of the day, and charged within the range he had originally quoted. He completed a range of carpentry projects --rehanging a closet door, replacing a doorknob with a door lever, cutting plywood shelves for cupboards, and installing a bracket over the cripple wall and the house foundation -- and did all of them well and efficiently. I've already booked him for a second round of repairs because the first round went so smoothly. Thanks to the Nextdoor neighbor who recommended him. I recommend him as well.

We asked Ryan to help us with air gap installation. It turned out to be tricky because of the existing kitchen sink. Ryan did a thorough job, which included going to home depot to get parts that were needed. However, our dishwasher was still not functioning. Ryan had to open up the garbage disposal to realize that there was plastic plug preventing water from draining. We are thankful to Ryan for going beyond his assigned task to get the job done.

I was so disappointed with Bellows. I had a problem with my furnace where the blower wasn't coming on. They came out to fix it the first time and it lasted a day. They came out again and put in a new thermostat it lasted an hour. I called him to come out again and they told me I needed to replace my system. They refused to come out again unless I wanted to replace my system. My furnace is only six years old. It's pretty obvious there's a short in my system and it just needs to be found but Bellows wasn't going to do the work. And they charged me a tremendous amount of money including paying $300 for their year-long service which was a total waste.
