I scheduled a AC and furnace maintenance service with Fuse HVAC for the winter . I had the service schedule right away . The technician Luri showed up on time and followed the covid guidelines with mask and shoe covers .  He inspected two of our AC and tested all the air outlet temperature. He's very professional and suggested we should install a prevent water pan leak device to avoid the leaking from the AC units.  The next day we received the quote from Fuse and they scheduled the next visit for the installation.  Thank you Luri for his service and will call Fuse for our other household electricity or AC services.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

Norman is amazing. My 5 year old disposer stopped working and I had thought I needed to get it replaced. So I ordered all of the parts and had a plumber come out and assess. That plumber, from a well known local company, quoted me the most ridiculous price for what would likely amount to be a 30 min job for him. Luckily, a friend mentioned Norman to me a few weeks ago- she was happy with his work so I reached out to her for his info. I am so glad I connected with him! Norman walked me through some troubleshooting to help me diagnose the issue with my disposer. He was amazing. He methodically explained every step to me one by one- it was detailed explanation almost like he was standing right next to me. Together, we were able to figure out what was happening with the disposer and he was effective in his communication that as a rookie first timer, I was able to safely ensure power to the disposer, nothing was stuck in the disposer, unlock the disposer, get the disposer to work and then testing to make sure everything else down the line is clear and not leaking. WAYYYY better service than any plumber ever in my book. And even better? I offered to pay for his time and Norman declined. He was just happy that I got everything to work!!! Amazing. I will for sure be using Norman's services again without hesitation.

I normally do not like to provide reviews but for this time with my HVAC system insulation, I do want to say something since they did an excellent job. We need to replace our existing heat only system to add A/C support. We contacted several companies and finally landed with Fuse Service. Roby came on site first, explained all different options for the project and gave us honest estimates. Roby answered every single question we asked, even when he was in a long haul driving he answered (texted me) my question as soon as he could, even it was a really late of the day.

When project started, Garry, installation expert, came in on time and started working as schedule. Garry then examined our house and decided we might not need the return vent, which further saved us the cost. Garry and his assistant worked very hard in the 3 days installation, and get the project done on time. My house now has the A/C (project completed last Saturday June 25) which works as expected. We will wait till it cools down to test the heat function.

Fuse also participating the BayRen program, and they are now helping to apply the rebate from Bay Ren, which not every HAVC company can do.

All in all, very pleasant experience to work with these guys. The most important thing I want to mention is that they are every honest and provide the best options for your needs. I am considering to upgrade my water heater with them next.

Dave was very responsive to my request for someone to update a small bathroom.  Everything but the shower was replaced, including the flooring, paint, vanity, etc.  This is an older home and remodels can be tricky when floors are not level, etc.  Dave has the experience to know how to handle unexpected issues.  I will hire Dave again for our next project.

Thanks to Joseph for being super helpful and patient and quickly diagnosing and fixing our electrical issues--a loose ground wire, loose circuit breaker wires, and malfunctioning outlets. Five stars to Joseph and Divine!

Rayan did wonderful job with ceiling fan replacement. He was very patient and professional. it's was high ceiling replacement not easy

Eric and his assistant did an excellent job! Eric answered my call the first time I tried, and came out the same day. He was able to quickly analyze the issue and gave me a quote on the spot. He disconnected the dangerous work another service left incomplete, and after he left I noticed some of my lights didn't work. When I texted Eric about it, he can right back to my house... even at 7PM! The repair work was scheduled a few days later, and was done thoroughly at a great price. I will call E&J first now with all my Electrical and Plumbing jobs.

I hired Yevgeny to redo the shower. The space could not fit a shower pan so Yevgeny did a custom shower pan. The first phase was done and he had the city inspector come in and did a shower pan test. Pass with no problems.

I wanted to have a rain shower so he re-did the pipes to make that happen for me. He is so awesome because he would take pictures of the work before cover it all up.

The shower pan tiles are so nicely done with a perfect slope for the water to run to the drain. I uploaded the picture of my shower.

He did such a great job and since he does also electrical work, I had run new electrical wiring for the bathroom and changed my electrical panel.

Everything looks great. Now I have to think what my next project should be.

We reached out to replace our smoke detectors (reaching end of life, annoyingly sounding off periodically).  They scheduled us for the very next morning, and Richard showed up right in his designated time slot. He was courteous and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the situation quickly, and had replaced the whole system in no time. He was so good that we asked him to fix another electrical problem we were having with a light switch (which he also did quickly and efficiently).  Strongly recommend.  Thanks Richard.

Max made it clear I was in good hands right away, coming out in the evening on short notice and identifying the issues with my HVAC after a thorough inspection, talking me through along the way. Came back the next morning and fixed everything, talking me through the options as he cleaned/replaced parts. No upsell, no bull, just options. Would highly recommend his services to all!

I just had Jeremy, the technician from Bellows plumbing come to my home. Professional, prompt, great communicator, loves dogs, I have four, crawled under my house and looked at my system. Jeremie found two wires that were being shredded by the fan because the previous poor installation from another heating and air company that installed my furnace as last year. He wasn't even there to look at my system or repair anything, he was there to talk about a dehumidifier installation. As a courtesy he repaired the situation so my system will not stop when we needed it the most. He never charged me for the service call. And was happy to show me some other features that Bellows plumbing offers including their awesome app that shows you a picture of the technician that's coming to your home, a little bio aboutThem and some of the things they like to do in their spare time.
