Our furnace stopped working on Jan 1, 2020 (what a way to start the year). Of the four electricians, only Jason responded to my request.

He came on his off day (New Year's Day). He carefully diagnosed and fixed our problems (melted neutral wire at two places), found the root cause (both circuits were on same phase of power, he swapped circuit breakers to be on different phases). He talked me through the whole diagnosis and repair process.

Considering it was New Year's Day morning, I was afraid I would be charged an arm and a leg, but Jason's price was reasonable. We now have heat for the new year!  Thanks, Jason. I'll be calling you back if there's any problems at our home.

Duke is an honest electrician who does good work. He installed an EV charger for me and handled all the permitting and licensing. After talking to several electricians, I decided to go with Duke Electric, and I am so glad I did. The price was fair, the communication was exceptional, and the work was excellent - what more can you ask for? As a bonus, Duke is very personable! I'll definitely hire him in the future for other electrical needs!

I had the Adary team install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage to charge our new EV. When I first reached out, they quickly scheduled an estimate visit via Zoom meeting which was really efficient. I thought their price was fair, and their estimate process was much more thorough than the other two electricians I contacted. One provided a low-ball estimate that clearly didn't understand the scope of work or include permitting. The other said I needed to replace my entire panel and wanted nearly $10k.

They got the permitting process done quickly, and were able to schedule our installation the very next week after the permit was approved. The workers were on-time, very professional and friendly. The quality of installation was excellent.

They accommodated my schedule for the city inspection, and Nadav came out to meet the inspector and walk her through everything.

It was a fantastic experience, and I'll be using Adary for all future electrical projects.

Found Dan on yelp and decided to give him a call to install a 240 outlet in my garage to charge my EV. Dan is very professional and his prices are very reasonable. Dan is very knowledgeable and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule. He even came on a Sunday morning to work on my job. If you need an electrician, I would highly recommend Dan for all your electrical needs.

We recently upgraded our 25 year old gas heat/electric AC to a new electric heat pump.  Our estimator, Frank, was very helpful and answered our many questions quickly and in detail.  The installers, Garry and Max, were prompt, friendly, and professional.  So far we are very happy with our new system and are glad we chose FUSE.

Jack took his time and found the problem i had which was a shorted circuit in the house. Very good price and he was responsive. Highly recommend!

Carlos did awesome job installing a plug for an electric fireplace, as well as replacing malfunctioning dryer plugs.

We hired Mike for replacing 1970s electrical panel to a new one. Mike and his team came out within a day we called, gave very reasonable quote. He did all of this work with permits, co-ordinated with PGE and city of Sunnyvale, punctual and very professional with his work. I will highly recommend him and his team for any electrical work.

Great service by James M.! He came to us the same evening of my call after a very large tree fell on our main power line and house. James was extremely kind and helpful and worked directly with the city utilities until our main line was fully tested and quickly reconnected. He understands problems and the city permit hurdles and goes out of his way to help his customers. I highly recommend James, he has great knowledge and also knows how to deal with the utilities and customers, overall great customer service. Pricing was very competitive for a same day emergency service.

I needed to get 2 regular outlet installed, one 220v outlet installed for car charging, 2 floodlight installation. Brayan and his team got the work done for me. They did a good quality work. Really glad I found a reliable and professional electrician in TD West.  They were very prompt on my inquiries to install a 220V line in my garage for my EV charger.  Dinh came by for a site visit and gave me a competitive bid. Within one business day his technician came out and performed the task that was needed.  He also cleaned up and was respectful of the items in the garage.  Definitely would reach out again for any future needs.

Time to do a review for something I've been putting off for awhile....Figure while shelter-in-place it was a good time to get an inspection on my electrical, add some outlets and finally, get things up to code.

Decided on Alley Electric as my sister had used them upon referral from her neighbors. They all had a great experience (and of course, after checking Yelp!) knew i wouldn't need to worry.

1st visit: ESTIMATE
Wesley, the owner came over to give me an estimate: additional outlets, new LED lighting for the garage, and to correct some questionable switches/outlets. Arrived as promised, answered my questions, mentioned he would email the estimate and was out in 30mins. Estimate emailed, scheduled an appointment and agreed upon a date which was simple.

2nd visit: REQUESTED ITEMS
Chris came out to do the work along with Wilson his assistant ...both arrived when promised, efficient, friendly and started the all day job of installing outlets, replacing the garage fixtures, checked all outlets (to ensure they were grounded), did an inspection and made recommendations. Chris was extremely helpful and approachable with answering any questions.

3rd visit: FIXING RECOMMENDED ITEMS
This was for work that was recommended...not an inexpensive job but definitely items that needed to be done for peace of mind and to bring items up-to-code. This was another all day job with 3 people working this day...Chris lead this effort along with Wilson and Jordan to assist...all were very professional, and efficient.

Overall, happy that I used Alley Electric to do the job as coordinating and getting clarification on items (via email) was fairly easy. Down the road there may be a 4th visit of upgrading the panel in the garage but that can wait...I can't vouch if they were the most competitive in pricing but mainly went with them as they were highly recommended and the great reviews on Yelp! ;)

Note: Unfortunately, a small hole (size of a dime) was made by mistake on my wood floor which they patched...fortunately, it's along the wall and not too noticeable...mistakes do happen and appreciate they pointed it out vs trying to hide it.

I'm glad that I found Raphael to fix an emergency electrical problem. I called Raphael for help with a burning smell on an electrical outlet. He provided a reasonable quote and came in on the same day. I initially pointed him to an outlet with no fault; he meticulously investigated the issue and quickly identify the root cause and proposed a solution that has minimal damage to our property and low cost. I highly recommend Raphael to anyone looking for electricians.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

He was attentive to our requests, he is very professional and answered all our queries. We went back-n-forth a few times over materials but he was very patient with all our requests. I highly recommend him for any handyman work.

Grover Electric has provided service to my home in Danville a number of times. Rick's professionalism is evidenced not only by his quick phone response and timely scheduling, quality work at a fair price, but also by his kind and thoughtful manner. My landscape lights had failed during the recent power outages ,and so I called Rick who promptly addressed the problem - which turned out to be the GFCI outlet by the pool equipment.  The landscape lights are now on and everything is working as designed!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They provided a window from 9-11am and texted me a confirmation. Waited around for two hours and called when they hadn't arrived. They told me my appointment was scheduled from 11-1pm. After I told them I had a text saying otherwise, they apologized and said it was rescheduled to 11-1pm because the technician was finishing up another job but no one bothered to call me. Seems pretty basic...if you're going to change an appointment, it's common sense to let the client know.  If they are this unprofessional when trying to gain business, what will they be like when they actually have the job? Luckily for me, I won't find out...there are too many other reliable electricians out there that will actually appreciate the business. I guess my job was too insignificant for them.
