Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. I had a simple issue (changing light switch) where I started the job, realized that I wasn't sure how to finish, and decided to call someone to do it instead.  I felt sheepish that I couldn't even do a simple job like this, but Chuck made me feel at ease and explained what was going on.  He was friendly, professional, and completely met my expectations.  He's worked in the tech industry and I appreciated the real-time email invoice.

Fred recaulked a leaky window and fixed a wobbly ceiling fan. He was responsive, knowledgeable. punctual and did a great job!

Called them for a relatively big job moving outside panel... they have minimum $80 charge to come and give you an estimate? seems unreasonable.

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

Norman did the replacement of my guest bathroom faucets and shower-head. I took couple of quotes but Norman's was the best (not the cheapest) in terms of explaining what he would do and what issues we might run into plus how he will go about handling them. On top of that he agreed to look into my other bathroom's leaking shower-head free of cost (who does that in current times). He ordered the parts at the best possible price for me and kept me apprised on their delivery schedule. He also worked around my schedule to get it installed.

Norman is a true professional, is very responsive on mails and will suggest the best possible options for the issue at hand. Norman is my go to Handyman for anything now!

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

Our front door had cracked (split) in two, and needed to be replaced.  Since it was the front door, the work needed to be performed in a timely fashion.  We contacted Dave, and he had time in his schedule on the same day.
The new pre-hung door was put up within two hours (including shims and leveling, and the door latch).  The next morning, the trims we're out up.  The pictures show how professional and how nice the work was.  The experience was first class.

We noticed a soft spot/ bubble in the ceiling of our condo last week. We scheduled out a few days than we had hoped, but it was worth the wait!

Jeff kept us in the loop about what time he would arrive. He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He wore shoe covers while inspecting our issue. He was able to locate the possible source of the leak and did a fantastic job explaining the next steps. On top of addressing the leak, he did a thorough inspection of all other plumbing equipment/ hardware. He gave us recommendations, which we are going to take him up on some.

Jeff also gave us several quotes and options. He was professional and didn't push any services on us. We feel like we are in good hands with Divine Electric and Plumbing and are lookin forward to getting the work done soon.

Very happy with Ryans service. He wad able to correct a problem with a recently installed bathroom fan.  He also repaired some drawer slides that were not working. Ryan caulked and filed nail holes in the baseboard in our newly refinished bathroom!

I called yesterday at around 3 pm have had ongoing problems for over a year. They isolated where the trouble is and what is needed to correct the problem. They were honest, professional, and are now dealing with the person responsible for correcting it. Yevgeny is fantastic, I'm very glad we found him. Some highlights from our first experience:

We had an electrical emergency (dangerous fluctuation from a damaged PG&E line, tripped breakers, fried outlets, smoke smells in the house). I called him at 8:45am and he showed up in less than an hour -- impressive.

He diagnosed the problem quickly, and advised us on how to properly tell PG&E so they knew the nature and urgency of the situation.

He found a couple other safety issues with our aging, questionably-wired house, and suggested a range of possible solutions **with the intention of helping us save money.**

After PG&E replaced the line, he came back and repaired the blown GFI outlets - and produced one of the most detailed invoices I've ever seen, including photos of his work in progress and damaged or questionable fixtures.

So for his responsiveness, thoroughness, being an advisor and advocate (rather than just a vendor), professionalism in general, and just being a really nice guy to deal with, we highly recommend General SF.

I requested quotes on yelp. I received an immediate response from the office to book. They could fit me in the same afternoon. I received a text with name and picture of my technician who was friendly and on time. Richard fixed my plug and made sure the other plugs worked as well. Great service.

This company did a remodel to a bathroom -they were very conscientious & professional, & did painstaking work. They may not be a fancy remodel service per se -I imagine they're equally good.

I had some issues with a cracked ceiling that developed sometime after -it may not have been related to the remodel (if anything the building is old & there may have been some resettling after the work was done, perhaps). But Larry agreed to repair it as a warranty protection. One of his crew members (Steven) came out & completely fixed it -again, helpful & conscientious. This is a high quality service.

We recently had FUSE Service INC. replace our existing furnace with a brand new heat pump system. Vlad was our service advisor who provided us a couple of options for us to choose from, went over the differences between the options, and also told us about rebates and programs we qualified for.

Installers were very knowledgeable and took great care doing the install. They were able to complete a 3 day job in 2 days so we can have the new heat pump in time for the recent frigid weather.

FUSE Service INC. customer service has been top notch. We have received prompt responses and services, so I feel reassured about our project with the 10 year warranty that was offered.

Our AC stopped cooling, and Bellows sent out Mike this morning to take a look. The company confirmed by text first that he was on his way, then Mike himself phoned with a more specific arrival time (within the estimated window). He was professional and thorough. He discovered that our immediate problem was loose wiring, and he quickly fixed that. Suggested some short term work to make the current unit more stable/efficient, as well as some longer term recommendations for a new unit and redesign of ductwork (the original build left something to be desired in that area). All in all, great service, knowledgeable and professional. We'll definitely use Bellows and request Mike in the future.
