I called Pacific Coast Home Services at 11:30 PM. I attempted to install my own Nest and ran into the problem of no power to the blue C wire. Luis Martinez came out in the middle of this heat wave, we went 2 nights without air. Luis was so professional and kind, he walked me through every step of Pacific Coast Home Services processes. He went above and beyond  for his level of respect and courtesy. He wore his mask, and booties. Luis took pics for future work and maintenance possibly needed. He explained every picture in detail and the process behind it. We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

I was looking for a handyman to replace my kitchen faucet because it was leaking underneath the sink.  Nick from Ye Olde Handyman responded quickly and was able to squeeze me into his schedule.  Nick has excellent communication regarding what was needed before, during and after the job.  He is extremely knowledgeable and shares his expertise and opinions freely which I greatly appreciated.  He did a great job on my kitchen faucet and will be returning to tackle another job in my kitchen.  I highly recommend Nick if you need any type of handyman service.

Dave was awesome in fixing and restoring rotted wood under our kitchen sink. He took the time to make sure he rooted all the issues. He went above and beyond and was very thorough.

Harris and Carlos did a fantastic job running ethernet cables through our crawlspace to give us hard-wired internet accessible from multiple rooms.  They really went above and beyond recommending equipment and helping us get this project done.  Our estimator Rob was also a great resource.  Excellent service all around!

I reached out to Ryan over yelp to assist with a broken outlet. He responded quickly that same day.
When he came to inspect my service request I wasn't sure of the issue with my power outlet, but he did a good job diagnosing the true issue.
In the end he remounted a power outlet under my sink, which enabled the use of our Dishwasher.
I felt he gave quick, reliable service, and I would definitely use him again!

Jose from E&J valley Services was responsive and gave me a fair quote. He and his associates did an excellent job installing new lighting fixtures outside my garage. Job looks great and I will definitely recommend them and use them again for other projects.

I called and he was over in 30 minutes! He was in and out so quickly and even offered to fix my front door lock for free. Hopefully I won't need another plumber in a pinch for a while, but if I do I will be using him!

*update* I needed my kitchen sink to my unclogged. He stayed for a few hours to make sure my sink would be working properly. The best and only plumber I will use! Always very reliable and helpful! One hundred Stars!

Absolutely a nightmare. They scammed me to replace my current outdoor LEDs with super expensive lighting that had a lot of features. None worked. This happened a year before pandemic. Struggled to get them to fix it. Never did and still haven't.

They moved things around to be able to address our problem same day (within the hour in fact) and took care of it promptly, courteously, and kindly. Will definitely be calling them again for any work around the house that I can't tackle myself.

Max came out to our house on short notice, was very nice and thoroughly went through our a/c system to find out what was wrong. He did not rush the diagnostic,  presented a few options to fix our issues and told us he'd be providing different estimates depending on our budget and what route we want to take. We appreciated him taking his time to do a thorough check and giving honest answers to our questions. The fee for the check was also reasonable. Thank you Max.

I don't know what to say. I am an electrical contractor in the San Jose area. I do a lot of recessed lighting.
Today I made a mistake by nicking a copper pipe with a 5ft drill bit. I was in full panic mode as water from the second story lines were now dumping water on the first floor ceiling and hardwood floors.
I called John Gibson, an old friend from school. He heard the panic in my voice and said I'm on it Mike I can't do it, but will get someone out there ASAP.
15 min later a guy showed up from Bellows. He saw my error and quickly fixed the issue that I had made.
Then he gave me a bill that didn't add up. Most emergency jobs are in the $400-$600 zone and they cut me a break. I would have been happy paying the higher price due to the desperation I was in. The man's name was Gene. I thanked him and called and texted John back and told them that they had saved me today. I still have drywall to contend with, but the issue I had caused was fixed.
Now they could have charged me anything and that would have been fine and expected. They didn't. They were not only fair, they were polite, kind, understanding and fast. Everything I needed today. As a licensed contractor myself, I am not in the trades to just do a job and run. I try and build relationships with my clients and partners within the people whom I trust and work with and for. Today that was tested on my client because I made an error. A bad error I normally don't make. Bellows saved not only me today but my reputation and my relationship with my client, which means more to me now than it did when I received the contract for the job.
Thank you guys. You have no idea what you did for me today. Professionally and personally. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would.
