Duke did outstanding work wiring my home, primarily for ethernet and phone. He went above and beyond to do the job right, not just the minimum required. He took extra time and care when fixing a short in my doorbell to avoid opening the walls. I highly recommend Duke.

Despite some communication issues while initially setting up the appointment, Fuse reached out and resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I now have a newly installed bath fan up and running. The technician was courteous and got the job done quickly. Thank you.

I contacted Caio to help me install a 240v outlet and a Chargepoint Homeflex Charger. We scheduled a virtual call for estimate and talked through various options. My situation was tricky because I was out of spots on the subpanel and the other estimates I received required a whole panel upgrade or installation of another subpanel. He was open and honest with what worked and what was recommended with Safety in mind. Ultimately, came up with solution that was both efficient and cost effective. After figuring out the best option, he gave me a very fair price and scheduled an appointment for the install. On the day of, he was right on time and finished the job in just a couple hours with high quality. He also cleaned up and made sure all the labels were correct and everything was working properly. On top of all this, Caio was very personable, easy to speak with and a stand up guy! Great experience working with Caio and will definitely call him again for all my electrical needs. Highly recommend him.

I give Acero Electric a 5 star for timeliness, great service, and quality work. I found Acero Electric on Yelp, and after talking to Richard over the phone, he told me he can come by within an hour or two. Other companies I talked to either won't be available for a few days or not available at all.
He showed up about 1 hour later and got to work right away. He showed me how to reset the circuit breaker which I wasn't able to.  He told me to do it a few times until it sticks. He replaced the faulty GFCI with a new one which I already bought. As he was doing his job, he explained to me how GFCIs work. I found him very thoughtful and also friendly.
He tested all the plugs in the line that is under control of the GFCI, and even showed me how to test a few.
At the end, he gave me a discount because I already had the part ready, and because it was quite straightforward to him (not to me.) I really appreciate that. This is extremely rare!

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

Jeff (Chuck's brother-in-law) helped me to install my curtain rods, and did an amazing job!

Fred's Handyman Service is fantastic. Fred setup a ring outdoor camera, wall mounted a TV and did some electrical work for me. I just gave him directions on what I wanted and then he went to work and took care of everything.

He gave me a precise quote on the cost before starting the work which was helpful. For his quality of work, his prices are very reasonable.

He also gave me great recommendations on what made sense to and what didn't, which was very helpful.

What I liked most about him was how punctual he was. He set up an appointment for a specific date/time and arrived exactly at that time and got everything done. It was a pleasure working with him. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Responded to request for electrical repair quickly and was able to schedule the next day. Though he arrived a bit later than anticipated, he explained his previous job took a bit longer than planned. I had a 220 volt circuit added and a couple of breakers changed. I thought they did a good job. I could tell they cared about their work . The company is responive in communication, courteous and didnt mind that I was hovering around while they did their work.. I would use them again.

We had several electrical outlets that lost power. Anthony came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a reasonable estimate for repair. He was able to finish the job about an hour after he came out. Thanks again

Dan was great putting my mind at ease, I was having electrical issues and I sent him a video late on Sunday night and told me to shut off the breakers that were making the scary noises and came out here the very next day to solve the problem at a fair price! Highly recommend Charles Electric.

Miro was exceptionally kind during a very difficult time. He came the same day I called - on a Saturday, in middle of the pandemic! He fixed my problem in just a few minutes. I will definitely use BV Electric again if I experience any further issues.

GLugo Electric did a fantastic job installing recessed lighting in our new home!! Initially had a referral to a recessed light installer but he was booked out. So instead I jumped onto yelp and reached out to several electricians. Some responded and others didn't. GLugo Electric responded quickly asking for best available times for an assessment. Gustavo (owner) came out and we discussed where the recessed lighting would go (master bedroom and family room).  For the family room it's on the first floor and doesn't have attic access. So it was going to be a bit tricky to get the recessed lighting installed in that room. Gustavo explained how he was going to do the install and I was pretty comfortable with his approach. He gave me a rough estimate for the install on the spot.  I was curious so I asked what would it cost to do the other bedrooms upstairs(3) and the main hallway. He gave a rough estimate as well. I told him we are expecting our second kid in the next month and would like to have this done soon.  He said he had availability and would send me a formal quote that evening. He text me later that afternoon asking about size and light temp for the lights. At that moment I told him I chatted with my wife and we would like to have all the rooms done. Since the newborn would be coming soon we didn't want to the burden of doing another install. He said that wouldn't be a problem. He said it would probably take 3 days at most. Gustavo sent me the formal quote and it was very reasonable. He said he could start the job next Monday(it was Wed) and I agreed. Overall the install went smoothly. It only took two days instead of the three which was great. The lights look fantastic and best of all we don't have to worry about doing the installation with a newborn and toddler. Thanks Gustavo!! Def going use GLugo again!

We remodeled our bathroom. Juan and his team installed recessed lights and an exhaust fan. They are professional and cleaned up after the job.  He guarantees his work and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him.

This person farmed out my request for Electrician help to some other random person he supposedly works with. That person responded, confirmed an appointment with me to provide an estimate and then cancelled the day of to work on something else more time sensitive. He mentioned he would be in contact to reschedule and then never reached out.

I had to reach out to him 5 days later only for him to respond he was no longer interested as he's out of town. Is it too much to expect professional and proactive communication? I can't recommend working with these people based on this experience.

Mikhail was punctual, very cordial, friendly, and he took the time to answer all of the questions I had during the quoting stage and first visit. Once he came back to install my Tesla wall connector, he did an amazing job, kept the work space clean, and again took the time to explain any last minute things I needed to know before we went our separate ways. I highly recommend obtaining Mikhail for any of the services that Fuse HVAC & Electrical provide. Easy 5 stars!

This review is long overdue.  I reached out to Fuse last year in December to get a quote on system installation at my mother house in Milpitas.
Estimator Mike came out and did a 30 min analysis of the existing system and proposed instead of replacing for the single zone to install 2 zones for each level of the house those fixing the different temperature issue that we struggled for a decade.
To be honest the price at first was higher than 2 other companies I invited. And I wasnt sure if paying 2k extra on the 30k system was worth it. After some back and worth we got free thermostat and some manager's $500 discount and them being Mitsubishi Diamond Elite installers (if anyone cares?) sealed the deal.
Then crazy heavy rains started and we had to keep postponing installation till March. Then finally installation started
Installers worked from 9am till 7pm 3 days in a row .
System was installed, they explained how it all worked and such.
Mitsubishi Unit is absolutely extremely quiet, basicaly silent.  The installation quality is good. At least the way it looked was good.  Overall happy and satisfied.  Thank you guys.

Tom and his team really went above and beyond to handle an issue I had with my business.  After a week of the air conditioning not working (and my employees at their wits end), it was determined it was because the electrical breaker needed to be replaced.  Within an hour of speaking with Tom, he had a technician at my store determining what needed to be done.  They were then able to track down the obscure part they needed and had everything completed and up and running within 4 hours.  I couldn't be more appreciative!!
