Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

Very happy so far with the job that Fuse did for us.  Technician Sergei showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable, completed the repairs in no time.  The price was exactly as promised in the initial quote.

I originally reached out to Norman when I tried to change out a door knob and was epically unsuccessful. After multiple back and forth emails, phone calls and even FaceTimes, I was still unable to get it off. (He did all this without asking for compensation!) Norman came over a couple weeks later, over 2 hours later, he was finally able to take the old door knob off and put in the new one - this included a lot of investigating, prying, sawing, and finally repainting the door. I guarantee you that was the most complex door knob exchange one will ever encounter. Norman was great!

Recently had Chuck installed a big and fairly complex shed. He did the job with very reasonable price and quality work. Very good communications.

Viktor came today to help with hanging and installing artwork and bathroom accessories for his in our new place.
