Best Ceiling Fan Repair in Phoenix AZ

I contacted a few companies via Yelp for a quote related to two ceiling fans in my home spinning very low, even when set on high with the remote. Simple Electric responded to my inquiry very quickly, waived the fee, and set me up for their next available appointment. On the day of my appointment, they contacted me to let me know my tech was en route. Upon his prompt arrival, Jay was very friendly and professional. I explained to him my issue and he knew immediately it wasn't what the all knowing google ( plus conversation with the manufacture of my fan) told me the issue might be. Quite embarrassingly, it was a very simple fix that took Jay all of 2 seconds (I.e. pulling the chains to the right setting Lol!!!) Jay was a great sport about it and we laughed together. Thank you Jay for coming out and being so pleasant despite my ditzy moment! If I ever have a REAL issue, I will be contacting you again!!

Amazing work. In our exercise room we had an old fan/light removed and replaced with a giant round LED light fixture. Then in the second bedroom we installed a new fan/light fixture. Alex from Arc Electrical is the man. Very kind, professional, punctual, fairly priced - and he does great work! Alex installed my Tesla wall charger for me in my garage. He was able to have it installed in the center of my garage so it's convenient to use.  He also installed two smart thermostats, and is coming back to help with creating an additional outlet, installing new ceiling fans, and replacing a ceiling fan as well. I recently bought 5 fans from The Fan Doctor and from sales to installation, they were great! We replaced our 20 year old fans with new ones and we could not be happier! If you are looking at doing the same, make sure you check them out.

We needed  to run electrical to our patio ceiling to install a ceiling fan.  Called AZ Top Shelf and spoke to the owner, Greg.  He came by the same day, gave us an estimate for the fan installation as well as a couple of other  small projects we needed.  Greg came back in a couple of days, did the work and it was great.  I would highly recommend Greg and his son Jon at AZ Top Shelf for any electrical work needed.  Professional work at a fair price.  5 Star company for sure.

I talked to Ryan about installing some timer switches and he worked us in only one business day later. Ryan showed up on time (actually early) did the work quickly and professionally and as promised.  He was friendly, professional and we are happy to have found a reliable electrician.

Moved to town, needed the new house tuned up.  Josh came over and fixed everything we needed.. Including installing new plugs for microwave in kitchen, installing new circuit for ceiling fan/light in arizona room, and figuring out spotlights in both bathrooms. And along the way educated us, gave us some good tips, and was courteous and professional. Fairly priced, very satisfied with the service. For any future needs, we will call him back without a doubt. 5 stars, way to go.

Found we had a broken light fixture days before we were to list our home for sale.  We put out a query for quotes and he got back to us very quickly and was able to come out the same day to fix our light fixture!!  Thank you!!

Alex promptly returned my call, made an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and in no time at all tracked down a short in my electrical wiring and was able to fix it lickity split! He was professional, friendly and he definitely knows what he's doing. A big highly recommend.

Don't hesitate to use these guys.  They worked magic with an out door electrical problem. Actually resolving an issue that other fussy electrical firms (well known) wanted nearly $1,000 to run a new circuit from my box. Strayer, looking into a totally unrelated issue, located an unused circuit/wire servicing my pool equipment and after discussing with me converted it to a live new circuit solving a problem for me. It was simple clean up work for them but a real treat for me. There was a call back and the billing got tricky we discussed and they took the initiative to adjust the bill.  I know, I feel bad. They saved me a ton because they fixed a problem under their hourly rate. But they could see my side of the other part of the billing. The adjustment was more than a token. It could have gone either way and frankly if they had not simply reduced my bill as they did I would have paid the full bill and been a little frustrated. I didn't request the adjustment, they simply made the adjustment. My Point is - These guys take a win-win approach to the business relationship and want your business and offer above average expertise (compared to the other firms that looked into the circuit problem). And do it at a fair price. My experience was first rate. They are on my short list of ONE.

Prodigy electric was pleasant, timely and reasonable in charges. Had lighting damage, they came on time fixed it quickly and even did some extra work since he was here.

I should have used Douglas Wright Electric instead of Angi, in the first place. He fixed what Angi messed up. I recommend DWE, and will use them again for our electrical needs.
