We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. The hot water went out in my house because of a pilot light that went out. I could not get it to light up so I called George Brazil at 9 am. They said they would have a technician out to the house between 3 and 7 pm. At 5 pm they called my wife and said that the tech was on a long job and wanted to go home after that job and that I would have to wait until 8 am the next morning. I called back kind of frustrated and asked them to honor the original appointment they made with me. The tech called back and said nobody was willing to come out unless we wanted to pay a $125 emergency call charge. I called them back and spoke to a tech and was told that that the emergency call was the only way they could come out, and get this, he stated that George Brazil has a preferred membership plan that costs $150 and that if you are not a preferred customer and a preferred customer calls then you are bumped off the list for the day and your problem will need to wait until tomorrow. I told the tech that this sounded like the worst business model in the world and asked him again to explain why he would not come out until I payed a $125 emergency call after waiting for 9 hours. He then rudely said that because I was upset that he would not come out to take care of the issue.  So after waiting 9 hours for a service call, then rescheduled because I wasn't a preferred member, then totally cancelled because I asked why it was that nobody would come out unless I paid an emergency fee, then the tech says he wasn't coming out

THESE PEOPLE AT GEORGE BRAZIL ARE FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IN ANY TIME OF DESPERATION. I WILL NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND I WOULD VERY STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO CALL ON ANOTHER PLUMBER.

I ended up calling another competitor at 6:30 pm and they said the tech would be at my house in 30 to 35 minutes. I am speechless at how poor the service quality is with George Brazil and the way they really try to rip you off.
