OMG!!!  When I tell you good help was easy to find!!!  First let me tell you their response time is super fast and professional!!  Then they sent out the most awesome Electrician ever!!!  Daniel was personable and extremely knowledgable! He made sure I was well educated and comfortable about the process. He is a great representation of the company.  The cost of everything was reasonable and now I am a client for life!!! Again thank you and you are more than welcome to use me as a reference ....

Paul Richard Electric did a great job. They were prompt and efficient. I needed a few electrical related jobs done around the house/property. Everything turned out great and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

Yovani responded to my request right away, which I really appreciated since my smoke alarm had been chirping loudly and announcing Low Battery every minute since 2:30 AM! He arrived within the timeframe he gave me and was polite, informative, and helpful. He advised me to replace all smoke alarms in the house because once one goes, the rest aren't far behind. I was quoted $109 per alarm. That sounded high, but I thought the 10-year battery alarms cost around $50 each, so I agreed. I needed the chirping to stop.

He went to the store to pick up the alarms and returned about an hour later. It took him a little less than an hour to replace all 7 smoke alarms with Kidde Worry Free 10-year Battery alarms. No more chirping!!!

My only complaint was the amount he charged me. After he left, I looked up the cost of the alarms at Lowe's and Home Depot. Turns out they can be purchased for $20 per alarm. I'm not opposed to a business making money and being paid for their time, but $600+ profit for two hours work seems exorbitant.

In any case, I'm happy to have new smoke alarms that I shouldn't have to deal with for the next 8 to 10 years! And I was relieved to get the work done the same day I reached out.

Giovanna was great. We hired him to install a ceiling fan that required scaffolding to install due to height of ceiling. Giovanna and his crew were polite and fast finishing the installation in less than two hours.

Every time we've used these guys, they have been great. They are polite, conscientious, clean, hard working, on time (often early), and they do the job like you'd want to do it if you did it yourself. I hope we don't need them again, but if we do, we will not hesitate to call them.

This is a complete Yelp success story!  Our 3 year old Maytag dishwasher suddenly would not power up.  Got on yelp to find a appliance repair man, he came out told us we need an electrician.  Ok, got back on Yelp found Ace, liked the reviews and book them online through Yelp.  There was some sort of booking error between Yelp and Ace.  I selected the 2-5pm slot but somehow that was submitted to Ace as a 7-10pm slot!  That choice did not even exist!  I did not expect anyone to show up.  However, Ace called me around 6:30, to confirm my slot.  They had an electrician available, it was still early, and my wife and I are tired of washing dishes by hand! He showed up around 7:30 and quickly was able to diagnose the problem.  The Home Depot installation was a complete disaster.  The idiots spliced a plug install with a hard wire install.  It was not done correct.  The wiring actually shorted out, should have flipped a breaker but did not.  We had a hot wire that could have caused a fire.  Thanks to Yelp we had the right man on the job.  He wired the dishwasher correctly.  He replaced a faulty light switch.  45 minutes later, the dishwasher was back on and goodbye hand washing dishes!  $200 bucks well spent.  Ace is great, Yelp is great, and our lives are improved.  Love this app, used to be an elite, but still use this app as a solid resource to get through life and find great BBQ.

These guys are fantastic! I moved into an older neighborhood where all the houses need updating of electrical and plumbing.  I gathered quotes and more importantly, game plans from several companies to make sure I had good information to make my decisions, and I'm very happy with my choice. Call Brotherly Love, they do excellent work, very professional crew, a lot of attention to detail, and their pricing is very fair. In short, very highly recommended.

They put in a transfer switch and 50 amp RV connection at my house. They were super nice, responsive, and thorough. They took time and explained everything to me and also helped me think out what circuits would be best to power during an outage. I'm super happy with them and highly recommend them.

Also, they were super easy to book and pay. I'm really happy.

Needed an electrician for a simple repair, scheduled an appointment and the electrician never showed up. When I called the main office, they told me the electrician was looking at his calendar for the wrong day. OK - I understand stuff happens. I scheduled for later that week, and at the scheduled time, no one shows up. I called the office, this time they said they had no record of an appointment. That's unacceptable.  Standing me up twice - I will never use this company, and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. If you can't count on someone to even show up for an appointment, how could you trust the work that they do?

Mom's house. Our electrician was very prompt, worked quickly, and was highly knowledgeable as to the ins and outs of what was needed. Highly recommend their services!

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Prompt, professional & reasonably priced. Pedro did a good job explaining what issues I had with my breakers. I most definitely will use his services in the future. Highly recommend.

The only positive is that they have decent prices but apparently you get what you pay for. They dropped workers at my house who supposedly didn't speak English to dog with zero supervision. The told these people to dig before the utility guy came out to mark the lines. I went out and asked them did they cut my ATT line and they all said no. I didn't believe them so I started walking the Trevino and of course one of them said maybe over there. Of course that's where it was very clear that they had cut a line. They bold faced lied bc the one who said over there wasn't the one digging in that area so they all knew. At the same time I'm out here looking at this cut like the utilities guy comes up to me and says he was here to mark the lines and they weren't supposed to start digging until he marked them. He also stated that I was lucky that they didn't hit the gas line. So not only were they negligent but lied and would have covered it up if I hadn't checked behind them. I feel that Mr. Electric should have supervised these people who weren't even their employees instead of dropping them at my home and leaving it for me to supervise. Considering these people weren't employees I doubt they even ran background checks or knew their full names since they were just there to dig. Also Mr. Electric left them to start digging knowing the lines weren't marked which was beyond negligence and dangerous. All the guy from Mr. Electric said was well they don't know English. A lie considering they understood enough to lie and then tell me the truth when they knew the damage would be discovered. He didn't apologize or give an explanation of why he left them to dig without the lines being marked. Lastly there were about five workers and they all camped out on my neighbor's lawn. I don't believe anyone should camp out on another's lawn without permission however they could of at least stayed on the property they were servicing. If they aren't going to teach these people how to conduct themselves then they surely shouldn't leave them unsupervised at a clients house. This company was negligent and didn't take enough responsibility to give me a simple apology.

They came out quickly and fixed the problem, they were very nice. They even changed out light bulbs and programmed the switch that automatically turns on our outside lights. We then had another issue with one of the things they worked on and they came out that day and fixed it without an additional charge. Will definitely use them again if we have any electric problems.

Our A/C went out so we called these people. A technician came out and said our entire A/C needed to be replaced for $15,000. Or spend $1,200 on a new motor and other issues. He kept saying the whole thing desperately needed replaced. I said thank you but no thank you. I called a different company. They came out same day and found the issue to be the capacitor and it only cost $184 to replace.
