Highly professional. Likely get same-day service for a wiring issue on a Friday. It was fixed very quickly. Electrician cleaned up after himself and make sure that the panels were presentable. As a new homeowner this is going to be my permanent go to company for my electrical needs.

Paul Richard Electric did a great job. They were prompt and efficient. I needed a few electrical related jobs done around the house/property. Everything turned out great and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars.
Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions.  
CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good!  Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed.  1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star.
Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers.  I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours.
Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page.
They want to sell their services,  but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business,  and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook.  
This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued.
But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

Great response time and quickly took care of our needs. We had many questions that were happily answered. I'd recommend service any day!

Told me he could not replace a 4x 6 portion of a floor. When I was younger and in good health, I could replace a plywood floor and I certainly never claimed to be a handyman. I suppose if you want him to replace a light bulb, call him. Otherwise call a REAL handyman!

Great company! I called and left a message about some outlets we needed grounded and Robert called back the same day. He came right out to take a look at what needed to be done (and actually fixed a minor electrical issue with the oven while he was here). He set up an appointment for his guys to come out and ground the outlets a few days later. They showed up right on time, were professional, efficient, and even cleaned up any messes they left behind. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any electrical work done.

We like this company, even though they did not show up or call on the day of our appointment.  I started to panic.  They did come the next day and did a phenomenal job.  They had to work in the attic to string the electrical cords to the electrical outlets they were installing.  I would recommend them.  The young men were polite and efficient.

Awesome yet again - guys showed up and repaired a broken socket with another broken bulb in - thanks!

I got several bids for a full residential panel upgrade and Beekman was the most competitive for the job and most transparent on what exactly would be done with what materials. Many electrical companies give vague descriptions on their itemized bids leaving you to wonder what exactly is included.

I'd call them again for any job.

Customs service is very bad
I tried to set up appointments twice but they never call back. They say they will check their schedule and call u back but they never do

Arrived right on time, wore masks, took time to diagnose and locate the issue, provided quote. I will use them again. Proper communication, quick appointment time.  Overall great service

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Pete and his wife were great to work with. Needed to have a breaker replaced and some lighting issues troubleshooted. Very prompt and were able to offer same day service. Great rates as well. He's done a lot of electrical work for townhomes in Houston so he has tons of experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Horrible service. They came out before Christmas to repair an issue with electricity in my house and did not fix it properly and now several areas in my house the power is not working if anything they exacerbated the issue and made it worse none of these plugs had issues before they showed up and now I have the same problem that they never fixed and more.

Just used Harmony for the first time and will definitely use again.  Lady who took my call was friendly and helpful Electrician came when he said and called ahead. He was very helpful and attentive and got the job done at a competitive price.

THE WORST. I made an appointment through Lowe's, and even though someone called me right away to confirm, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called the office right before the window closed to get an update and the woman on the phone said she will check and call me back. Almost two hours later I call the man that made the appointment initially, he also said he would check and call me back. He never did either. Then it was after 6pm on a Friday and I had to try and find someone else last minute. I hope these people go out of business, leaving Houstonians in the heat in the middle of June.
