They go above and beyond to solve their customer's issue, keep it to the point, no efforts to sell extra services, and a fair pricing (which they don't negotiate and I love that). Oh another thing I would like to share is that I was looking up electricians in my neighborhood. They showed up at the top of the list, had good reviews, so I thought i will reach out to them. I reached out to a few others as well. All of the others said they could come the following Tuesday (this happened on a Saturday). These guys responded within 10 minutes and were at my place within an hour. They came, checked the circuit breaker, went and bought a new one, and replaced it along with checking the others. Every step in the process was smooth and I would hire them again, not just for electrical work but for any of the many services they provide! Highly recommend them!

Would definitely recommend! We were having several issues around our house and feared a major electrical problem. They came out and examined everything thoroughly and determined it was actually just a few small problems. They fixed them immediately and for a very fair price! After moving within Houston and losing power for 6+ hours immediately after I moved in, I started looking for a generator.  I spoke to a number of companies; I had about 4 others come out.  When Mr. King came out to give me an estimate, he was straightforward about what he thought I needed (didn't try to oversell), gave me his views on the generator brands, and was very clear about the entire process (including timing delays).  While Brotherly Love's price was just slightly higher than the bigger companies, I went with Brotherly Love because I knew I would be getting an American-made generator and would be working with a family-owned company, both of which matter to me.  When there were some bumps with invoicing, Mr. King handled the matter personally.  Because they were so busy, I did have some trouble at times getting updates on the status of the install of the transfer switch (there was a nation-wide shortage), but eventually we got back on track.  The electrical install team of Tommy and Chance were stellar.  They worked hard, kept the area super clean, and answered all my questions as they went along.  Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my installation went well and that I understood how the system works.  While I don't have any electrical needs (yet), I will be calling Brotherly Love in the future thanks to my positive experience with the generator installation.  I can't recommend them enough.

Scott did a great job. Knowledgeable and polite, he finished sooner than expected and was honest about what he could do and what he did and did not recommend doing. He completed a difficult fix on furniture, built out a closet, hung pictures, etc.

I was having some issues with some electrical outlets & switches.  As a new homeowner with no prior history of hiring an electrician decided to reach out to Grounded to see if they would be able to help fix my electrical issues.  Pete and his partner Nick weren't just on time for my scheduled appointment, they were 15 min. EARLY!  Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  They diagnosed my problems rather quickly and remedied the situation just as fast.  However the most impactful thing their service provided to me was not the 5 out of 5 star job they provided to me on this day but for the stress I will no longer have for any future electrical issues because now I know exactly who to call, Grounded!

Horrible service. They came out before Christmas to repair an issue with electricity in my house and did not fix it properly and now several areas in my house the power is not working if anything they exacerbated the issue and made it worse none of these plugs had issues before they showed up and now I have the same problem that they never fixed and more.

Harmony Electric (Houston, TX) installed a new breaker box for me in 2014 that has worked perfectly during the past five years.

A few months ago several of my indoor plugs were not working due to a short in one plug. Raul was able to identify the source of the problem within 30 minutes, and checked several sockets, and repaired one other that was not working. This was an issue that might have taken a less experienced electrician several hours to locate.

I am grateful for Harmony's honesty and integrity as a company, their respectful technicians' character, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting an experience with an ethical company.

I called abacus do some maintenance on my A/C unit and the technician said I need a whole new unit. I called a different company and they said it just needed a good cleaning and some Freon. This company is a scam
