These guys are incredible. If you tired of flaky contractors that you cannot get to respond, call these guys! Vince was incredibly responsive, helpful and got my work done within a day of my call. The ladies in the office that I dealt with were great as well. On time, honest, helpful.

I am so happy I called Paul Richard Electric. They were responsive (at my house within an hour from the time I called) and did an amazing job. My smoke detectors had been going off since 2:00AM so their quick & reliable response was welcomed!! Efren was professional and walked me through everything he was going to do and made sure I totally understood how it would all work. He worked quickly & effectively to install the new detectors, electrical panel surge protector & new kitchen plug. I will continue to use these guys for all of my electrical needs in the future and you should too!!

The Mr. Electric team provided amazing customer service and an excellent experience. Their operator Jill was very accommodating and went above and beyond to work with my schedule as I was at the mercy of my plumber's schedule. Jeremy, their master electrician, came out very quickly and on short notice and was very transparent with no frills about the work and the price, which I appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and made an effort to make the electric work and my aesthetic come together. All in all, I plan to have their team back in the future when I start several other projects. Could not be happier with the experience.

I have to say I was in a bind. Just bought a new home and purchased some electrical appliance that just didn't seem to work. Conquer Electrical came in and immediately knew the issue. He was able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price taking into consideration our financial strain. I would certainly call on them again. Friendly, courteous and reasonable just my kind of company.

Geovanny was quick to reply to my email with a fair and accurate quote for my dishwasher issue.  He showed up the same afternoon and easily diagnosed the problem.  He was supremely professional and was able to fix everything immediately.  He was very careful to wear a mask and cleaned everything up thoroughly when the job was finished.  We will definitely call Geovanny again and we highly recommend him to others.  Thank you Geovanny!

Bakenhus was easy to schedule and great service overall. They communicated well which made it easy for me to change my appointment time and they provided a heads up when they were on their way.

Jacob and Tyler were both were very professional. They answered all my questions and worked quickly and neatly. Pricing was fair with labor and materials. There is a 1.5 hour minimum but there wasn't a trip charge and was able to use up most of that time.

Would highly recommend and would use their services again.

They sent someone out within a week. I had 3 problems.
Ceiling fan on patio doesn't work.
Plug at dock doesn't work.
A plug in garage doesn't work.
First - electrician showed 4 hours late at 5:30 pm.
Said he couldn't fix any of the issues. Said he didn't know what was wrong.
Recommended we get new junction box for house and maybe rewire.
He said he would send a journeyman over.
I question if he was licensed at all. Charged 149.00 with no fix. I was told service fee was 49.00.
No one ever called. I called their office and emailed with no response. 3 weeks later, still no response.

Great experience with this company. Showed up quick. Never tried to push any unnecessary work. Straight up honest about what needed to be done and what could wait till a later date. I have some major electrical work needed for our old house in a couple of months. I will be calling these guys for sure.

Needed a power outlet installed outside on a brick wall. They arrived on time, completed the job in just over an hour, and left no mess. The job looks very professional and now I am ready to watch the Astros on the patio!

what a pleasure it is to find a company like Grounded! They are professional, know what they are doing and they are honest!
They had to replace/install a LED ceiling garage light and install an outdoor outlet. They were fast and did the work properly, and neatly.
I have been doing a lot of work in the house and have run into terrible workers so it is a real pleasure doing business with a company like Grounded. It's a breath of niceness and work well done.

Very professional and informational! They made sure to explain everything and explain the prices before trying to charge us for something! The technicians were very courteous of our home. They left the job clean and made sure we were 100 % satisfied before they left. We signed up for the membership to get the extra 15% off services, we will be using them more in the future. We also used their financing department and they were having a special with no interest, it worked out great for us! We highly recommend them!

I had an issue that was not an emergency but did need a response so I would know how to handle. I called three separate electricians in the area. Harmony was the first to respond, letting me know that they could not attend to it same day, but at a time in the near future. We scheduled, he came as promised, let me know what the problem was (it actually could have been more of an emergency than I imagined), told me what he needed to do to fix it and also made some recommendations for my home.  He completed without fanfare, left as small as best as I am used to electricians leaving, and the bill was not surprisingly large. You know that that can be the experience sometimes, so that was refreshing. I did hear from one of the other companies, a day or so later. The third never returned the phone call.

Worst company.  In light of the ice storm my pipes froze.  I made an appointment online on 2/16 for 2/18, there were plenty of openings at that time.  Recieved confirmation and everything,  I have yet to see them and my latest update is they won't make it till early March.  I'm fully aware of our city's situation and plumbers are busy but that's insane and incomprehensible to not be able to get to someone for several weeks.  So sad and terrible way to do business.  Stay away!!
