Used Veteran Electric to replace a circuit breaking going to my A/C. They sent an electrician named Doc, who showed up on time, was very courteous, and walked me through every step of the replacement. I will be using Veteran Electric again. Thank you!

If all companies were as forthright as this one, Hurricane Harvey would not still be the ongoing nightmare that it is. The electrician working for Paul Richards went above and beyond to repair the damage (in a hot attic!) an unscrupulous contractor had done to my wiring and did his best so that I would not have additional charges to fix all that had been damaged. I cannot praise this company enough, in particular the young electrician who helped restore the power to the front of my house. From any angle you choose to measure this company, they earn top accolades.

Excellent experience.  This company offers a free initial estimate which is wonderful. Yovani came at the time he said and gave me a 30 minute heads up he was on the way. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and the issue was resolved because it was a simple fix. I was so thankful I highly recommended this company and will be using this service in the future.

We recently had the need for a light fixture to be replaced in our master bath shower.  Living in an older home in Shepherd Park Plaza, we discovered the fixture was burned out and beyond my DIY abilities.  

We found multiple good reviews on Yelp and Neighborhood reviews for Backenhus Electric.  

Called them on Tue afternoon, they were able to schedule a time on Thu afternoon.

The electrician they sent out, Eric was nothing short of awesome...on time, professional, courteous and efficient.   He fixed the light quickly, and we added some extra work of an outlet that needed replaced.  He was honest, earnest and a pleasure to do business with, and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Ace Electrical Services is First Class! Very Professional and Personable! I used Yelp to send out quotes to 5 different companies and the owner Joel responded within 15 mins.  Keep in mind this was about 9pm on Friday when I was searching for a company to come and wire up a transfer switch to my electrical panel so that I can use my generator to provide back up power to my home.  Joel was not only the quickest to respond, but he was also very reasonably priced.  I let Joel know that I would like to provide the material to save on some cost, he was very helpful and asked that I send him what I was looking to purchase to ensure the equipment would be sufficient for the job.  Joel showed up on time, did a great job installing the transfer switch that ended up looking amazing!!! Like it belonged there! A very professional looking installation.  He walked me through how to hook up my generator to the transfer switch and the proper way to switch the circuits to generator power.  I would highly recommend Ace Electrical Services to anyone!!! Great experience with this company. Showed up quick. Never tried to push any unnecessary work. Straight up honest about what needed to be done and what could wait till a later date. I have some major electrical work needed for our old house in a couple of months. I will be calling these guys for sure.

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Very hard to contact, never called back after finally talking to someone. The guy who came was very professional and knowledgeable (the reason for a star). I wanted the accept the deal, but they start to send me to others people and when finally someone picked up the phone they hang up on me. I will not recommend those guys never to my friends.

Called them about a dryer not working.  They called first and showed up 5 min early for the job.  Quickly found and fixed the breaker problem an I was running in no time.  I did have to pay extra for the breaker but was resonable price and did not try to up-charge me.  I will be calling them for my next electrical problem.

Confusing mess with scheduling and response. Unless you have days, hours to wait around, don't call Abacus. Everyone apologizes, but nothing gets done promptly. All lies.
