We just moved into our home and realized we needed to switch out the dryer plug. Paul was very quick to respond and came out the same day. While on-site Paul quickly spotted several safety issues that needed to be addressed.  He was very detailed and went on to explain the importance while also recommending that I get multiple quotes/opinions which I appreciate. Paul is extremely knowledgeable as well as polite and courtesy. We will certainly be using him again in the future.

I used yelp to find an electrician at 6:30 pm. Yovani replied in about 5 min. He was able to schedule an appointment first thing the mext morning. He called 30 min before arriving at my house. Quoted my electrical problem, and fixed it within 20 min at a great price! All in all, i would definitely recommend this service! I'll definitely call this company back for my electrical issues in the future!

I hired Geovanny to come fix a leak originating from behind our bathroom sink per our buyers home inspection (we are trying to sell our house). I wanted to address it quickly so that we could close on the house, and Geovanny was quick to respond and came out the very next day. Not only did he fix the leak, but he patched up the drywall that needed to be cut away and installed the drawer that fit in front of it for me. It only took him about two hours start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. He did a great job and was great to work with! Will definitely hire again if I need some contract work done on the new house!

We used Bakenhus after reading Yelp reviews.  Thank you Yelpers!!  Bakenhus delivered.  They are great and we will use them again.  They had an opening so someone stopped by within a couple hours of my initial call.  First time customer, and we are new to the area to boot.  Our garage GFI keeps tripping keeping us from using the opener.  They tested all the wires connected to the GFI and found the problem.  Very thorough and fixed the problem.  Very reasonable price too!

We like this company, even though they did not show up or call on the day of our appointment.  I started to panic.  They did come the next day and did a phenomenal job.  They had to work in the attic to string the electrical cords to the electrical outlets they were installing.  I would recommend them.  The young men were polite and efficient.

I was told my quote would be complimentary and then whoever I spoke to went back on his word, thus charging me $175 for not doing any work on my home. Very subjective and unprofessional business practice. Went with A1 Plus Electrical instead who did a much better job diagnosing my problem than Brotherly Love Electric did.

Sean replaced my electric panel and other HVAC connection to current code requirements. Labeled every outlet.

I was overcharged by your employee for our services. We trusted your employee to give us a good price where the average cost of services to upgrade a a 40 amp breaker to a 50 amp (and a cable ran 10 -6) with a surge protector ended up costing well into $1500. With our estimations and other companies suggestions the work should have only cost a maximum of $600. So unfortunately We are going to have to give your company a poor review after having multiple electricians (In our family) and two independent quotes reveal to us the overcharge. Thank you Mr. Electric for sending out people who take advantage of urgency.

Got hosed by this guy whose simple rewiring to an internal fixture didn't hold up for even 6 months. When asked, he insisted on another $150 just to come admire their previous mistakes rather than at least agreeing to stand behind his previous work.  Owner was also quite condescending on the phone as well, which never helps.

Sorry, I can tolerate incompetent-but-nice or competent-but-rude, but I can't tolerate incompetent AND rude... Fortunately, this was revealed on a little a little gig. Needing a new electrical box, downstairs wiring and with an addition four months away, I still have plenty of time to find competent/trustworthy pro with better customer service skills.

I schedule a visit which was easy to do but, when the tech came he went straight to the outside unit, and just by looking at it said it was the wrong unit and the only solution was for us to replace it. I am not against his assessment but the way he did it. It looks like an easy sale for him. I won't call them back and won't recommend them based on this experience, not saying they're bad but the guy did not even take the time to learn from me what the issue was, in fact, he said is an issue with all new houses in the area which I don't believe.
