was not too thrilled with my experience. All of the work got completed and is fully functional, but the attention to detail was missing. The crew was really nice, but most of the tasks felt like they were left at 90% completion.
The new outlets that were installed were missing the faceplates (they had to come the next day to install those).  There was drywall dust where ever the new outlets were put in (which was never cleaned up).
They rewired things in the attic, and rather than cleaning up/getting rid of the dead wires they were just left up there.  The breaker box in the attic that powers our AC was left off (although I should probably know to check that) we thought the AC was broken and called out a specialist.
The quote we got from them matched another electricians, but now I can't help but wonder if the other company would have paid attention to the details---so that i'm not left having to clean the house and follow-up on their work.

We have always had regular bulbs blow within a month or 2 in our bathroom light fixtures above the main mirror in the master bedroom.  Also, the light in the closet was constantly going out.  We ended up changing all our bulbs to the new led ones..soft glow.  They have been doing a fine job, but every so often would flicker.  Recently, the closet light would work one day and not the next.  This morning my wife heard a loud pop and both fixtures on the main mirror(each hold 2 bulbs) went out.  All of them.  The closet light does not come on.  Also, we have always had an outlet in that bathroom that has not worked we want looked at. The owner Paul and Jonathan came by today and was able to determine the problem and was able to solve quickly.  Nice guys and very informative.  I would hire them and again and send referrals to my friends!

The Mr. Electric team provided amazing customer service and an excellent experience. Their operator Jill was very accommodating and went above and beyond to work with my schedule as I was at the mercy of my plumber's schedule. Jeremy, their master electrician, came out very quickly and on short notice and was very transparent with no frills about the work and the price, which I appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and made an effort to make the electric work and my aesthetic come together. All in all, I plan to have their team back in the future when I start several other projects. Could not be happier with the experience.

Excellent experience.  This company offers a free initial estimate which is wonderful. Yovani came at the time he said and gave me a 30 minute heads up he was on the way. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and the issue was resolved because it was a simple fix. I was so thankful I highly recommended this company and will be using this service in the future.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Asked for a quote and asked for options, he said what makes me think he is cheap. I never said I am asking for cheap, I am asking for options since the company even says 'beyond' right?, well guess not. I would stay away, I think he chooses his clients depending on how much he can profit from it. Definitely NOT beyond.

I would recommend Ace services to anyone who needs   electrical services. It was easy to make an appointment around my schedule and the electrician was very knowledgeable about what I needed. Very fair pricing!

Daniel and his team came in and got our electric project knocked out in a very timely manner.  Other than needing to have the main power disconnected for several hours to swap out the main panel, we hardly knew they were here.  Awesome work.  Very professional.

Beekman Company earns every one of their 5 stars! I communicated directly with Thomas Beekman from quoting through completion on our commercial buildout, which included installing a new transformer, breaker box, circuits for both 220V and 120V service, cable drops with twist-lock connections, and the relocation/addition of emergency exit signage. Thomas is a fountain of knowledge and was not hesitant to share his insight and experience on what type of equipment we needed when walking the facility, and pointed things out that other companies failed to include for a no-corners-cut quote. To that effect, we had a large commercial contractor (rhymes with syllabus) quote much higher for significantly less supporting equipment and longer completion time that would have left us with an unreliable power source for our manufacturing floor. The Beekman crew completed the work in 2-1/2 days during normal hours and left the facility swept and vacuumed clean of debris. Best of all is the power was uninterrupted for the duration of the install, allowing our office to continue work during the whole process.

The quality of communication and execution we got on this critical project means we will be using and recommending Beekman for any future electrical projects!

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

This company is awesome.  They installed four recessed lights in my master bedroom.  They are professional and their work ethics are magnificent.  Pete and his wife are indeed the best.

The only positive is that they have decent prices but apparently you get what you pay for. They dropped workers at my house who supposedly didn't speak English to dog with zero supervision. The told these people to dig before the utility guy came out to mark the lines. I went out and asked them did they cut my ATT line and they all said no. I didn't believe them so I started walking the Trevino and of course one of them said maybe over there. Of course that's where it was very clear that they had cut a line. They bold faced lied bc the one who said over there wasn't the one digging in that area so they all knew. At the same time I'm out here looking at this cut like the utilities guy comes up to me and says he was here to mark the lines and they weren't supposed to start digging until he marked them. He also stated that I was lucky that they didn't hit the gas line. So not only were they negligent but lied and would have covered it up if I hadn't checked behind them. I feel that Mr. Electric should have supervised these people who weren't even their employees instead of dropping them at my home and leaving it for me to supervise. Considering these people weren't employees I doubt they even ran background checks or knew their full names since they were just there to dig. Also Mr. Electric left them to start digging knowing the lines weren't marked which was beyond negligence and dangerous. All the guy from Mr. Electric said was well they don't know English. A lie considering they understood enough to lie and then tell me the truth when they knew the damage would be discovered. He didn't apologize or give an explanation of why he left them to dig without the lines being marked. Lastly there were about five workers and they all camped out on my neighbor's lawn. I don't believe anyone should camp out on another's lawn without permission however they could of at least stayed on the property they were servicing. If they aren't going to teach these people how to conduct themselves then they surely shouldn't leave them unsupervised at a clients house. This company was negligent and didn't take enough responsibility to give me a simple apology.

I can't say enough good things about Harmony Electric on Yale. I have used them 3 times in the last year and every time they have been great. They are on time, quick, and friendly. The technician explained what was going on and some of it wasn't anything that needed to be fixed. It was an issue with my bulbs. I love that he didn't charge me unnecessary fees for something that wasn't broken. This is my first year as a homeowner so I don't have any idea what reasonable fees are but I can tel you my heart didn't drop when I saw the invoice. Give them a call.

Worse than car saleman - $491 and half day wasted. Somehow they got 5 star and a ton reviews on BBB - I don't believe it.  I'm sure Yelp has the real customer rating.

CenterPoint already tested and located the gas leak inside the wall.  However, Abacus was all about selling and getting the most money out of me with little regard to fixing my gas leak.  After the round about up selling, I just asked their plumbing guy to leave.  I still don't know where the leak is and got hit almost $500 but I refuse to further business with these shady practices.
