I recently purchased a house in the Heights that had many minor electric issues according to the inspection report.  I finally got around to searching for an electrical company to take care of all of these issues.  I found Paul Richard Electric on Yelp and was able to schedule a technician to come out right away, even though my work was not an emergency.  When Ryan arrived, he went over the inspection report with me and was able to identify the issues that required immediate attention.  He patiently answered all my questions and was able to figure out which remote controls went to which fans, blinds, etc., which pieces of equipment were not working, which switches went to which lighting, etc.  He corrected some issues with the electrical panels.  The electric system in the house had some quirks that were not evident which resulted in all the electricity going out in the garage later that night.  Ryan came back early the next morning to quickly take care of the remaining issues.  I was very pleased with the work that Ryan performed and will definitely be using this business in the future for all of my electrical needs!

Scheduled an appointment, waited all day for the guy to come to my house and say yes he can do the job. If I could give them less than a one star I would. THEY WAISTED MY TIME. Hire someone else if you can!!!

The technician was able to come out the very next day.  He was very helpful and described the problem really well.  He fixed the issue and we have not had problems since!  A very reasonable price.  Thank you!!

Geovanny did a great job. We had a severe leak in the bathroom where water runs into the floor down beneath.  He arrived at our house perfectly on time, and quickly identified the issue to be a rusted and broken pipe leaking behind the bathtub.  He managed to remove the fragile pipe without breaking it, and replaced with a new pipe and faucet.  After testing there is not a single drop of leak.  We are very satisfied and would definitely give him a call for any fixes in the future.

Bakenhaus was very professional and well priced. I called for an estimate, and was given a rough estimate, after sending images. I had them install a plug in for a Level 2 Tesla charger. Other companies wanted to charge me extra, because it was a Tesla or tell me that it would require extra work. The workers came and installed the plug in, during a 30 minute work call. They charged my card on their phone and everything was good to go!

Great service for a great price! They are a very neighborly and professional business.

I had them out twice. The first time was to fix a circuit that kept tripping and a follow up to improve future issues. Great service and support plus professionals who know what they are doing.  Great experience and will definitely call them again if any electrical issues arise in the future.

This company saved the day for me, on Friday I lost electricity to one half of my house, and as luck would have it, it was the side that ran the AC unit.  I came to Yelp to find an electrician,  I called several companies, most did not answer, some couldn't work me in until the following Monday.  Then I called Adrienne, it was 4:30 pm on that Friday afternoon.  The fact that I was calling so late on a Friday did not faze her, she was extremely helpful and promised that they could get the work done over the weekend.  Ryan was out later that evening to access the work, by Saturday all of the new wiring had been laid.   They handled all the permitting and contact with Center-Point.  Ryan and Adrienne were right there all the way.  Excellent work, excellent customer service.

Appointment arrival was on time. Tech was efficient. Installed a Ring Doorbell in about 20 minutes, helped me with the app, showed me a couple of tricks, bells and whistles. Will be calling them again for our business account.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. They respond quickly and were readily available on short notice. My money was well spent!

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Pete did a great job installing 2 outlets in my garage. He gave me an accurate quote and knew exactly what he was doing. He even came the same day! He was on time, professional, and his price was very reasonable. I am most definitely going to use his services in the future.

Electrician Luis B. was very very professional, courtesy, and extremely well knowledge in the ALL of the issues I was experiencing . He quoted me a very very fair price for a tune-up I will need in the future. My service was extremely exceptional and I will be calling them again. The only recommendation I have is that they list a ball park figure of the price of a job as an estimate on their website.  

FYI another service with the initials JM came to my house a while back and quoted me an outrageous price for what ever reason. So please check with Mr. Electric before giving in to their price.

Saying I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company is simply not enough. All other electric companies wanted to charge $2175.00 dollars to change out my breaker box and upgrade it to 125amp to keep it from tripping. Calvin pointed out that my breaker box is pulling 200amps so the other companies were lying, and showed me what was causing the breaker to trip every time I used my AC. HousePro installed my AC unit and deliberately used the wrong size wiring and fuses. Calvin fixed all of the problem areas created by HousePro for $298.58.

horrible company...use at your own peril. second or third time I had an appt and they never showed and called me 6 hours later to say the repairman doesnt work mornings????
pathetic...I guess they only had one repairman....NEVER AGAIN
