Doc did a great job.  Came out early and worked around my schedule.  Fixed every electrical issue in the house.  Price was reasonable and service was top notch.

We just moved into our home and realized we needed to switch out the dryer plug. Paul was very quick to respond and came out the same day. While on-site Paul quickly spotted several safety issues that needed to be addressed.  He was very detailed and went on to explain the importance while also recommending that I get multiple quotes/opinions which I appreciate. Paul is extremely knowledgeable as well as polite and courtesy. We will certainly be using him again in the future.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars.
Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions.  
CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good!  Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed.  1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star.
Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers.  I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours.
Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page.
They want to sell their services,  but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business,  and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook.  
This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued.
But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

I have to say I was in a bind. Just bought a new home and purchased some electrical appliance that just didn't seem to work. Conquer Electrical came in and immediately knew the issue. He was able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price taking into consideration our financial strain. I would certainly call on them again. Friendly, courteous and reasonable just my kind of company.

Geo showed up right on time and did a great job!  He came with all the necessary tools and went straight to work.  
He replaced my high ceiling garage light fixture and replaced my front door hardware which had broken.
Geo is exactly the type of person I needed for the job- reliable, fast, professional and honest.  I will certainly hire him again when I need help.

I hate to be the dissenting voice but I trusted all of the great reviews and had them come by to check out a breaker that was getting very hot, identified during a Hope inspection, which far exceeded normal temps.

When the guys came they said well it's not hot now. That's because it wasn't under a load at all.  They acted like it was no big deal and I asked them what they thought should be done. The obvious answer would be to put it under a load and troubleshoot from there.

But in response to my asking what needs to be done, they shrugged it off and said they could put it under a load and then test to see what it should be vs what it is, but they made it real clear they weren't interested in doing that. It was really clear they didn't have any interest in checking out what the cause was.

They were also supposed to get me a quote for additional outlets to be added to the house which I never heard back on.

At the end of their visit the guy made sure to point out that he wasn't going to charge me for his apprentices time and expertise.  How generous.

I will say they were on time and friendly, they just didn't do what needed to be done.

When I had an electrical problem, Ace was one of three companies suggested by Home Advisor.  They were the first to contact me and make an appointment (same day!).  The owner, Joel, is a Master Electrician and did a thorough inspection.  I decided to follow his recommendation of a complete rewire since I was contemplating extensive renovation which would require dependable wiring.  He and his crew, Johnny and son and Edgar were at the house the next day getting the job started.  The crew worked every day until it was all done.  Every evening, the house was left in excellent order, swept and cleaned.  There were minimal openings made in the walls.  In fact, when the city inspector cam to approve the work, he didn't believe a rewire had been done as there were so little visible openings in the walls.  I highly recommend Ace for any electrical service.  I found them to be very honest, conscientious and responsive.

I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator.  They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm.  When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time.  They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.  They also had the best price.  I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

During Hurricane Harvey my power went out, and when it came back on a number of my circuits had tripped. I was able to get most of them to reset either with the GFCI or at the panel itself; however the breaker for my gas dryer would not reset.

After consulting the Better Business Bureau website for electricians in my area I came across Beekman Electric and their A+ rating. I gave them a call, explained my situation and they were able to get someone out to fix my issue the following day.

John, the electrician who came to my house was very nice, as was my interactions over the phone with Mr. Thomas Beekman himself.

I would highly recommend Beekman Electric to anyone in need of an electrician.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. They respond quickly and were readily available on short notice. My money was well spent!

Arrived right on time, wore masks, took time to diagnose and locate the issue, provided quote. I will use them again. Proper communication, quick appointment time.  Overall great service

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

This company is awesome.  They installed four recessed lights in my master bedroom.  They are professional and their work ethics are magnificent.  Pete and his wife are indeed the best.

Had this company give me a bid on some work. The rep was very personable and knowledgeable and I was ready to do business until the bid was presented. I was shocked at the breakdown ($220 to install a $0.99 single pole switch for example). When I objected I was told to company had set rates and nothing could be done. He was correct; nothing would be done with this company. I would have been way over charged. Beware!

They came out on time and fixed a problem I had with the power going out in my island kitchen. Quick fix and no parts were needed. Price for the service call was pretty steep (almost double) compared to typical service calls from other companies in the area.

Okay, so the work that they did was fine, but it was a bit expensive for what it was (straightforward shower cartridge replacement). There also seemed to be a communication breakdown between the two plumbers: one came Wednesday and identified the part that they needed, a different one on Friday arrived without the part and had to come back later with it.

The thing that was a little bit annoying was that the second plumber was insistent after finishing the job that I had a persistent drip from the faucet. It seemed to be a steady stream drip when it was shown to me... the fix for this new problem was quoted at $2,600! I held off on committing to any new repairs, only to find the drip completely gone after the first use.

Just know they are going to try to upsell you. Research the repair you'll need to have done beforehand and be a smart consumer.
