We are rebuilding after Harvey and Veteran Electric came as a referral.  Johnathan has been great to work with, although we have worked with several others from Veteran also, they all are professional and responsive.  I like the fact that the company will give the electricians some flexibility on billing the customer. Which is why we keep using them. They are honest in their work, their advice and their billing. In return, I would recommend them.

I would give 0 but there is no option for 0 so leaving 1 star. I called for light repair. Caller quoted me $495 to have someone to come out to look. I thought I misunderstood so I repeated do you mean $4.95? He said $495, four hundred ninety five. Lol. Do I even need to bother asking further questions at this point? What a scam. As soon as I repeated $495 he just hung up the phone. Scam, bad work ethics, rip off.

We reached out on Wednesday around noon to install an EV charger outlet and he was at our house within the hour. He gave us the best pricing and was at our house 8am sharp to do the job on Friday. He is extremely responsive, showed up on time, and completed the job in an hour. It is hard to come by reliable and honest people these days. We will definitely be using him again. And the charger works great!

They replaced three of my outlets that were faulty. The service was fast and friendly. Geovany is a very honest technician. He gave me a few valuable tips about my home that i didn't know. He went above and beyond to make sure my home was was taken care of. His attention to detail and willingness to explain his process makes him the perfect guy for the job. I won't be needing anyone else to service my home!

They sent someone out within a week. I had 3 problems.
Ceiling fan on patio doesn't work.
Plug at dock doesn't work.
A plug in garage doesn't work.
First - electrician showed 4 hours late at 5:30 pm.
Said he couldn't fix any of the issues. Said he didn't know what was wrong.
Recommended we get new junction box for house and maybe rewire.
He said he would send a journeyman over.
I question if he was licensed at all. Charged 149.00 with no fix. I was told service fee was 49.00.
No one ever called. I called their office and emailed with no response. 3 weeks later, still no response.

Daniel and his team came in and got our electric project knocked out in a very timely manner.  Other than needing to have the main power disconnected for several hours to swap out the main panel, we hardly knew they were here.  Awesome work.  Very professional.

They put in a transfer switch and 50 amp RV connection at my house. They were super nice, responsive, and thorough. They took time and explained everything to me and also helped me think out what circuits would be best to power during an outage. I'm super happy with them and highly recommend them.

Also, they were super easy to book and pay. I'm really happy.

Based on the reviews, I was pretty hopeful calling this place.  The caulk where the staircase met the raiser was cracked, so I thought it was going to be an easy DIY job.  I ripped out the old caulk cleaned the area and then taped everything with blue tape to get neat lines.  I started caulking didn't like it, so I wiped off the caulk and tried again.   I wasn't satisfied so I realized I needed a professional because there were so many corners and couldn't make it look neat like the professionals do.

I called asking for an estimate and they said all their jobs are $175/hour with a 2 hour minimum plus the cost of materials.  What a rip off!!  Who are they kidding??!!  Those prices are outrageous!  What were they planning to do to my stairs for that price?

I took a break from the DIY caulk project and then came back to it.  Watched some Youtube videos and read some tips on caulking.  Third time is always a charm, let's do this!  It took me 2 hours to do the entire staircase and if I must say so myself, the results are pretty darn awesome!  Final score Tammy 1 and caulk zero.

I am still on the hunt for a good handyman for future projects.

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Just needed a grounding rod installed for a new cable line. I tried to drive the 8' rod into the ground next to my house and got nowhere. Grounded showed up and got er done in no time. Money very well spent. Thanks so much!!

I had a variety of electrical issues, one that needed prompt attention. I called Harmony Electric early this morning and Charles was at my door within a few hours. He was very thorough, fixed everything and gave me some pointers. Will use again.

Called to give me a quote for new a/c units. I took off, met them at the appointed time. Alan asked me allot of questions but kept having to call his manager about the job. As though he had no idea what he was doing. He asked me about my home, told him flooded with Harvey. He says he can't help me nor offer me an estimate because we flooded. As I sit on hold to complain and their company hold message claims they're the leader in honesty and integrity!  Been through enough already and now lost a day at work, just terrible
