We are rebuilding after Harvey and Veteran Electric came as a referral.  Johnathan has been great to work with, although we have worked with several others from Veteran also, they all are professional and responsive.  I like the fact that the company will give the electricians some flexibility on billing the customer. Which is why we keep using them. They are honest in their work, their advice and their billing. In return, I would recommend them.

Went great, arrived on time, unlike me.. Waited for us, preformed the work w/ professionalism and character. Showed us pricing right upfront and cleaned up after himself when he was done. Highly recommend and will be calling them again

We used Mr Electric to install our ceiling fan in our study. David was the electrician, he was really professional, extremely polite and very affordable. We really liked him and will call him back always from now on. Ian the owner was very helpful too.

City & Beyond Handyman Services is an excellent Company. They did a wonderful job of removal of my old kitchen faucet and installation of a mew kitchen faucet. They cleaned up as they went along. They were fast and courteous. They practiced social distancing and wore a mask for COVID at all times. They also allowed for questions and review of other potential needs for my home. I plan to use them again in the near future and for the long term.

This is a complete Yelp success story!  Our 3 year old Maytag dishwasher suddenly would not power up.  Got on yelp to find a appliance repair man, he came out told us we need an electrician.  Ok, got back on Yelp found Ace, liked the reviews and book them online through Yelp.  There was some sort of booking error between Yelp and Ace.  I selected the 2-5pm slot but somehow that was submitted to Ace as a 7-10pm slot!  That choice did not even exist!  I did not expect anyone to show up.  However, Ace called me around 6:30, to confirm my slot.  They had an electrician available, it was still early, and my wife and I are tired of washing dishes by hand! He showed up around 7:30 and quickly was able to diagnose the problem.  The Home Depot installation was a complete disaster.  The idiots spliced a plug install with a hard wire install.  It was not done correct.  The wiring actually shorted out, should have flipped a breaker but did not.  We had a hot wire that could have caused a fire.  Thanks to Yelp we had the right man on the job.  He wired the dishwasher correctly.  He replaced a faulty light switch.  45 minutes later, the dishwasher was back on and goodbye hand washing dishes!  $200 bucks well spent.  Ace is great, Yelp is great, and our lives are improved.  Love this app, used to be an elite, but still use this app as a solid resource to get through life and find great BBQ.

I highly recommend this company for electrical needs. Nathan provided an estimate that was very reasonable. The technicians were efficient and performed extra work as there was time still remaining within their hour of work. I will be using this company again.

They put in a transfer switch and 50 amp RV connection at my house. They were super nice, responsive, and thorough. They took time and explained everything to me and also helped me think out what circuits would be best to power during an outage. I'm super happy with them and highly recommend them.

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. This company is awesome.  They installed four recessed lights in my master bedroom.  They are professional and their work ethics are magnificent.  Pete and his wife are indeed the best.

Larry Tiede was the technician that fixed my issues and he gets 5 stars. Explained everything to me, was fast and efficent and went beyond in showing me how to wire my new lights. And thanks Larry for wearing your  booties in the house and taking  them off when in the garage without my having to ask.  I will be asking for Larry in the future.

Saying I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company is simply not enough. All other electric companies wanted to charge $2175.00 dollars to change out my breaker box and upgrade it to 125amp to keep it from tripping. Calvin pointed out that my breaker box is pulling 200amps so the other companies were lying, and showed me what was causing the breaker to trip every time I used my AC. HousePro installed my AC unit and deliberately used the wrong size wiring and fuses. Calvin fixed all of the problem areas created by HousePro for $298.58.

Okay, so the work that they did was fine, but it was a bit expensive for what it was (straightforward shower cartridge replacement). There also seemed to be a communication breakdown between the two plumbers: one came Wednesday and identified the part that they needed, a different one on Friday arrived without the part and had to come back later with it.

The thing that was a little bit annoying was that the second plumber was insistent after finishing the job that I had a persistent drip from the faucet. It seemed to be a steady stream drip when it was shown to me... the fix for this new problem was quoted at $2,600! I held off on committing to any new repairs, only to find the drip completely gone after the first use.

Just know they are going to try to upsell you. Research the repair you'll need to have done beforehand and be a smart consumer.
