I am very happy with James; I had a limited amount of time to run a new electrical circuit to the kitchen.  He inspected the job, provided a competitive quote, and fortunately for me he was able to rearrange other customers' work (thank you other customers') to meet my tight schedule, incorporated my requests when these met the National Electrical Code.  His work effort, straight forward communication, experience, and knowledge made working with him a pleasure.

Over-rated & outer worldly expensively. Needed 3 outdoor sconces which I already purchased installed. The tech (who was nice & professional) said it'll take about 20mins each to install the sconces and quoted me over $945 for install. Insanity. I asked him if I can speak with his manager to negotiate as a first time customer. He called his manager and told him the customer wanted to speak with him. The manager (RANDY) said no, he wasn't speaking with me and the price wasn't negotiable. Like, I might've even moved forward with the install but the fact the manager essentially told me to go pound sand, well I told them to go pound sand. Also, the tech arrived my property without a face mask on, I asked him if he was vaccinated and he said NO. What world are we living in here??? Horrible. You can find equal or better quality service elsewhere for WAY LESS.

I called several companies and several never called back. Clinton Electric came out same day. They had great service and were reasonably priced.

These guys are awesome. Responsive, affordably priced, friendly no-nonsense guys that get the job done with rapid follow up on any issues. I'm a property manager and I've used them multiple times. They do it all: troubleshooting, EV chargers, panel upgrades, and new lighting installations. For new recess lights, they're flexible and can work with the client to achieve any particular remodeling. I have not been disappointed by their work. Can I give 6 Stars?

KDT is a treasure! Had a problem with a couple of light switches shocking me. When I called them they were out here the very next day with a crew to fix it. Great attitude, honest and competent. Ask for DJ, that guy knows everything there is to know about electrical problems and how to fix them.

Great company! From my call this AM to the finished work - a good experience. The receptionist was very nice, and communication about arrival time for the work was relayed regularly through text. So easy.
Michael was very knowledgeable. He took care of everything efficiently and timely. He also gave me some good advice and information on some work I need in the near future. Will definitely be using again.

I bought a doll house for my niece that I couldn't put together.  Josh was very prompt in responding to me, and offered to just do a good deed for my niece. He took time out of his day and came over to put a smile on her face when I'm sure he has more important jobs to be doing.  He even helped out mounting TVs for my mom. Highly recommend contacting him!

Did some work at my house years ago and it was very good. Was even commented by other electrical companies how well it was done.  Don't see that too often.

Been using them for over a decade from their old location to the new location and they are a solid electrical supplier.  They also carry Klein tools which are the industry standard along with power tools from Milwaukee and Dewalt.  

Of course, something keep in mind is that they are not a lighting supplier so if you want really fancy lighting fixtures, you need to go to a dedicated lighting store, but any sort of electrical device or wire you need, they have it.

Nothing but good things to say about Ohms Electrical Services. I've had their technicians out to our house working on several different projects and they have always been knowledgeable and courteous. They have always been on time, done a good job and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I've recommended Ohms to others and will continue to do so.

Just a terrible experience.  The communication at this company is booty.  I got a Groupon for their ceiling fan installation service $85(list $189).  Call to arrange an appointment, guy tells me he can be out the next day at 6 pm if I can be flexible, the guy lives in the area and can do it on his way home.  I say sure, sounds great.  
I check out their website and find that the service I'm getting a deal on advertised at $75, I just paid a Groupon mark up.  Warning sign *1.

The next morning get a call asking for my exact address, there just so happens a tech in neighborhood and would like to do the work now.  I state there is no one available and that I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the 6 pm time we agreed to yesterday.  Vanin electric:  Umm 6 pm, I have you scheduled for 2 PM.  Me:  WTF?  6 pm was suggested by you. Vanin Electric:  well I'll be out that way at 6 pm.  Can you give me directions your address now? It doesn't pull up on my GPS. Me:  I'm driving you can have it when I get to where I'm going.  Warning sign *2

Time is 5:50 pm, no one has contacted me about coming to my home for the 6 pm appointment.  reach to find out if anyone is coming.  Vanin Electric:  Yes, still coming, I'll be out there at 8 or 9 pm.  Last straw!

Canceled Groupon and asked for a refund.  Stated to Vanin Electric not to come out.  Their reply:  Okay, thank you.

I'm sure I missed a huge headache.  Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Be aware they are located in Texas however they will come out to California and not finish the job. They take advantage of the elderly and women . Please don't use them it might be cheap price but you risk not completing the job.

These guys are the electricians our builder is using on a Houston home remodeling contract. We experienced an electrical fire in a dimmer switch location last evening. It was a close call. Upon examination, we found that the work was not done according to code.

There are other issues with this company such as: not installing devices in locations per the plans; not completing work; and, overall sloppy work that had to be done and redone and redone.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I had specifically asked for a FREE QUOTE. I live in a 24/7 guard gated community and the guy who showed up didn't even have an ID on him, no work badge, in a nondescript van without any company logo or information.

I tipped the guy at the end but he said the boss wanted money for the trip call and told him he had talked to me about $110 for the service call. I was shocked. First, there was no PHONE conversation. Second, all the text communications through Yelp and texts are included. There was never a discussion of a trip fee. AND I had to pay CASH because they didn't have the ability to take a card. I have never seen that in a company before; talk about SHADY.

I leave it to you, their future customers, to decide on whether you'd want to get scammed.
